It DOES tell you after youve made the premium purchase. Unfortunately the one project I purchased the whole thing for-- deadline was past HOURS later when I finally got the download link.

This sucks no one should try to use this website I tried to make a collage about my grandmas life since she has passed I worked on it for a 3 weeks with my family expecting something just to find out it would cost 130 dollars to make an 8 minute video and burn it to a DVD this website sucks

Just so you know, we do not set any limits to the amount of time a video lasts. The time limits you may have seen are actually refering to if you want to insert video clips within your slideshow then each of those video clips can last a certain amount of time, but overall you can add as many video clips as you want and your slideshow can last over an hour if you wanted it to. Again I apologize for the confusion and I'd be more than happy to get you your slideshow, just send me an email.
This program is just what I needed to make several slide shows. I am not very techy so this made it simple add music and drag and drop pictures - DONE

It claims to be a free service, but when u want to download the movie after hours of working on it, it's asks you to pay 30$ for it. Pretty disappointed

Hello Arpit, Most of Kizoa is free: you can create collages and movies, save them to your Kizoa account, and share them online as a free user and you can even download movies of up to 1 minute in length for free. Downloading longer movies is, however, reserved for our Premium members. You can see all the details of our different memberships on our homepage under "Our Memberships" or under the orange Lifetime Premium button in your account. Please send us a private message or contact us directly at customer support so that we can help you retrieve your movie :)
I love that I can make different frames and drop them in as I see fit. The music is good but you can add your own. The best part is that I don't have to store it all on my computer.

I used Kizoa for the first time one year ago
& after playing around with it I created an amazing slideshow for my husbands 50th
Now 1 year later I am wanting to create one for my daughters 21st but unfortunately I encountered all sorts of problems. (I left it to the last min as I thought I would be fine re previous experience).
I am Australia so I couldn't just ring so I emailed Kizoa (quite a number of times) &
Was extremely impressed with their helpful, detailed & PROMPT replies. I didn't have to wait days for a response.
Thankyou so very much to the amazing Kizoa support team for turning my urgent frustrating experience into a fine one again & slideshow finished on time thanks to you guys.

Using Kizoa is quite easy but there is slight disadvantage is that the slide cannot be shift around to be place on different timing. Maybe there is this function which i'm not aware of.

I spent so much time and effort to make a movie as on the front page it shows u can create and download for free. But in the end u r forced to buy membership if u want the movie to be downloaded on your pc. Sharing of fb doesn't work as many user aren't able to view my movie. What is the use of creating it if i cant download it. SHOULD MENTION ON HOMEPAGE.

While most of Kizoa is free, and you can even download movies of up to 1 minute in length as a free user, certain features such as downloading longer movies or burning to DVD are part of our Premium memberships. I recently reviewed Kizoa unfavorably. I had monumental problems with a slide show presentation I was trying to put together last weekend. They were apparently having serious problems with their server throughout the weekend which impacted my ability to use the slide presentation that I worked very hard on. Since I was unable to get in touch with them since their business hours are Monday through Friday, not weekends, I felt that they were not letting me use their site for free as they claim. In light of this I upgraded my membership in order to secure my slide presentation with NO luck. I was extremely upset. When Monday came rolling around I called them and spoke to a lovely representative named Veronica. She explained to me that they were having serious technical issues over the weekend and was extremely apologetic. After explaining the whole situation to Veronica, she not only allowed me to download my slide presentation for free, but refunded me my payment for the upgraded membership AND is allowing me to remain an upgraded member for free. I guess I can't ask for anything more than that. They were wonderful.
The only complaint I still have and I expressed to Veronica is that they need to be more upfront and clear about their membership fees. I worked very hard on this four minute presentation that I thought would be for free... and it is... but you don't find out till you are all done that you are extremely limited as to what you can do for free without upgrading.
Otherwise, I will continue to use them in the future. They really do bend over backwards to rectify issues.

A little slow to upload pics. Special effects not as great a quality as i would have liked. It was timeconsuming to upliad musis and get it in the right irder. Many people who viewed could not get soecial effects or music.
Overall was a good program to make a video memorial for my brother's funeral.

Hi Ramon, usually a slideshow converting a video takes less than just a few hours at most. We're actually in the process of buying new servers which will greatly speed up this process so that it'll only take just a few minutes. It may have been that the email was redirected to your spam folder. You can check the status of your slideshow requests directly in your Kizoa account by going to the MY ACCOUNT tab and then looking in the MY ORDERS tab. From there you'll see exactly the status of your slideshow as well as when it's ready.
Each year I create a montage of video clips and photos of my son (7 years and counting). I use to use i-movie but the upgrade to Captain messed up my entire computer so much so that I am finally parting ways with my Mac. I was desperate to find something comparable. I paid the premium price. I put together a 319 slide movie with music (20 min). Problem #1 I can't see the song titles in the movie as I edit it. Problem #2 The way editing is laid out as a single line at the bottom makes it very difficult to edit longer works. It takes forever to scroll back and forth and you can only look at about 10 slides at a time, so finding something takes forever. Problem #3 I cannot hear the audio of my videos over the music. There is no fade in, fade out, or music trimming. These are features of I-movie that I sorely missed using Kizoa. I can't believe that there is not more demand for these features. Customer service was great, but they really couldn't help me because the things I was asking aren't part of was Kizoa can do yet.

Hi Athena, I am glad that we were able to speak on the phone the other day regarding these concerns. I will definitely share your feedback with the rest of our team so that we can take this into consideration when planning future enhancements to Kizoa. I did also want to let you know a couple of tricks that may help:
1 - You can check the song titles when working on your movie by double-clicking a slide and then selecting to "Modify" the music. You will then see the title of the track!
2 - You can see many more slides simultaneously by going to the "Settings" tab of the Movie Maker. You could see thumbnails of up to 80 slides at a time depending on the size of your computer screen. You can also move slides around from this page.

For the most part it's very easy to use. User friendly. Any one can insert photos and music to make an excellent video. Plus it's easy to add animation.

I am very frustrated and would like my money back as well, terrible experience in EVERY WAY! It is a shame I wasted 7 hours of my life trying to create a slideshow much less the $50, I am absoluetly blown away that scams are able to operate like this, right under our noses!
