Of all the software I have previously purchased from European sources, this is by far the most fun to use product to date. Its learning curve is just about where it should be for either an intermediate through advanced user. I spent nearly 2 days making my first collage. I was barely able to stop using the software for even 1 hour. Kizoa is as addicting as video or online games. Thanks Kizoa for making an online graphics editor like no other.
Tech support is spot on even with the nine hour time difference from Seattle to Paris. A really big thank you to my customer service assitant - Alesa Gawlik.

What's going on with Kizoa site!?
I use it often, so I feel I got the basic understanding, it's giving me hard time now!
I payed the money to be a member, so I don't have glitches!
I sent my video to my email and it do not let me download it to my phone... Or it doesn't properly let me watch it... (The expand full screen button is missing.) (Before sending I push the option of downloading to phone... Device button. I know that step I did it often)
Also, it is changing up my song start point. But it plays it right when I'm editing and listening.
I try downloading it to my computer but it disappears (it says converting than after about 20mins the download disappears and it never finish or Reappears.
Try to do a CD nothing.
I try calling can't contact anyone.

I had a 2 year membership for $49 which expired but I was pleased to find that it was now advertised as free! I've spent weeks creating a slideshow for daughter's wedding only to find at the end it's $130 to download it or burn a disc. Very unhappy they weren't upfront about this. Also I have never been able to play my previous slideshows that I burned to discs. They won't play in a DVD player. I had to download them and then take my laptop to the venue to show the slideshow. I was ok with that before- but I can't see paying $130 for a download. I now have 2 days and have to start all over with a different program. :(

I paid to use this website. I made two videos that worked fine although any time i ask for it to be emailed to me it never gets sent. I used to download the video to my computer but today after spending 1 hour and a half sorting out a video for my friends birthday it wont let me download it! I have now spent another hour and a half trying to get my finished video onto my computer with no luck! I saw on pervious reviews someone saying the video needs to be under 1 minutre (never been a problem before) so i cut it down and its still not worked.
I am now left very frustrated and dissapointed. Not worth the stress!

Sorry to hear that your experience with us has been bothersome. Rest assured, you can download your videos for free, as long as they are up to a minute each. To do this, go to the 'My Movies' tab and click on your movie and then click 'download' at the bottom of your page. The link to download the video file will be sent to you. If the link does not appear in your inbox, then please check your spam. Should you continue to have the same problem, please contact us at support@kizoa.com, so we can further assist you on this issue.
I was having an issue with a download and had try to delete the video and redo it 3 times. This was a gift for the baseball team so to have 1 boy not have his video was disheartening. Fortunately, Alesa came to my rescue. Not only did I receive a timely response, I also received 2 other follow up emails. Ales took the time to not only resolve the technical issue and get the video downloaded but also took the time to determine the photo that was causing the issue. That photo was removed, re-uploaded and then worked perfect. I received an email with this info and that Alesa sent the picture to the tech team to look into it to see if there was a bigger issue. This was an amazing resolution and Alesa certainly went above and beyond for me. THANK YOU for employing such a caring individual!

I started to make my slideshows and was very happy to have found the site at first. It had all the tools that I needed to make the slideshow in memory of my dogs passing. When I was finished with my work that I put incredible amount of time and detail. I could not share until I became a member and paid a fee. Not very happy about it, I paid in order to be able to use my slideshow. A few months later I created another slideshow and I made sure to stay by the limits of my membership and still they wanted to charge fees. Kizoa I would really like my money back. I'm not the kind of person to complain but I find it ridiculous to charge people to use their slideshow with out being clear on limitations due to fees. I would have to pay $90 dollars in order to use my recent slideshow. I dont think so...

I spent about two hours making a slideshow from pictures of my Dad's life for his funeral. When I went to add the songs, it said I could only add more than one if I bought a premium membership. Not wanting to have wasted my time, I went ahead and bought the DVD package, that way I could at least burn it to hand out to family. Well. Once you add the songs, it doesn't tell you when the first song ends! This makes it almost impossible to start the next song directly after the first one. I looked into this, and apparently this program doesn't have that feature. I essentially had to do math and calculate what slide the songs would end on by dividing the length of the slides and the songs. It took forever! Then, after all of this, I couldn't figure out how to burn it on a DVD! It would only burn the file onto a DVD, making it only usable on laptops. So pointless! I would NOT recommend this website to anyone!

The ability to add multiple songs is a free feature, you can add as many songs as you like from any of the hundreds of titles we have available on Kizoa. If you want to add your own music then you do need at least a Premium WEB membership. So you know, we are working on a new sophisticated music feature that will allow users to pinpoint where a song ends on a slideshow as well as crop it, this will be available this year. When burning a DVD you need to make sure you're using a DVD-R or DVD-RW disc, this should be able to be played on any DVD player/TV. If this isn't working for you we're more than happy to check it out and see what's wrong. I've been looking for a program that allows multiple photos on one slide. Kizoa allows as many photos as I want. I've put anywhere from 1-12(or more) photos on a slide. This is great for making video slideshows for graduation or other events. It even allowed me to upload videos. The only thing that I wish Kizoa would allow was editing the music timeline. Right now the music plays but I can't edit exact timing to match the video. Overall, this is the best video program I've used and I've even upgraded to their one time premium costs because I liked it so much! I've received many compliments about my most recent slideshow, and told my coworkers about your site. Thank you, Kizoa!

I pay for the premium option. The site lags and sometimes crashes and won't save my files that I am working on. I would like to see more slideshow pre-made options. I use to use onetrue media and they rocked, I miss them.

I have spent a lot of time and effort to make a movie because the front page of your website clearly shows that you can create and download videos for free. But in the end it says that you are forced to buy membership if you want the movie to be downloaded on your pc. I have shared it on facebook but i want to download it for free. What is the use of creating it if i cant even download it? You should have mentioned it on homepage. I was really expecting to download the video and send it to a very special person after all the effort. I am really dissapointed.

Hi, sorry for the confusion regarding the ability to download your movie to your computer. With a basic membership you can share your movie for free online by email, Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, blog, etc. You can also download your movie to your computer if it is under 1 minute. I have gone ahead and exclusively requested for you to receive your movie in a video format so you can download it. Also, could you clarify where you saw that "Free" was mentioned on our homepage? We do not have this mentioned anywhere on our website and we do provide our membership details both on our website as well as within your Kizoa account where you'll see a large orange button that says "Premium" in the top left of your account.
Great program to use! The only thing, for me, was when I copied my slideshow to the dvd there was a delay in my videos that I uploaded. The voice to picture ratio was off. Even still, everyone loved the slideshow and asked what program I used. Overall, I would recommend this program to anyone.

I have been using Kizoa for years. I am very happy with it. But yesterday I upgraded to Expert and I noticed that the files which I upload with 2560X1440 or 3840X2160 resolution are being processed in the same corresponding resolution BUT the file size are getting drastically reduced. I don't know why this is happening and how it will affect the quality of my final clip.

I paid for a proffessional lifetime subscription 3 months ago.
There are sooooo many problems and bugs in the software, it's unbelievable.
I am so desperate becouse I try to make a movie for my son Bar mitzvah which is coming soon and have so many problems all the time.
I have tried so many times to call and to send e-mails but nobody respond.
It is such a shame that you know to take the subscription money but the service you give is completely zero!

One of my hobby is photography. Although I'm still very far to be called a pro, I dream that someday I will become one, a professional photographer. Still photos are great... but doing a photo slideshows give more life to the pictures, and if the pictures were properly arranged it gives more stories I have tried many slideshows available on the net, but I'm fascinated more with Kizoa. It's versatility and user friendly plus the added features, make a Kizoa a great slideshow maker. Of course, Kizoa team still needs to continually upgrade Kizoa slideshow maker, to address the needs of its loyal customers. I am still a beginner of this KIoa slideshow maker, so I still need to familiarize my self of this great apps.

One thing about the videos/ movie maker I made apparently not working well when i tried to add it to my slideshow also wheb i tried to downloaded the video with slideshow. It could not allowed me to send by email to friend due bytes size... i am not sure what is the best alernative way do that.

Hi! If your file is too large then you can simply send a link of your slideshow to your friend so that you do not have to worry about any size limits. Go to the MY SLIDESHOWS tab, select your slideshow then click on the EMAIL button at the bottom of the screen. You'll be able to type in your the emails you want to send it to and you also have an option underneath to allow the recipients to download the slideshow from the email.
This is a great website with lots of options. However, I was unable to create my slideshow because the horizontal scroll bar on the website did not work. The scroll bar refused to move to the right, making it impossible to make my slideshow more than a couple slides. Please fix this.
Also, I read the other reviews about having to pay to download the slideshow. KIZOA STAFF MEMBERS, if you see this, know that I am not happy with this feature. If you are going to advertise your website as a means to make slideshows for FREE and then at the very end tell us that we have to pay, then you might as well not have used the word free in the first place.
What you're doing is not cool.

Hi Amanda, to fix the scroll bar not moving to the right try double-clicking on any slide and click "Validate" on the small window that will appear. You can then try scrolling and it should move. We're in the process of fixing this small glitch very soon! As for what features are including with a free account, I'd like to let you know that the majority of Kizoa is in fact free. You are able to upload your photos and videos and create slideshows, collages, etc. You can even upload your own music and add them to your creations. You'll then be able to share your slideshows and collages for free online either via email, Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, or embed onto your own website or blog. There are a few features only included in our Premium memberships such as downloading to your computer or burning onto DVD, everything else is free!
I made an AVP for my son's 7th birthday hoping i could play it during the actual celebration. Unfortunately, when i requested to save the video in my drive, Kizoa team took a very long time to email me the link of the finished avp. So, i wasn't able to play it during the birthday. I received the link almost after a week. It was really frustrating.

Hi James, you shouldn't have had to wait a week for your file, a file request should take no more than a couple of hours. You can track the status of a file within your Kizoa account in the MY ACCOUNT tab under MY ORDERS. Send me an email at veronica.gomez@kizoa.com with the title of your slideshow so I can check on what may have gone wrong.
I love the program although I found it difficult to use in the beginning it soon started to make sense in the use of all of the time. I love all of the prearranged themes, that way I can upload my own music and that Kizoa makes me look like a genius at any event.
The five star rating is also based on customer service. The customer service is excellent and I couldn't ask for anything better. Whenever I emailed I get a quick response but exactly the information and I'm looking for. This makes a huge difference in my choice to purchase a product and to continue to use it and recommend to my friends.

I looked for a free slideshow service for my husbands' memorial funeral service. I searched for free slideshow programs and settled on Kizoa after reading the positive reviews. I spent days working on his slideshow and then realized that I cannot actually download the video or even properly upload it to youtube without paying. I am so disappointed and spent so much time on this. Their policy on what constitutes "free" is sneaky and unclear until you try to download. SO DISAPPOINTED. Don't get scammed like me.

Hi Andrea, first of all I am very sorry for your loss. I have gone ahead and exceptionally requested for your to receive your movie in video format which will be sent to you by email. Just so you know, you most definitely can upload your movie to Youtube for free regardless of how long your movie lasts. When you are logged into your Kizoa account go to the "My Movies" tab, select your movie, then click on the "Youtube" button at the bottom of the screen. You will then need to choose the "basic" option and your movie will be automatically uploaded onto your Youtube channel. If you would like to review what features are free and which ones are Premium you can consult our membership chart on our website as well as by clicking on the large orange "Lifetime Premium" button in the top left of your Kizoa account.
When I continued to get the message "Your slideshow failed to upload to Facebook; please try again in a few minutes" for hours on the night before my 22nd wedding anniversary, I emailed Kizoa asking for help. The next morning, I continued to get the same message. I decided to call the Kizoa hotline for help, and within minutes the lady who answered the phone was able to tell me that the connection between Fb and Kizoa had expired, and she also told me exactly how to fix it. Soon after, I received an email response from my query the previous night with the same information. It was great to be able to call a human being and get immediate and accurate help for my problem. Thanks to Kizoa, my husband saw and loved the video. A+ customer service and an A+ anniversary! Thank you!

I came across this website and think it is an awesome slideshow maker, but I am battling for 4 days now to buy the two year premium version. I am from SA and simply can't make the payment on line. I sent numerous e-mails to Kazoa but no one can tell me what my promotional code is so i could go ahead and have fun with the program. So I am very dissapointed with this, but sure I could stumble another site that is more helpfull to me. To the ones that could buy and enjoy the program i envy you.
