Kizoa

Definitely not recommended. I wrote my comments in response to someone else's post but also wanted to make sure to help bring their rating down. I was unable to use the slideshow I created after spending hours on it. It tools them 3 days to get back to me and by then it was too late. Of course they also refused to refund my money. Stay away!

I cannot even get into the site anymore. Shows an icon telling me to click where the green arrow is, but there's nothing there on my computer. The two examples it shows don't apply. Haven't been able to access the site at all. I loved using it before, but have been trying other sites now because Kizoa changed things to make it inaccessible for me. Sooooo frustrating!

I have enjoyed the multi media creativity options packed into Kizoa. Uploading, slide show creation and they render the finished product and send me an MP4 through my email. These keepsakes are flawless from creation to delivery and the many hours of enjoyment for family and friends are worth the nominal cost.

Does not meet my needs to make a simple video, feels very cheap and is always glitching. The most frustrating thing is that you can't make a quality video on 480 p which is what's offered ( unless you want to 50$ for video in 600 p which is still only OK). Also, you have to pay to get the logo out of the video and title. I do like that I don't have to sign up or log in though. But still, I've seen other video editors that offer more and are better made.

I had a few problems with burning my dvd, didn't know how to block my anti virus program so I could burn my dvd, but Alesa was very helpful, she took over remotely and everything went smooth thereafter. Thank you Alesa!

I have been creating videos and slide show on kizoa, and it's working perfect, they have some awesome theme, great animation. I can even create my own theme in here, I just love creating video on Kizoa.
Also they have the best customer service, they fix your problem right away and help you all the way until you get satisfy.
And right now the Kizoa is the only best video making website

Overall pretty straightforward website. The only thing was that i discovered until after i was done making my video that in order to email it i needed a membership. I called the customer support phone and they told me that i just needed to replace my own music with one of theirs so then i was able to send it by email for free. All in all it was an ok website.

Great app for my needs, yes I feel a little angst when I signed up for the "starter" only to find I can't save it to allow my visitors to view. Maybe I overlooked something. Also, I wanted to make another video but it keeps adding my content to the previous video and no help on how to start a new video. Very good and easy otherwise m.

I needed to make a short video quickly. I found Kizoa and made my video. It was super user friendly and had a ton of options for me. The only thing I wish they would have would be a way to cut youtube videos to clip them and add them in. I will be using this as my new movie make tool.

The More Videos you combine to create a video the shorter the movie is the end. Wish the music list was a little better. The pop up screens get annoying at times which I thought would disappear in the Premium Package. Overall I find the experience Very Good

I edited a video for my daughters birthday for 3 hours and accidentally clicked on info for creating a collage…deleted the whole video. Re created it AGAIN 3 hours later they tell you you have to pay for extras. (Don't bother trying to make a video that lasts longer than 10 seconds.) I've invested 6 hours in creating a gift I do not have access to. What a bunch of dirtbags. I hope the creators and owners wake to find their crotches infested with the fleas of a thousand camels!

I joined Kizoa and have been able to make over 50 videos on You Tube displaying my work in theatre and with my band. There were so many things that I used to make the videos look stunning, the hd quality is amazing. Additionally, I made a few videos for friends celebrating amazing moments in their lives. So, it has been an incredible boost to my artistic and personal life and given me and many other people some wonderful optical experiences. I have highly reccomended Kizoa to my friends and fellow artists.

If I could give a zero star rating I would solely based off of the fact that this company uses false advertising. I have spent many many hours to make the perfect video as a Christmas gift, when they say it is "free" and when I go to burn it, it is going to cost me over 70$. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. When I email I get no response, and when I call to complain they state that the majority of their site is free and that it is clearly stated in multiple places. Both of which are not true... The site is "free" if you make a video that is less than 1 minute long, and who wants to do that?! And it is only stated in multiple places after you have wasted all of your time making the video that you can no longer do anything with when you find out how much it costs. I will never use this site again.

I had a lot of fun using this program, but there is room for improvement. Mostly by having a user manual available. It would have saved me a lot of time if I could look up how to perform a function vs. having to use trial and error to do so. I love the amount of things you can do with my photos, this is a fun program. I also love how quick you are to respond to questions and problems. Thank you!

I would recommend Kizoa to anyone who has a stack of photos and short videos they love and who wants to represent them to an audience in a fun way that can be easily shared ( with friends and family.)

I spent days putting together a slideshow for my boyfriend for valentines day believing that it was, as the website advertised, FREE. I am absolutely heartbroken to discover that I now need to pay money in order to download this video. I could have spent this time using another program that was actually free. I feel that this is false advertising.

Since experiencing this problem I have read reviews written by others who have similar problems and am very surprised to see that Kizoa has not changed their website to reflect it is not in fact free.

I've used Kizoa several time to make photo collages. Slideshows, special occasions cards of my granddaughters to share with my family and friends. Fairly easy to use. Great selection of templates for your use or create your own. Love that you can download high quality copies of your creations to your home computer, as well as, post them to Facebook, Twitter, etc

Kizoa is VERY user friendly. I recently created a slide show utilizing many exciting slide transitions for my mother-in-law's funeral. The slide show was a wonderful addition to the sad occasion. I especially appreciate the quick response I've gotten from the customer service folks when I've had questions or concerns. I HIGHLY recommend Kizoa for projects that involve both pictures/videos and music.

This week I am having issues downloading my video. I have emailed, called customer service, and Facebook messaged... and no one will help me. I am at the professional level and per the contract, says priority customer service and so far for three days, I can't get anyone to respond. Poor Poor job to a loyal customer.

I have used Kizoa for a few years now and since the upgrades, after purchasing my premium package I have noticed issues with accessing my accounts. I have tried contacting the company and resetting passwords however now response by the Kizoa team has been successful in reaching out to me.

I found Kizoa by doing a Google search for the best apps for creating a photo presentation. Was I glad I did! I had never done one before and had no clue how to put it together. Kizoa was totally intuitive, self explanatory, and amazingly easy to use. I did a life celebration presentation for my sister and the results were both up-beat, beautiful, and moving. My thanks to Kizoa!

Terrible company. They do not advertise that if your file is too big you have to pay for a membership. I spend over 5hrs working on a project for my grandfathers memorial just to find out I had to pay to download it or burn to a DVD. After emailing I got a generic (and probably automatic) response telling me what I had already knew, emailed a second time and never got a response back. Worst customer service and deceiving advertisement.
