Kizoa

I was able to put together a cute movie out of a photo montage very quickly. However, there were a few photos that got cropped weirdly and I could not figure out for the life of me how to get the software to crop the photos properly. Every time I thought I had cracked the code -- to get the photo to actually show the people's faces rather than their stomachs or all of the people in the photo instead of the middle two -- the photos went back to the original cropping. I finally had to delete the photos from my movie, which really bummed me out. Guess I need to contact customer support next time?

Initial conversation with tech support was unsuccessful. I was referred to a youtube which I watched and followed their instructions and still don't have a dvd that will play in my dvd player. Called back and got voicemail and left message to call me. Have received no call.

Love the templates makes it fast and easy. Wish you had more. Only negitive is when you time your transitions and save them and then open that frame up again, it defaults to 10 seconds. Otherwise love it. Thank you.

I just spent the entire night creating a slideshow for my daughter first birthday. I was so excited to put all my daughter first year of memories together to share with my family. At one point kizoa stopped working on me in the middle of putting it all together. I had to restart after about an hour of kizoa being down due to none of my work was saved because I was in the middle of everything when it all stop responding. With that being said I went on to restart my slideshow for hours to only be mislead when I tried to download and it stated I had to upgrade. Hours of work to be mislead by false advertisement in my opinion.

Wow, needed to get a slide show presentation done for a funeral with NO time to spare... A friend told me to check this site out. At first I thought, I don't have time for trying something new, just stick with Power Point - which I'm not a frequent userer with. Well, I did check out Kizoa and WOW, made my life so very simple in preparation of the slide show for the funeral! It was SO VERY user friendly and uncomplicated, for a novice like me... truly saved the day!

Whenever I have had to contact Veronica I receive terrific support and 99% of my problems are solved. The other 1% are problems I should have been able to fix on my own. A great company to deal with. I would recommend it to any one looking to make slideshows.

Kizoa is a very intuitive yet powerful tool for creating slideshows for use in education. Everyone has been very impressed so far, and I'm a noob! They're also very friendly as a staff if you have any questions!

I have never used any kind of video editing software before and so I was surprised to find Kizoa so easy to use. It was intuitive and provided many features that I wasn't aware of. I find the application is fun to use and produces professional videos suitable for our company website.

I agree with all the above reports of this website. I am so mad at myself for not doing enough research on this site before I started fiddling around with a slideshow creation. They do get you with paying to download or burning a dvd for additional money. I refuse to pay 50.00 for one slideshow. I spent 2 days creating a special military tribute to our troops and it turned out fantastic. But then I starting encountering problems with uploading more pictures and the response I rcvd from someone in from Kizoa was not helpful and I still cannot upload pics.

Although it's long to make videos it's very simple to use. I've had two problems/bugs and the customer care was amazing and helped me fix them! It lets you upload your own music and photos. Even if I don't use the templates, I find that the templates would be a great use for others! I highly recommend this site for others!

I have used Kizoa to design multiple videos slide shows and have been very pleased with the outcome. They offer both predesigned formats, and the opportunity to design from scratch, which is what I use most. And what I like most is that they continue to improve and streamline their application. It gets more user friendly all the time!

Create a truly unique & entertaining show, that I am sure the children can look back and enjoy for years to come, and maybe show them to their children someday. They all look forward to this gift each year. I have been a subscriber

The program needs to be more user friendly. I'm pretty tech savy, so its very frustrating that the system makes creating a slideshow so cumbersome. It should NOT take more than 30 mins max to upload pictures, organize and create collage intro sheets.
I spend over 8 hours uploading over 300 photos, organizing them chronologically and making intro slides for each event to only have the program lose all my pictures. :( Needless to say, I have not gone back online to start my project over again.

I fell upon kizoa.com while looking for an online & affordable way to create a slideshow for my Mother's 80th birthday. I couldn't have been more pleased with the results! There were some hiccups with the site along the way but nothing that I couldn't work through and/or receive assistance on. Kizoa support always replied in a timely manner. Multiple people at the party asked me how I created such a great slideshow... I was happy to recommend kizoa.com! Thanks!

Great program, I love the variety of options, I also have a much more expensive & complex program - alot of similar options, this one is easier to use with 2 exceptions -.

- Saving the shows is a bit of hassle, I don't like having to have it e-mailed to you.
- Would like to see the music selection enlarged, need some lite & lively music - without words to the music, some patriotic music & music for children. If I had my choice that is.:)

You do have a great program though and thank you for continuing to add new options like the timing of the music!

Horrible, frustrating tool that advertises as a free video editor, yet forgets to mention that the free version of your cut video will have a disgusting green kizoa logo about the size of a quarter of your video on the top corner. You just wasted 50minuts of my time I spent cutting out small chunks of video, and now I have to start over again with an actual video editor that wasn't made by some stupid $#*!s with no idea how to monetize a product without putting their stupid logo everywhere. I hate Kizoa, it sucks, and I wish never tried this stupid bull$#*!. I better not be receiving any email from you through your forced subscription unless it's an apology for wasting my time.

It takes a long time to upload and when downloading more than one clip you have no option to cancel any, individually, there is only the cancel all, which is so unfair.
Editting I find some flaws as the one I mentioned last...
If I am wrong, please guide me through on an email, because i've looked and read around the site to see If i could do it differently, and nothing was found.

I found the customer service rep very responsive and professional in answering my questions prior to purchase. I received an overabundance of promotions to upgrade my services after purchase of what I wanted. I found it easy to learn and create slideshows and videos. It has many capabilities which I've not tried, yet. I'd like to see the capability to set the slideshow timing to automatically end the show on the last note like Windows DVD Maker used to do. It's not hard to work around because I can still adjust individual slide times to make this happen. I like Kizoa and have recommended it to several other people.

Video I use to do on the computer I did on my iPhone! It was amazing! Created my sons's 50th birthday through the years! So proud of it as I am a baby boomer! No more discs. Uploaded to you tube to share with friends and family!

I searched quite a bit for a web based movie maker and was about to settle on YouTube's Video Editor as my only option. I'm so glad I found Kizoa. I now use both YouTube's and Kizoa's editors for the various home movies that I shoot on my Smart phone. Kizoa has features that YouTube's editor doesn't have and allows me to be creative with my editing.

Can not get in touch with the company. I no longer have access to the email address that I used to sign up to make the video. How do I get the URL to the video so I can record it for her. It is very upsetting for an 86 year old to have her husbands memorial video just vanish one day. She has watched it every day since my Grandfather died. I would like someone to send me the updated URL. I am so very upset they have devastated my Grandmother. We have no other copies. FIX THIS!

I absolutely love everything about Kizoa. I enjoy taking photos and making slideshows to share with family and friends. I cannot think of anything that I don't love about Kizoa. Photo editing is a breeze, slideshows are fun to make and appreciated by all my friends and family. I love the collage feature and now being able to add video to them makes them even more exciting. I was overjoyed with the fun and ease the first time I joined Kizoa and I quickly became a member. Now I am a lifetime member. Kizoa is the only photo editing program I need and the only one I use. Kizoa is always adding new and fun features to their program. Thank you Kizoa for letting me make photo albums, slideshows and collages that all my friend think I am some kind of professional. I highly recommend Kizoa to everyone.

I used the app to create some music video / slideshow, and found it to be difficult to use, very slow (system hog), and the editing features not very accurate.

I also don't think the special effects are very interesting or creative.
