Kizoa

I stumbled on Kizoa for a client who needed to make videos. Needless to say, I am not a video tech person. However, Kizoa saved the day. The system is friendly, good tutorials, easy to use, especially for the non-technie video person, lots of ideas. We love Kizoa.

Very easy to use giving a very professional outcome. Some very clever, original and amazing additions. I've been using Kizoa for a couple of years and they add new items to enhance your slideshow. I'm very pleased and have received wonderful comments from recipients. They must think that I'm very talented and a 'techie' - but I'm not. It's just Kizoa allowing this to happen. Thanks Kizoa

I love the site so much that I even paid $50 for the membership. It was so far, so good but it's taking a long time sending me the video. It's already an hour since I requested the video I made to be send to my email. My video is only 30 seconds long so it shouldn't take that long. I use it for business purposes so that's why it's a bit urgent for me. Is there a reason why it's like this?

UPDATE: It's been 6 hours & I still haven't received my video.

Kizoa saved my bacon when I had to rely on online technology to deliver my academic research online all over the country. No more anxiety for me or having to resort to plan B - WHICH I HATE!
Now I know it's there waiting and all we need is a good computer with great sound. Jobs a good one - Thank you Kizoa :)

Kizoa has been great so far. It has been easy to use to make slideshows and video's of my family. I used the free service originally, but have since upgraded, and I am very excited to be able to download the videos I create now!

I love this slideshow maker... I have made so many videos. It is very easy to use. And FUN!

The only question I have is: Can I use my own images with transparent backgrounds? Like, if I want to add my own frame, or flower or something.

I'm very impressed with this web based app though there is still room to grow. I bought the premium version and so far the support has been none existent. I've emailed multiple times to find out what the limitations are on animated gif uploads and how to remove the ones that have been cropped due to their size. So now I have multiple versions of the animated gif in the My gifs section and there is no way to delete them. By the way it would seem that the limit for them is 500x500 pixels as far as I can tell. Don't get me wrong, the product is great and has huge potential. I only hope they are successful in monetizing the service to grow and improve. Would be great if they included support and idea sharing forums within the site. This would help alleviate the online and phone support challenges.

Last year I purchased the lifetime starter package to create a movie for my speech class and it worked perfectly. I have been trying to create a movie for two days now because the videos are taking forever to upload.

We were trying to quickly download a slideshow for the visitation services of my father-in-law Alesa went above and beyond to make this happen for us and we were having trouble with the Internet connection. Thank you so much! Everyone was impressed by the slideshow and we let everyone know about your website :)

I have been looking for months for a good slideshow creator. I don't like the pay by month options because some months are busy and others not. I have used this for work and will also use it for personal use. Recommended!

I had an issue with a slideshow i created. Alesa from Kioza went out of her way to help me resolve the issue. My son deploys soon so access to this slideshow was very important to me for various reasons.
I could tell from the messaging her team at Kioza assisted as well and due to their prompt efforts my mind is at ease as i have a working copy to show our friends and family.:)

Kizoa provided exactly what I was looking for to create a slideshow. I was a previous One True Media user so was searching for something that provided the same capabilities. Kizoa went above & beyond, exceeding my expectations. I loved that I was able to completely personalize my slideshow and how easy it was to use. The more I used it, the more great features I found which, in the end, resulted in an amazing slideshow! I have and will continue to recommend it to anyone looking for an online program like this. I made a video as it said it was free. I sat whole night to make a video for my school presentation and i'm really sad to know it asks for membership to download :( I still have 6 videos to make by 27th. Wasted my time on this.

Paid for a premium lifetime subscription and have had nothing but problems. When adding a gif to an image there doesn't seem to be a way to make it stick' without saving the whole slideshow. After that, the gif frame appears on all the images (without the gif) until I close the site & browser and pull it up again. Sometimes, when uploading photos or downloading a completed video it gets stuck and I have to start it over again. When I copy the link to share the online version, it only provides a link to the original slideshow I made, not the current version after edits. I've tried calling the customer support number but there was no answer. Not even a recorded message to say there is no one in the office due to Covid-19 if that is the case. An email sent three days ago hasn't been answered or acknowledged Overall, I feel that I've been ripped off and it would be great if either the problems could be resolved or I could actually reach someone to get a refund.

For years I used a online program for my slideshows for school. This year I had a ton of difficulty with it, so went online to find something and that is when I found Kizoa. After a few tutorials it was pretty easy to put together a slide show for our first grade program. The parents and the kids loved it. I then made a year end slideshow for our entire school which was a huge hit! Finally my youngest daughter graduated and I made a slide show for her graduation party! It was a great memory that I have shared with all our family. I am excited to continue with this program for next school years performances as well as family events.

There are a lot of things I love about Kizoa! There are also a lot of annoying things! One thing that would be very useful is in making a collage that there were lines showing you when the edges of photos are lined up. Also, another really nice thing would be to show which photos in your album have already been used in your slideshow.

The site was great to allow multiple people to upload and edit a project.
The application was easy to use and very intuitive so took no time at all for the average user to get up to speed and create something.

I made a movie using Kizoa software but had trouble burning it onto DVD using Kizo-Player. I called Kizoa customer service center but it was before office hours. Even though I did not leave any message, my phone call was returned within couple of hours same day which usually does not happen these days. After I explained my issue, they tried to help on the phone first but then sent me an email with very detailed instructions of how to uninstall and reinstall Kizo-player. The email also included plan B, which offered a link to. Iso file of my movie with once again very detailed instructions. I finally was able to burn my movie onto DVD with no issues whatsoever! Thank you Kizoa team for being so proactive and being so patient and attentive to your customers needs! Awesome software and even better customer service! I am a very, very happy customer!

I recently bought the Kizoa top video making package and have been thrilled with the 2 videos I have made so far! One was for my 15th wedding anniversary (which included about 70 pictures and is about 7 minutes long) and one was for my Grandma's 90th birthday (which included about 400+ pictures and is about 40 minutes long). I love all the special effects you can add and the music that can be uploaded. The high definition looks so good on my big screen TV. Even pictures that are close to 90 years old look fantastic! When I called the customer service number with a few questions, they answered right away and were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend Kizoa to everyone!

I really like this program - it's the closest thing I can find to the previous site I was using and there are some aspects I like even better. My only complaint is adding music. The previous reviewer who stated that most slideshow software automatically starts the next song where the previous one ends was SO RIGHT. That is the only major complaint I have. The music seems to end in a different spot every time I play back my slides, making it almost impossible to add songs to the right spot. If the songs just automatically flowed this would be a non-issue, even if your internet connection wasn't perfect. This one fix would make a world of difference!

Very easy to upload photos, using the templates for me is the way to go to get prearranged photoshows that are enciting and uses little time to coordinate. I make " Trips Down Memory Lane" often for my children and grand-children, they love them.

I first started using Kizoa for small slideshows for school and for my family. Since Kizoa introduced the film editor, I have done some longer slideshows with more than one music, with beautiful and fantastic efects.
Now Kizoa will have to consider the option of saving the work in screen format 16:9
