I had a problem with technical issues regarding the change of the speed of a text. The team looked into it for me but unfortunately were unable to correct the problem. However, I find the team always quick to respond and polite in their dealings with me.

I have made 6 or 7 photo slides of family and friends and have sent them to everybody via email. I have included musical backing to the slides and the recipients were very impressed with the outcome, and so was I. Great for all occasions, great Kizoa.

Kizoa customer rep Alesa was very nice in helping me the first time when I was just a visitor. Due to that experience I have become a Kizoa lifetime premium membership. She helped me the second time using TeamViewer to reset some of the settings of my antivirus software, and the problem solved.

I was hard pressed to produce a video slideshow for my brother's 50 Wedding Anniversary. There were a lot of people invited to the celebration, and I wanted to produce something very special. A few of the programs that I initially tried to use fell short of my expectations. When I discovered Kizoa, everything fell into place. The program is actually easy to use, and the available content is abundant. As a result, the DVD was a huge success. The comment that I heard over and over was that the presentation looked so professional. After a bit, this began to bother me because what I wondered was "Did I look like the village halfwit, or what. Anyway, thank you Kizoa. I seem to have come up in the world.

I enjoy working with the program. There should be an option to remove multiple photos from a project or movie. Also is there a maximum of photos that can be downloaded? And is there a maximum number of photos that can be saved as a movie? The movie-making is quite slow and sometimes have to restart.

Just used the program to make a slide show of photos I took in Israel,,, as a first time user. I may not have understood the process or the options, but the slide show did show the photos as clear as I expected... The photos that I used from my files were a lot clearer... suggestion?

Improvements to the site: Ability to clip/edit videos or music within the site.

I upgraded to the premium package so I could make some fun slideshows with my own music for family and friends. I had some issues with the playback freezing up but otherwise it's worth the one time membership upgrade and my kids really love it

Kizoa worked like a charm. When I had trouble copying my completed videos to DVD -- a problem with my PC's settings, not Kizoa -- the customer service team was thoughtful and prompt in helping me work through it.

I made a slideshow using kizoa, I made it for my husband for our first wedding anniversary. I am disappointed because when im going to save the slideshow, there is a fee. I really like the features its just that i was not able to have a copy on my computer. Please help me. Thanks

I sat up whole night and prepared video for Valentine's day based on the reviews. And at the end i am unable to download the video, nor convert the html link to MP4. It was all into waters!

I have had a positive experience dealing with the company Kizoa. I was making a video for a school project. I went over the time allotment, so I purchased the basic product. I did not encounter any problems purchasing the product. Then, about a month later, I decided to up grade to the business product because I like the product so much. I did have a problem upgrading to the business level, as the company is in the country of France. My solution was to purchase the product via my Pay Pal account. Bingo, I was able to upgrade and I love this product! It is a great product. You have to work it and find out how to work some of the features. It's a great, wonderful product... glad I got it!

I used the premium kizoa movie maker for a montage that i was doing for a 40th surprise party! They have a huge selection of effects, transitions, collage boards and
Special effects! It was pretty easy to learn how to work the program and enjoyed the movie outcome. I would use it again but i think they need to add more effects that are not so specific. The animated items are also a great addition to any picture!

I really enjoy this site except the fact that I can't download my videos or "movies" instantly. I would really appreciate and enjoy it more if I didn't have to wait 10 minutes or more for my file to be converted to be downloaded.

Your tech was technical and knowledgable about my needs to complete my slide show. I needed my music and voice to be timed to the reading of the book.

I use Kizoa almost daily in conjunction with a blog I maintain. The scope of possibilities for creating collages and videos is almost endless.
If I had one suggestion, it would be to add a larger selection of holiday, seasonal and decorative symbols/clipart to add to the already existing collection.

I do daycare and have made a slide show for each of my children in care for Christmas. The slide show was comprised of the years activitys. Parents thought it was the best memorable present they ever received for their children. I thought so to. I will be doing this every year for them. Thanks again Kizoa.

I like that there are templates with automation, and find them easy to use the first time. I'm still learning about how to update a slideshow I built. I would like the option to select a template layout and allow me to chose its background design, image, color, etc

I look forward to completing my first slideshow!

A few of the movie maker options don't have an option to crop the images so some images won't fit even when you try to edit the image and the special thanks in the wedding movie maker makes the image look really big and when you try and adjust the image to fit it then just gives a black screen with no image or anything but I do enjoy the site but find it hard to use some of the images in some even when you try to edit the image to fit in either the movie maker or the collage maker but I still enjoy using it

The program is very very slow, takes a long time to load my slideshows, very awkward to user, not user friendly at all, very picking at the internet only wants to use google chrome and then you have to constantly delete history/cookies sometimes you can get tech support and other times I wait for days to get a reply.

Slow and sometime hang by itself when uploading big amount of photos. Limited design and does not cater for all people. Should improve on the design to get more selection, style in order to get more people to use it.

I needed to learn something very specific but instead of giving me an answer I was told that the training module or something was coming. I needed that help pretty urgently but instead I had to stop working on that project altogether. It was disappointing.
