I promised myself I would write a good review if it worked. I needed a flight ticket for my sister to travel in 24 hours. I only could find absurdly expensive rates but the Kiss and Fly's. I thought it could be a scam, once the price was almost a third of the other websites, and decided to search for reviews and only found bad ones. But I needed that ticket, so I decided to risk, and it worked just fine! So, my advice, if you think there's a chance to need a cancellation or change something, probably you're not gonna like the procedure (although everything about their fee policy and time for refund is right there). I'm really glad for kiss and fly and their fair price.

I bought two tickets on a charter plane on the Iasi-Heraklion route through kissandfly and I had the most terrible experience. Basically, the company with the pompous name kissanfly is an Estonian company with a post office box in Vienna. They managed to trick me with 609 euros, avoid this company, they are first class scammers.

The worst and the most unprofessional service I have ever experienced in my life. Plz don't ever use this service. In July 2022, they messed up with my whole trip. They are playing with people money and I have no idea why they even exist. I will sue them in the court.

Have been waiting for weeks and weeks for our refund for flights we were unable to take in early July due to Coronavirus. Calling and emailing Customer Service has gotten us nowhere! Do the right thing- and refund us our money!

We reserved a ticket, and after 20 minites we got an E-Mail saying that we must pay an additional 170€ because the price had changed in the meanwhile. We googled the same flight after and they had the same price. Who knows how many times they are doing this. Disgusting.

We booked a return flight to San Francisco and had to fly back on the 14th for business reasons. Went through the whole booking process, always with the 14th as date for the return flight, and suddenly got the confirmation mail saying that the return flight was the 12th! That is simply impossible behaviour, but even after contacting nothing happened, no apology, only the option of paying 200 more for changing the flight even though it was their fault!

I am sorry to write this but this KissandFly website is B. S. I entered all information for 4 passengers 5 times with all our information when I clicked to make the payment I got a note saying there are no seats available. I wonder why the system took me to payment section if there was no seats available. NOW i am worried that I entered My credit card Information with our passport detailed information.;( this is very upsetting and waist of time... was my 1st and last time using this website. NOT EVEN WORTH ONE STAR

Good luck getting your money back if you have a problem with the flight. They charge their own fees after the fact and you have no recourse. You would be lucky to get anything back. They will make excuses as to how they cannot refund your money and blame the airlines even when the airlines are fully refunding money currently due to COVID. You cannot claim the refund via the airlines since the actual refund will then go back to the credit card used which is THEIR credit card not yours. When I tried to file an online refund via the airline's website, I also discovered that the tix were bought in Rubles. Sketchy company. Stick with reputable American companies or buy directly from the airlines.

DO NOT waste your time, money and energy, kiss and fly is the biggest scammers EVER! Their representatives are based in CORRUPTED Ukraine, the most corrupted country in Europe and the world! Try to give the biggest hackers/liars in a war torn country your credit card and see how it goes for you! That's exactly what you will expect from these scumbags! The country is in the war, with no food, heat or jobs, so they will steal EVERYTHING you got! For the love of GOD, please DO NOT buy from them and DO NOT encourage this behavior! They should be locked up in jail for being the criminals they are!

I have provided all the supportive documents to change the flight or cancel the tickets all together and these scumbags had to charge me twice for the tickets, even tho it stated on their website that kiss and fly will reimburse your tickets if you supply them with the requested documents. They should be called "kiss your money goodbye".

The company is run by a scumbag from the torn by the war, a country of Ukraine. They will steal your credit card number and fraud you! They lie, steal, cheat and fraud you!

I bought a ticket and it was not issued to me, so why did you lie to me when the amount was deducted from my account and the website says I have to pay and I called more than 10 times and he says we are waiting for the technician to confirm the ticket what should I do and I am upset because my travel is after two days

They sent an email saying that the payment had been processed and a ticket would be on its way. Three days later when I was due to fly I realised that I hadn't been sent a ticket and when I called they said that they'd made a mistake and the payment hadn't been processed and I had no ticket - there was nothing that they could do.

The date/route change request has been closed because the airline's fare rules prohibit changes to your tickets.
And the amount to be returned was not confirmed by the buyer in the allotted time. Due to the time running out, the refund request was also automatically closed.

Please note that the fare rules are set by the airline, not by our agency. We are forced to follow the rules and regulations established by the airline. We provide fare rules for familiarization to each client even before paying for tickets in the "Details" section about the flight and tickets. Having familiarized himself with the fare rules in advance, the buyer can check whether tickets with such fare rules are suitable for him in case of force majeure for passengers.

One star is too high of a rating. We used Kiss and Fly to purchase flights to Seattle. After having our flights canceled by the airline Kiss and Fly has refused to refund the cost of those flights. The airline has provided proof of refunding the refund to Kiss and Fly however Kiss and Fly claims they can not find the refund. To make matters worse Kiss and Fly representives claim they do not have access to the information and management would need to review our claim/request. This has not occurred regardless of the number of times we call. They will not email us and it is not possible to speak directly with a manager. This began in June. Clearly they have withheld and continue to withhold our money and are scam artists waiting to prey on situations like these.

Kissandfly canceled my flights one month after reservation. They said they emailed me, they said the refunded... but after investigating, I found nothing. No email of cancelation. No refund to my account. I emailed them to inform them of thier actions, I have not heard back and it's been a month. Unhappy with this company.

I went to purchase a ticket from Sky Scanner and I really thing the name should by Sky Scammer! I was sent to Kiss and Fly and this is where everything went wrong! They gladly took my money and charged my credit card. Then they changed my name on the reservation and never issued a boarding pass. I called the night before my flight and there's no record of my flight. I checked my credit cars account and sure enough, they charged my card.
I called and the couldn't help me. I'm so pissed!
Don't EVER use this scamming company!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
First leg of travel was involuntarily cancelled. No reasonable replacement options offered. Requested full refund. Travel booked November, full refund requested in February when opening leg of trip was cancelled (likely due to COVID). Was told in March, April, and May (48 hours before trip was supposed to start) that refund had been approved, we could expect it within 3-5 weeks. Checked in beginning of July, and was told that the amount of fees exceeded the amount of our refund, and we would receive nothing back. This was for $1400 worth of tickets. They told us that since we missed the first leg of our trip, they cannot even provide flight credit to us for the amount. Being that the first leg was cancelled, not sure how that adds up.

Do not book with Kiss&Fly, they are not an honest agent. My connecting flights from Boston to Los Angeles were rescheduled which meant I could not connect to my United Airlines flight from Los Angeles back to Brisbane. United Airlines provided a refund for the cancelled flights in July 2022 that went straight back to kiss&fly and this transaction was confirmed to me by email from the airline. As other reviewers I keep getting the generic email that they are waiting on the airline which is ridiculous and a lie - 8 months later I still do not have my refund (for 2 tickets) worth close to US$3,000. DO NOT TRUST THIS AGENT they are crooks and very dishonest. If I had read these reviews prior to booking I would never have booked with them.

KISSANDFLY.COM for flights tickets - they took your money and cancel your flight. Them they not provided you another fight and keep you cooking for your refund. If you try to fight over your bank with a claim, they will provide some kind papers saying that they provide the service. BREWARE it's kiss your money goodbye!

I purchased 2 flights for $1,440 total and got an email saying the ticket issuance was delayed. My credit card is still charged, and the customer service email I got has 2 broken email links for customer service. So I have gotten charged the full amount with zero tickets, and no indication of when I will receive the tickets.

I tried to email customer service asking for an update:

*******@kissandlfly.com and *******@kissandfly.com (maybe one is a typo) are both listed in the email, and both got kicked back when I email them. We are on the phone with customer service now and unable to talk to a real person.

I would highly recommend staying away from this "company". If you're reading this Kissandfly, I hope you stop scamming customers. My booking # is SANBND9J. Give me my money back please!

If you would like to familiarize yourself with the tariff rules that apply to your order, you can do this right now, in your personal account, by clicking on the “Fare Rules” section. In your case, according to the airline's fare rules, when canceling a ticket, it is possible to get a refund only for some unused airport fees and taxes. The ticket fare and payment system surcharge are non-refundable. Our agency's service fee for processing the request, and the payment system markup charged for the initial payment is also non-refundable. Having applied these fines, the refund amount exceeded the service fee of our agency. Unfortunately, according to the airline's fare rules, your tickets are non-refundable.

This company is an absolute disgrace. Do not use it. I have never had to deal with so much headache. They sent the confirmation details 2 hours before my flight, then reminded me to get my boarding passes for the return flight although the flight had been cancelled. They never notified me of the flight cancellation. I am now disputing the charges with my credit card company. DO NOT USE THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY.

Booked a return trip from Gold Coast - Sydney, Sydney to Dallas, Dallas to Nicaragua, Mexico - Dallas, Dallas - Sydney, Sydney to Gold Coast. One flight was cancelled Dallas to Nicaragua by the Airliner. Kissandfly.de are unhelpful. They are telling me the only option to get some money back is to cancel the whole trip! This is unacceptable I should be getting a new flight from Dallas to Nicaragua or at least the option to pay the difference from a new flight!

My brother booked a flight from Australia back to America night before he wanted to leave. Departure was at 11am and they still hadn't sent him his plane ticket because they were waiting for confirmation from the airline. It got to 1am called them twice and they wouldn't tell me anything. Called the airline myself and they told me they had no booking under his name. Immediately called the bank and got his money back ($1,900) luckily managed to book with someone else and get him on a flight.
Don't know why it was processing over 5 hours with kiss and fly because when we booked with someone else it was immediate.
Very sketchy and I wouldn't risk it.
