I was very scared about the comments, but most of it is NOT true... this website is AWESOME! Easy to use and it really has customer service. I contact them online and through the phone, they called me back 3 times after I left a message, it took only 15min for them to reply my calls. I was scared because is a website based overseas... don't be afraid, they are very nice and are very caring about their new american market. Payment is on US dollars and not in "euros" like some people commented... totally worth the price :)

Always wanted to be able to create professional videos with my own images music etc ~ yet also be able to see how to do this. Thanks to Kizoa this was brought about effortlessly and I am really grateful for all their 24/7 help

You people who have negative experiences are probably drunk. I purchased it on line for 49 American dollars, added 4 of my songs to a slide show along with 85 pictures, emailed it &burned it on to a DVD. It is phenominal! Unfortunately, it was a memorial for a child. Can't wait to start a new one, this time I won't feel guilty for having so much fun! Read the help answers. They are very easy to understand.

Since I started using Kizoa, I have enjoyed every step of the video and collage process. Timely downloads delivered to me are perfect! I always get updates to when Kizoa incorporates new music themes and template designs.

Do NOT order from this site. The email of my slide show did not go through and burning/download also did not work. When I contact customer service, I was told that I was in error... that they have many happy customers. I informed them that I was going to refer to my bank because their product did not perform the way it was promised and they told me their headquarters were in France and they didn't have to comply with US rules. BOGUS! If you sell somewhere, you have to support that sell... period. Or have criminal intent in my book. They are rude. Their product doesn't work as it indicates and you will end up fighting to be treated with respect, or worse, to get your money back. Don't do it!

This is the slide show maker that is easy to use (and I am technically challenged!), this program has great animated features you can add to your slides and has a slew of transitions to use for special affects... and if its all FREE!

I chose to pay for the premium package which gives you access to reps that can walk you through any questions you may have. All of them were great! I never once was on hold. They were all patient and knowledgeable.

I highly recommend this program... can't wait to use it again and use some of the other great features like the templates if offers.

My wife and I made a graduation video and used Kizoa. It was very easy to work and put it all together. No problem downloading to CD for replay on computer. Had an issue making the DVD work. I sent an email to Kizoa and promptly received a call from Kizoa and immediately walked me thru it. Could not ask for better service.

I wanted to show my estranged wife how I felt about her and our one year old child. She didn't believe that I loved her and our son.
I put together a timeline of photos and began arranging all the effects and chose some suitable background music. The process was logical and easy to follow. The result was so powerful it had me in tears because it unlocked my emotions that had been locked inside those photos. I sent "The Book of Love" to my estranged wife on Valentine's Day 2015 which was the second anniversary of the day we met. Later she told me how she cried inconsolably as she watched "The Book of Love". Her faith in me has been restored. Kizoa is truly an amazing program that can unleash the creative genius in anyone.

Very easy to use. I'm a guy with limited computer knowledge. I watched the YouTube instructional videos and went to work on putting my slideshow together. I was surprised at the ease of doing my project. It took me approximately 2 hours to put the 150 picture slide show together.

Alesa (I'm not sure if the spelling) was fantastic. She listened to my situation and researched the issue. When she found the problem, she said she will fix it and call me back. (She didn't want me sitting on the phone waiting). She called me back after a short while and we went through the video again. All issues were resolved. It's very hard to find great customer service these days but I found it with you guys.

After making a slight bit of noise on social media, they contacted me back. They ignored requests for a refund, but did clarify the problem with being unable to edit video clips. They had told me in an old email they'd for sure fix it. That was a lie. They now say they are not going to fix it. They are continuing to sell full priced memberships, have no warning on their site that you can't edit clips, and the part of the program that did it still shows up. It is beyond misleading. This is criminal theft. It's tantamount to selling coffee makers that don't make coffee. They actually offer up going to a different free program to edit clips, render clips, then bring them into Kizoa. That's not video editing. That is stealing. They know it, they keep selling it. Hit them and hit them hard. This is the shadiest thing I've been taken in on. Could have just refunded me. Now it's a bigger fight.

I wish there were more photographic embellishments rather than the cutesy "cartoon" symbols which are more appropriate for kids videos... I use this for promotional videos and cutesy doesn't always work... but love that I can make creative and classy videos from my stills, and incorporate video footage too.

Paid for the premium membership. Created a slide show with music and when I download it to burn a DVD or save it to my computer, it come down without the music. I have been working with Kizoa for over 2 months to fix this problem and they have me try different things but it's still not working. Now they are not returning my calls or daily help desk emails. Do not use this company, their product randomly stops working and they can't support you.

This is an amazing site, don't get me wrong. But nowhere in the website does it tell you that you have to pay to use your own music... That is until you're completely done and finished with your slideshow. I was gonna use this as a one year anniversary gift for my girlfriend. I put almost two hours into my slideshow, just to find out at the end it wants me to pay. To me this is false advertisement. It even says on the front page "No registration required!" And list off all the stuff you can do. But only if you pay, and only if you waste hours of your time. It makes me feel like they want you to get attached to your slideshow and almost force you to pay for it. Which is a shame because I probably would've of bought it, if it just told me at the start I had to pay 40+ dollars. I'm just very sad that I can't share this with my girlfriend, especially since I worked so hard on it, and loved the way it looked. One star, and ve unsatisfied.

This site is amazing and offers so may extras. I can't believe it is a lifetime membership and not annual or monthly. I will forever use this site for holidays and birthdays. The best part is calling the number and getting a knowledgeable person on the phone immediately who answers. What?! That's unheard of these days. Veronica was awesome. I even was able to email her some videos for her to upload to my slide show for me. Thanks so much! Customer for life!

Now grandpa can express more! I'm not a computer savvy but the creator of your app understands. As if they can also read what a 53 year old grandfather in the 3rd world who only got newly connected with technology.

Charge you at the end, you don't get your movie immediately, incredibly hard program to work with, once the pictures are in kizoa you cannot get them back out except one by one in a very tedious process.
Never again.

Love the final result but the process can be frustrating. Have a difficult time downloading more than a few pictures at a time from computer to slideshow. This is my 5th show I've done on my european travels and I still cant figure out the problem.

KIZOA was recently purchased by INVIDEO.ai. To its credit, KIZOA was a great site BEFORE it was sold. Now it is (allegedly) in transition. That means that a lot of times you cannot upload ANY images or fix anything in your work. But worst of all, you CANNOT DOWNLOAD your work -- as of this writing, I've been waiting for more than 5 days for a download. When I reached out to customer service (via the very difficult-to-find link: https://direct.lc.chat/*******/), they were not helpful AT ALL.

My advice? Find a better site for your video creation because neither KIZOA, nor INVIDEO (the company that bought them) is safe or reliable at this time.

Sincere effort to assist and walk me through any confusion I had to navigate and resolve my issues. Their patience and understanding made me confident in my decision to make the purchase I did earlier that this was a great resource and site to have chosen for the project I had to complete. Was beyond ecstatic with the final result.

I started playing on Kizoa but realized quickly that all was not free. They should make it more know what is free and what is not. A good website can quickly become deceptive to many. Companies should realize that this is not good policy and they are doing more harme then good. My experience has been good up to now. I just am having a problem uploading my own music. Don't know if it is something at my end or theirs. I have e-mailed them recently so haven't heard anything yet.

I wish "FREE" means free but sadly it is not so. I took time to create a short presentation as farewell to an office member only to realize at the end that it is in fact not free. So why do you say "Free movie maker"

I thought for a very long time about getting the full deal. I was not going to get involved in just another Web design site. But wow was I wrong. I have all the tools to create and manage my very own movies.
