I love Kizoa very much cause I can do all kind of college for my family and friends.

Love the online program. Has much more potential though. In Fx, there is an option for Bordes Colores, when you choose that option to frame your pic, the program automatically changes it to yellow or black, there's no way to change it! I tried speaking with the gentleman on the other line regarding that and I think due his accent I was unable to fully understand and him me. We were never able to fully communicate efficiently. There are some other issues with the timing, more than occasionally when you need to validate a slide another slide will pop up to validate its time but it changes the time. So I feel like I'm trying to remember what the time set was to choreograph with the music and I essentially have to redo that whole area. When you move a slide too, it automatically resets the time to 5 sec. Very frustrating. Mixing your music on here is also difficult, like to transition or cut. I would pay additional to have a better music mixer for this. All in all, I love the program. Pretty easy, and I love that I don't have to store the slide show on my computer! Look forward to all of the updates you guys make!

Hi Melissa! I wanted to let you know that the timing issue should have been resolved as of last week. You can now see where a song ends in your slideshow and it'll also show you how many times your song has looped. This should greatly help with music synchronisation!
I paid for an upgraded membership for a higher quality video but it didn't work, when I contacted customer service about the issue, I never received a response.

DO NOT USE THIS PROGRAM! We downloaded this program because it was advertised as free and had lots of interesting slideshow features. My husband spent hours uploading pictures and creating a slideshow for a Mother's Day presentation for our church. After everything was done and he tried to save it to dvd we discovered you have to pay $50 to do that (this was not revealed anywhere on the website that we can find, and we did go back to see if we overlooked it somewhere). We had no choice because we needed that presentation and there was no time to create a new one so he paid the money and upgraded the program. When he again tried to burn the slideshow to dvd the computer (which belongs to the church) completely crashed and when he tried to reboot he got a fatal error message. So now we are out $50, we had no slideshow presentation for Mother's Day, and the church computer that we use in all of our services is dead! DO NOT USE THIS PROGRAM!

When Kizoa works, it is remarkable. The creations are beautiful and the variety of templates is incredible.
The problem? It hardly works. For three weeks, I have wasted countless hours trying to log-on and complete my creations.
Weeks ago, I was able to create project files using the slow and sluggish kizoa.it as an alternative to kizoa.com. The end result? The process for turning them into video files would not complete and produced a glitched-out video file that was unusable. Hours and hours, wasted.
I was hesitant to pay into an 'online-based' solution for this very reason. While I understand that things happen, Kizoa has made matters words with a lack of updates and transparency from their twitter account. This whole situation has been extremely frustrating. I am left with no choice but to seek an offline alternative and start my projects from scratch on a very tight timeline.
And so. My recommendation is to find an alternative. What could and should be a really wonderful application has turned into a frustrating and time-wasting disaster.
Time to move on.

Site did not make it clear that you had to pay in order to download a video. I spent almost 3 weeks working on a slideshow for my grandma whom just passed away just to find out I would have to pay.

The majority of Kizoa is free, you can make movies of unlimited length to share online via email, Facebook, Youtube, etc. for free, as well as download movies for free if they are under 1 minute in length. I used the Kizoa program to create a video for my daughter's high school graduation party for family and friends. The program itself worked fine and I was quite satisfied with the results I had produced, especially since I'm not terribly "techie"! My disappointment came when I went to download my dvd, only to find what had been marketed as a "free" way to create a keepsake, cost me upwards of $65 when you want to download it in any capacity. Ok, still not the end of the world, so I paid and moved on given the extensive amount of time I had already spent on it. When I went to play it on the dvd, the pictures scrolled thru much more quickly than on the computer, causing it be about 8 minutes, when it was originally 12-15. The problem being it was difficult to focus on the pictures since many of the collages scrolled by without pausing as they did on the computer. I called customer service and spoke to Victor (I think-something that started with a V) and was treated incredibly rudely and basically was told that it was my problem and when he downloaded it, it worked fine. He would barely let me finish a sentence... never can I remember being treated like this. When I asked for a refund, he again told me it was my error and I would not receive a refund! Very disappointed with the way I was treated.

I created a movie, found many capabilities in the Kizoa tool, in some cases there was a bug - i wrote to the support - they claim it is not a bug - but it is.
Overall good experience.

I think calling yourself an "Online Business" makes you sound formal when you are not.
I called a couple of times and wrote several questions by e-mail and ALL WERE ANSWERED FRIENDLY AND THE PERFECT ANSWER OR QUESTION. I admit it is like learning to play the piano but easy.

I'm happy to hear that you're happy with Kizoa and the help we've provided you with =) You can do a voiceover by first recording your voice on a recording device and then uploading the audio file to your computer in an audio format such as an MP3. From there you can upload your MP3 onto your Kizoa account and place it over your video. I hope this helps!
