Kizoa

The site offers a good platform for personal use. However, if you have a YouTube channel some of the music that us supposed to be okay to use causes an almost strike making me not want to produce with just the site alone. Want more traffic partner with Epidemic Sound. Okay for college use and the visuals are good.

I read the website description and gave the trail version a try. It worked pretty well and I went ahead and bought the full version. As I was getting into production I began to find flaws.
* You cannot control the speed of text scrolls
* You cannot insert video
* You cannot set slide times for indivdual slides
I contacted KIZOA and requested a refund. As a wedding photography I need video input. They said "No refund". If your just loading up your family photos it's fine... if your trying to do semi-pro or professional productions, stay away!

I am a Premium member, I would like very much to upgrade to a PRO membership with the offered discount of 65%. Unfortunately I have missed the offer, that was till September 27th.
Kizoa offer me now only 30% of the remaining part of my membership.

We were running low on time to put together a collage of all of our pictures for the "growing up" video of both my wife and I. Thankfully Kizoa was such an easy thing to use! I was able to create my video for free and get used to the interface before even thinking of purchasing the premium experience. Once everything was as I wanted it, I upgraded my account and got a full HD video that turned out fantastic on the projector we set up for this collage.

I was quite happy with the experience. Adding music, transitions between slides, automated animations and layouts, and many other great features were incredibly helpful for me. I probably finished the collage 10x faster than if I were to have tried on my own with another piece of software. The best part is that the images and music is all stored online, so I was able to work on it between multiple computers if I needed to!

I have used Kizoa for years and have created many beautiful videos. I recently completed creating a new slide and was asked to send in and a link would be sent to burn video to CD. The link they provide has "Kizoa" prominently featured on every single slide. It takes away from the video, is very distracting and in some cases overlaps photos. I was very disappointed with the new change and will no longer use the program that I paid for to create videos/slideshows.

I want to thank the customer service for all their help in getting me back on Kizoa. You are so patient and so kind. I wish all customer services would be like your company, Kizoa. I am just thrilled to be back on this site and I love it. It's so much fun and I am now able to burn my DVD's. Thank you again for all your help.

Im a student and I used kizoa for my video project and it said I had to become a premium member to access my video they scammed me and now I have to remake my video that took hours to make and that is due in 20 minutes please never use this site I promise you will get scammed!

I love Kizoa. It has allowed me to make epic birthday, anniversary and all sorts of other videos.
The premium is worth it so that I can add my own music - but even before I went premium your music selection is very good and can be used in all sorts of ways.

I have used Kizoa now for 2 weeks.
It is a very simple, straight forward site and application to use.
I had problems signing up with the promotion code applicable for the 2 year membership. I contacted the kizoa support and received feedback with another promotion code within less then 24 hours.
I had no problem signing up or paying. Mind you though I used paypal.

I love the fact I can store all my photos.
I had some issues with uploading music. However, this was more a problem on my side, which I was able to correct.
I had contacted kizoa support numerous times with questions. They always got back to me within 24 hours, which is really great!

Love the Application. I would recommend it to anyone starting out with photography. It certainly is worth every penny.
I have gotten many many compliments regarding the slideshows I have created so far.

For a first time movie maker I've found it rather easy. As I've gained more experience I'm discovering tools fir the more advanced movie maker as well. If you are using for business I highly recommend buying the Pro package. I'm really enjoying Kizoa.

Kizoa has not changed much since I last used it three years ago. You need more special effects and transitions to bring it up to date. And I'm not at all happy with you posting your name all over the slide shows including on the title of the shows when I post them to YouTube. It's one thing to have your logo on each one but quite another to put your name before the title of each one... that's too much.

There are certainly some things that would improve this program (here not all, but some):
- possibility to change the music in the middle of a film
- the "contours" of all of the photos is visible in the next frame
- looks cheap, but when working with it you have to upgrade and in the end it's expensive...

Love Kizoa! Very easy to use. Lots of choices. The only thing I would change (and maybe it's already available and I don't know how to do it) is to make it easier to see all the pictures in my video when editing so I can change the order.

Working with this program was such a pleasure. I was working on something for my son's graduation party and could not have been happier. The program was easy to use and the options were great. Will be using for future projects.

I found Kizoa while researching how to do a slideshow for the school I work at. I immediately liked ease of use of the program, and the ability to share the finished slideshow with our families via an email. I fell in love with Kizoa so much, that I showed my boss and she immediately purchased the lifetime membership for the full product. This is a great way to do a slideshow, and I'm looking forward to using all the new advances they have made.

As like one of your previous users, I have used kizoa to make a slide show for my sons partner. My son was killed in Afghanistan in 2012, as you can imagine this was a heart wrenching piece that I put together for her with her own choice music. I had no problems using your fantastic piece of software, but I was astonished that there was a charge to download or save to a disc. I was under the impression this was a free software.

I have breen playing around with making my photos into movies more recently than ever and now can create much more easily as a non-techy... I only wish there was more music to choose from and I wish the music menu would tell you the length without having to play as sometimes I would rather look at the length to match the movie I'm creating. I also wish it would tell me what music I picked so I can modify more easily. But it's very fun.

It's user NOT friendly. I have 20 years of graphic design experience and I have a hard time figuring out what to do, how to make modifications, and downloading my final product. Also, it's even more dificult to make changes if you used templates. Very unhappy & looking for another app to do my videos.

Pay to get one video on "your site" and another on you tube with a watermark. Then told we have to pay more to get the actual video. Scam bait and switch. How about a business model where I pay 14. 99. 9. 99 for one video and 4.99 for a membership? The only positive is the software makes good videos. However not worth the price point for you to get site hits or your marketing logo. Fire your marketing team and get more realistic with the pricing model and be up front about what you are paying for. Disgusting way to do business.

I tried several other slide show softwares, all of which, like Kizoa, offer a free version that works in a limited way. Of the free versions, Kizoa was clearly the best for my use and I did purchase the $100 version. I am very satisfied with it, now that I am pretty far up on the learning curve. I'm retired so was not "born with an electronic gadget in my hand" and did not have any previous experience with graphics software or slide maker software or video editting software, so I really was a raw novice. I watched several YouTube videos about how to use the software and found them quite helpful. Now I get raves on my slide shows and am confident I made the right choice.

I have made over 40 videos and have no complaints so far, apart from:
Log in is a bit long winded, having to enter details every time can be a bit annoying. All my other programs are one click log in.
The only other problem I find is that there is a lot of buffering waiting for the program to catch up even though i have a good internet connection.
Another minor problem is that when you download a video it is not downloaded with the file name that you gave the video.
Other than that it is a great program and I would recommend it to anyone. I will continue to use it, I haven't found anything better.

I have used Kizoa since 2012. It is my "go to" for any video clip I make. I have a basic and a premium account. Never any glitches when working in the program. I have had great reviews on anything produced in this program. The ability to edit individual photos/videos and variety of options to add bells and whistles or just enhance what you have it great. The variety of options make it the best I have come across. You can use their templates or create from scratch. Nice music selection, with ability to upload your own. Tech support is awesome. User error, and they were patient and respectful with my mistake. Can't say enough about this program and tech support. Only program I recommend!
