I have had Veronica help me once before and then again the other day she has the best customer service you could ever ask for. She was more than willing to help me in any way she could to resolve my issue and she did... Thank you to Veronica:-)

I had paid for the pro version but this still had the logo on my slideshow, I sent an email, but also decided to ring them as the matter was urgent, as it was a present. The phone number was a worry as, they are situated in France but was told it was standard charge 020 (which is london code). The phone was answered straight away and I told her my problem, she also stated they had got my email too. Explained what was wrong and was told it would be sorted out by the end of that day or very latest the next day... I said thank you, and within a couple of hrs the problem was sorted. A very good customer service very well done. Highly recommended. :)

If you have some time to play around with the features of this program you will soon find it easy to use. I have made two videos, and two chirstmas cards that turned out well. I have learned how to sync recordings to the video as well.
The only problem I have is sometimes you can't control the cursor when setting images and it is as if the program has a mind of its own which can be frustrating at times, But over all I have found it to be a good workable program

Didn't take me long to learn. Started with the basic package and as I progressed I was really impressed and decided to upgrade to PRO. Love the professional finish of my product. Really easy to work with and share across different media.

I just happened upon this website years ago. And have used it for over 6 years now. Everyone loves my slideshows and videos that I created for birthdays, anniversaries, and graduations just to name a few. No one site is perfect and I can see room for improvements (editing). I have learned how to do something new every time I login to the website. I have a lifetime package and it works for me.

I use Kizoa know and then and I am very satisfied with the program. This program I have recommended to many of my friends as the best I have found available on net. Keep up with the good work and fantastic layouts. Thank you.

My Girl Scout Troop bought a membership for this website to be able to work on movie maker badges. We created a slideshow with it in June. Was easy to use and worked great. I go to log in and it is simply GONE. I can no longer access our slideshow we put hours into making. Nor the pictures we uploaded. This company stole from us. Hard earned cookie money is GONE. Incredibly frustrated. Their Facebook and Twitter accounts are also POOF GONE!

This is a really good product the only thing I have a problem with is the time line it would be better if it had numbers on it to keep you up to date with where you are as the scrolling causes you to lose your way a little and when you change the time at the end of the time line it changes all the timings in the middle which causes a lot of extra work. Other than that I like it.

They leave out alot of important things in their tutorial, for example, at first it looks like you don't have a lot of control regarding the timing of the video/slideshow to specific music, but I discovered that you can control this after all. Their tutorial only shows you how to place two songs if one is too short for the video.

Great tool to start video editing and animations. Needs better quality content and options. You can add trajectory to text to enter but no exit option. Included media content is outdated and low quality.

In this ever growing world of video production, not to have the ability to add voice to the videos produced is a travesty. I love the program, but for how I want to expand, the program is insufficient. Unfortunately, I had already paid for the highest level of membership before I discovered this gap.

I've created several slide shows for family and friends with Kizoa, and each one was a hit. Thank you for creating this program. It is so fast and easy to do, and the music choices are a wonderful addition to any slide show. Thank you for the program.

I use Kizoa to advertise four beach front rental condos on Siesta Key Florida. The slide shows were easy to make. Kizoa helped me along the way and steered me to excellent online "how to" videos. Their on line technical support is prompt, easy to understand and nice to work with.

I've been struggling with Kizoa for 2 months and can't burn a dvd... I write them and they suggest this and that but I think it doesn't work because it's a french program that does not work in the USA... want a refund! And they should be reported to the BBB.

I have had Kizoa for a year and progressed though the levels so I have a full account. I kept upgrading because I loved the service. I have called with questions a few times and always reached someone who made me feel I was important to their business.

I've been using this program for couple years and at first I did not like it because I couldn't get someone to help me when I have problems, but last week I called customer service and I got connected with Veronica, I completely changed my mind about this program. Veronica was very helpful, patient and very knowledgeable of this program. She is great and I even upgrade my membership. I have used lots of slideshow maker programs and this is the best so far. Highly recommended.

My experience with Kizoa has been very good. There are many features that I like. Very easy and intuitive to operate.

However, I do wish that the "zooms" and "motion" features were a bit more complete, with the capability of "controlling how far into the picture the zoom goes" and "Pointing the zoom EXACTLY to the item in the picture to which one would like to zoom". I also wish that there were many, many more "effects" to work with, (like the many effects with Power Point). I would LOVE to have a seemingly ENDLESS choice for effects and other "tricks" that make a video interesting. Please continue to keep developing and adding these in the future. Very important! I also like the seasonal updates that you send out. Very helpful. Over all, I love your product and will recommend it to others..

Love Kizoa. Been trying so many different slideshow makers and had trouble with every one of them. Kizoa is so reasonably priced. They answer help email so quickly. The support is very nice, kind, and smart.

I'm using kizoa to make a graduation slideshow for my school. It is so easy to use and looks professional! Although I love this website, when I went to download my completed video half of my work was lost... is there a way to recover my work? I knew I saved it. Still not quite sure what happened

I am a Media Specialist for a 5-8 school. With my 5th graders I do a research project on American landmarks. I use Kizoa as the final draft where they present their research. The students love it and the projects turn out beautifully. I love the ease with which it can be used. I want to thank you for the ability to use this program for free. It is awesome!

This program is easy to use, and fun to work with. I first started with this program working on a wedding video for my daughter, and have since made many short movies. When I had a problem with the word Kizoa showing up big in the left corner of my entire wedding video I made for my daughter, I asked for help through email. The problem was quickly resolved. Thank you for a fun program.

It is use to use and it gives the possibility to make videos and collage easy.
In order to be perfect I would like to have more different templates both for slide maker and collage.

And one more thing... every time that I download a collage in which I put music... the music disappear. If you can help with this issue it will be great!

I am very satisfied with Kizoa... delirious with joy, would be more accurate! Kizoa makes it possible for me to make very professional-looking slideshows, complete with captions, transitions and music. And I know so little about technology that I can barely use e-mail. Kizoa makes anyone look good!
