Ordered 3 items. One item wasn't even showing up that I ordered. There is not a 1- 800 number to call only by email and it was forever getting back to me not prompt customer service. Finally received all of my order but not used to waiting so long. Because of this read other reviews and put mistrust in my mind over this company. Recently found out that they only issue a store credit no refund. I don't like that. On good side they have good merchandise but what is good merchandise if poor customer service and mistrust? They have beautiful jewelry but not enough stock on it and people can't get the item, always sells out and says waitlist. Recently now they have posted on Facebook a contact number and a long explanation for why things haven't been going smoothly even as far as a threatening paragraph about taking legal action against their own customers for defamation. Not good. This isn't going to help them overall in my opinion. Customer's are upset that is why they have said negative comments about them and last I checked people have a right to free speech and their experience with a company.
Placed an order on December 8th; it's now January 25th, with no order in sight. I was promised over a week ago that I'd have tracking information, but there is still nothing.
I fell victim to a Instagram ad and first ordered 2 sweaters. They turned out to be awful quality and smelled heavily of chemicals. Even though the return policy said I could return within a specific time period (because I never order clothes that don't allow a refund!), they wouldn't refund me and instead only offered a store credit. So I placed an order on April 18 for something else. It's now August 25,4 months later, and I still haven't received my order! The only response I've received to my 6 emails is a $20 gift card for the inconvenience. I will absolutely not be using it or shopping there any more. I want to support a small business, but my experience with this company is absolutely awful. Buyer beware!
So I ordered the reindeer sweater and the Adeline Crossbody bag in one order. If I'm not mistaken, their website said items shipped out between 2 to 5 business days. Well, mine were not shipped in that timeframe. I bought my items November 3 and I just received them today which is November 16. My sweater was shipped first then my bag shipped. And then first I was told something with the bag. I'm guessing, maybe she thought she didn't have any more in stock. She was waiting for the warehouse I guess to get back to her to see if they were still in stock. I looked online after I ordered the bag and it was still 1 in stock. The sweater is very cute though and so was the bag however they don't do refunds so if something doesn't fit then you're out of money. They give you store credit, but not a refund.
Buyer beware. Ordered something that was IN STOCK on 11-8 and it said it would ship in 2-4 days. I asked in the notes field of my order to ship ASAP please if they could. A week later it hadn't shipped. I ask and they said "oh some take 5-7 days check back at business day 7." I look at the product listing and it said "ships in 2-4 days." I ask at business day 10 and wait 2 days for a reply when I had to ask AGAIN where my order was. Then they say it will ship in "5-7 days ONCE RESTOCKED per the item description" Now ALL OF A SUDDEN the product listing says it needs to be restocked. What?! It was in stock when I ordered it. Then they act all innocent and say they are busy and are trying. Why don't you tell a customer there is an issue? I have ordered from dozens of boutiques, some larger than this one, and this is by far the worst communication and service I have had. And since they don't offer refunds I am screwed into credit which I will have to trust they actually send product for. And why do they not have a place for google reviews?
Ordered a product that was supposed to ship in 2-4 days, it has been over a month and no shipment movement. (They sent out an email on June 19th saying it had shipped and the shipping company still has no information.) Have reached out to customer service and they were useless, said they were working on it and weeks later still nothing. Requested a refund, no response. Will be filing a chargeback. Would 100/10 never recommend this site. And not that it should matter, but this was an over $350 item, so this isn't a small amount they are ignoring.
I have purchased from Krush Kandy a couple of times and, even though the pre-order items are slower to ship, they are pre-order, so I get it. However, one item ordered months ago still has not arrived. I emailed them multiple times...no response. The items I received are good quality and beautiful but it's not worth the drama of potentially paying for something I have to keep monitoring until it arrives months later!
I placed an order for the 1st time with this store only to get a confirmation that it was going to the wrong address, I tried reaching customer service to advise the error and have it changed to right address and sent numerous email's and a message on there website on the day I made the purchase. I haven't been able to reach anyone, the pkg is heading to florida instead of pa. I made the order a few days ago and today I got a email saying the pkg is on the way to Florida. I'm so disappointed. And I'll never going to see the item I ordered. Horrible customer service! STAY AWAY FROM THis STORE!
I ordered shoes for an event and a week later they still had not shipped. I reached out just to see if they would make it in time and i was told that the vendor had shorted them my size but they still had my size listed on the website for people to buy. I was told they would ship them out as soon as they got them. I replied and asked to cancel my order and just get a refund since i had no idea when they would be shipped and they weren't going to make it in time for my event. I never got a response and four days after asking to cancel they still shipped the shoes. I then asked to return them and they had no problem responding minutes later to inform me that it was only store credit and i had to pay to ship them back. I will never spend any money at the boutique again considering they can't accept their mistake and make it right.

I have been a customer for over 3 years and the quality of jewelry is amazing. Krush Kandy is a great place to get unique pieces for your collection. They care about their customers and do whatever is necessary to fix any issues.
I've been shopping with Krush Kandy Boutique for atleast 3 years this is an awesome small family business that works very hard to make sure all orders are correct & handled with care. They sell clothing, shoes, purses, beautiful jewelry of all prices ranges and lots of 1 of a kind pieces and lots more. I highly recommend checking this boutique out!
I have been shopping here for years and will not shop really anywhere else! The owner has personally reached out a couple of times to make sure my issues got fixed. They have great quality and hands down the best customer service! In regards to the review left about her being rich because she had a farm is extremely tacky and really this person clearly hasn't been following Kristyn long enough to know how trustworthy she is and how hard she works to make everything right! I recommend this boutique!
I've interacted with a lot of boutiques over the past several years and Krush Kandy is top notch. Not only do I love the brands they carry, their customer service is exceptional. They are quick to respond to questions and issues but they are also extremely accommodating and generous. I had ordered multiple items, some clothing and some non-clothing but the pair of jeans just weren't good on me. I think every boutique I've ordered from have had the same return policies and it can be frustrating for newcomers but Krush Kandy went above and beyond to make sure I still received my original discount and was happy with my experience.
I tried to contact the company through every media outlet (Facebook, Messenger) as well as by email and never received a response. My order took 8 weeks to ship. I have yet to receive a response. Because of the delay in shipping the merchandise I canceled the order. I will never order from Krush Kandy again and will share my experience with all of my friends and on social media.
Ordered a blouse from their site. Didn't arrive for close to a month and after multiple attempts to get information from them. They apologized for the mistake and then did nothing to fix the mistake. Just another bs Facebook scam. They should be ashamed of themselves. See BBB reviews before buying from them. Take a look at the photos below. What The Actual F&$#! They did NOTHING to rectify the situation.
Just recently had an excellent customer service experience with a necklace I purchased. There was great communication with Catherine and was resolved with no problem. Krush Kandy went above and beyond with helping me. Not a lot of companies out there would do what it takes to make the customer experience a great one—-KKB did! Love their jewelry and clothes. I was just in one of their live shows, I was in there for about 15mins, and all she did about was trash talk some other boutique owner. The whole room was talking trash about whoever the other person was. I asked why so much drama, she said her and her customers are like a family and that they talk about whatever they want. What kind of business owner does that? I made 1 order a few days ago, it shows fulfilled, but no tracking number. I asked about it, and all she said was look at shipstation. I did look, and it was there either. I would not recommend this boutique or the owner. She seems to thrive off drama. She said if I didn't like it, I was welcome to leave, so I did. Too many other boutiques out there with very kind and professional owners.
I've been a customer for over 3 years, love the company, the owner, the clothes, the jewelry, the fast shipping, the excellente customer service, and just the all around good vibes! You won't regret shopping here and it's like they say "I bet you can't eat only one" now it's " I bet you won't buy only one" lol. I definitely recommend Krush Kandy to all my friends and family.
