Kizoa offers a TON of features and capabilities, but what really puts them over the top (for me) is their customer service. Prompt, friendly and efficient, they go above and beyond to make sure users get what they need. I'd like to give a special shout-out to Evan Bonney, who patiently took the time to go through my questions and help me out during the holiday season. Thank you!

Very disappointed to have paid for a full year, only to have issues with the very first video - then all requests for a call or email on the issue ignored.

We attempted to use the account again and the loading times are frustratingly long and then cuts off for 50% of the actions we attempt to take. In the end, we have given up on the entire system and still wish to claim a refund.

I was looking for a nice free website to make a video of my holiday pictures. I checked several reviews of Kizoa and I understood I could make a simple video of 1GB. I have no idea how much 1 GB is so maybe that was a mistake. It took me hours to make the video as I am not so technical. Only when I tried to download it, I was notified that I could only make a 1 min video for free, otherwise I have to pay about £30. That's a bit too much for 1 video really so now I'm stuck with a video that I can only see as long as they keep offering the service/website, I guess. More honest info would be appreciated, like a reminder "your video is now longer then 1 min. To be able to share or download it, you will have to pay" or something like that. Even afterwards I checked several websites where Kizoa is advertised as a free service with many features etc. Most people however would want to make a video that is longer then 1 min so the "free" is misleading.

I reported 2 weeks ago already that i can not cut my clips - the window stays grey! I can not send emails to you anymore - they are not deliverable! I paid for this program and i expect some service. And when you finally fix that problem? First was said next 3 days, now it´s 2 weeks and nothing happened. Your support email don´t work anymore and you also deleted it from menu!

Since last year I haven't been able to use Kizoa. Numerous attempts to get the problem fixed through support failed.
I keep getting the message: "This content cannot be modified because it does not belong to you" when I want to delete images. Also, uploading doesn't always work.
I loved working with Kizoa, but now I'm really disappointed.

I just purchased Kizoa and am quite happy.
Only a few main concerns.
Even after purchasing the second highest one I still get pop-ups to try and get me to upgrade.
I agree very much with the other review that it should not be too difficult to check off the
Pics that I have already put in.
I cannot see how to pause my music while a video is playing?

Program is fun to work with, but when "exporting" the file it took a substantial amount of time. Additionally, one of the exports only exported the first few slides meaning I had to go through the process all over again. Lastly, in terms of service, the tech support was difficult to understand. Use this, but don't both paying for the extras, you will be better off paying for a real video editing program with that same amount of money.

Few things that come into my mind that other similar platforms have is the opportunity to record over the video and add filters to the video. Maybe few new text popping up options would be highly appreciated (personally interested in one that kind of like pops out few times and then stays).

For the need to purchase a membership I expected just a little more. Graphics wise it was alright, serving its purpose just fine, but the finer details left much to be desired. I had so many issues with the music fading out properly despite the video ending when the music should. There was also glitches with transitions and the consistency of the volume. End video project was okay, but not a masterpiece by any means of imagination. Now that I have the membership I'll be using it, but might consider other programs for the audio function.

The film cutting option has not worked for three weeks. I have called many times (8 or 9 now) and have yet to get a representative. I have gotten an email telling me it is a bug and that they are working on it. I'm even more nervous today because the whole website is down. Hoping I haven't lost all my footage.

Until the past few weeks I was really happy with Kizoa. I am hoping it works again so I can restore the stars I would have given it a few weeks ago.

Update: It has been about 5 months now with no change, except that I am no longer to send emails for some reason. I'm about to go on every rating site Kizoa is attached to and in every language to warn people to stay away if this continues.

I have tried for years to find one spot on the web where I could make really good videos quickly and easily. Much to my frustration every site I found disappointed rather than impressed. That all changed when I pointed my browser to Kizoa!
I love the ease of use, the effects, the simple yet powerful interface - not only user-friendly but stupid user-friendly ( which is just what I needed!)

Having used Kizoa for a number of years I found from time to time the software let them down, slow to sign in, freezing on a regular basis, waiting forever for an edited photo to save... well that's all gone!

I've had problems from the start. Recently, I was told that my membership was running out, and I have videos my boyfriend made for me on there! After today, they are going to be gone, and I'm heartbroken. He made them 3 years ago, and I'll never be able to get them back all because Kizoa wants me to waste $30 to have a premium thing I'll probably never use. Thanks, Kizoa, for taking away something precious to me. You won't be hearing from me again!

I do not use it very often, but with what I have made over the past few years I am thoroughly pleased with... Kizoa is easy to use and allows me to send my creations to family and friends. I can make great videos and collages from this program, using my own photos that I have taken with my camera. I am putting together a 600 slide show for our 6th grade graduation. Everything on the preview using the program was perfect. I timed all of my songs to where they needed to be and transition effects. When I went to burn it on a DVD, the first song starts off in the middle of the song. I tried contacting them, but am unsure how to do that. I called the number they have on their website, but it directs you to put in a person's extension or indicate the person's last name and then it hangs up if you don't have that information. Any thoughts as I have to burn this movie 52 times by June 5th!

I love the features of the product but a few things. I cant figure out how to delete extra slides that are not needed. The music selections are not the greatest. And I've now lost my project twice due to the website freezing. Even if I don't close my computer down. When I go back my work is gone. It is frustrating. I spend many hours personalizing my project for my loves birthday today..
