I ordered a jacket on the 22nd and tried to reach out after it never shipped. The 5th somebody finally emailed me back and said it would take 5-7 business days. I stated if that's the case why still nothing. She's like oh they are behind but it's here today and should be sent out today. I wanted this jacket for vacation. It's now the 13th and still has not been shipped. I'm super depressed and nobody is answering me. I want a refund and don't want the jacket at this point.
Krush Kandy Boutique is my go to for fashion and jewelry, and the deals are amazing! Kristyn has such great taste that I've stopped going to the mall! There are at times mishaps, but her staff never fail to fix it! Kristyn deserves a thousand
Customer service for Krush Kandy boutique was phenomenal. I had a few hiccups along the way, but everyone I spoke to was so kind and sweet even when I was a bit frustrated. Overall, my experience with Krush Kandy was amazing, and I will be purchasing from them again. Highly recommend.
I placed my order two weeks ago! The money was taken out of my bank and I have still yet to see that my order was shipped.
Tomorrow, I plan on going to my bank to reverse the charges and claim fraudulent activity!

I placed an order early December of 2023 and I am still trying to get my purchase resolved. There is no communication from them unless I reach out. They ignore and refuse to take responsibility even when I reported them to the BBB and I am still out my money they took from me back in December because they only issue you a credit to their boutique to which I tried ordering another item on February 8th that I have yet to receive. Pictured are the email communication and you can see that there are no status updates unless I reach out first. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever encountered with a "small" business

Krush Kandy is quick to take your money but slow to deliver your items or you don't receive at all. Several mistakes, extremely slow to respond, the phone number is not listed to contact them, and items are not worth it. With so many other online boutiques that provide exceptional service and items, don't waste your time with Krush Kandy.
I've watched a few boutiques and none compare to KKB. Kristyn is so personable, live shows are the best, great quality with clothes, shoes and jewelry. Great prices and fast delivery. Best turquoise jewelry.

I have been buying from this boutique for 3 years now. I have tried many boutiques and now only buy from KKB and one other boutique. Everything has been amazing quality! Even the mystery bags have been awesome! I have shared some issues with them and received an email almost right away. They are so positive and friendly! Everyone that works for them works hard and Kristyn is so down-to-earth! You won't be sorry buying from them!
I just want to say I know that KKB has had their growing pains as a small business. I originally started shopping back in 2018, I ordered a sweater and they found a defect and could no longer order anymore from the vendor. Kristyn took time out of her day and called me herself to apologize. From that moment on I have been a customer. They have treated me very fairly and have ALWAYS been kind. I imagine having a very small team and managing THOUSANDS of orders is no easy task. They have always provided me with very fair resolutions to any issue I have ever had. I know that I've seen a few frustrations with preorders that take 4-6 weeks, but the quality is amazing, and having custom made high volume quality pieces so take time. Kkb has always always in the now 5 years I've been shopping treated me kindly like a valued customer and member of their community. No business is perfect and they all have their growing pains. I am and will remain a very loyal KKB customer.

Upon internal review:
The customer placed an order on March 25,2024, for the Sunflower Lace Mesh Top, and according to tracking, the order was delivered successfully.
We have no customer service emails from the email address used in the BBB complaint—only one message that was a reply to a marketing campaign email, which clearly states it is not monitored for support. This was the only correspondence we received, and it simply stated, “You got my money,” with no request or context for assistance.
If the customer had emailed our designated customer service email (hello@krushkandy. Com) or used the return portal, we would have been happy to assist.
Furthermore, the customer placed a second order with us on June 5,2024, which was also fulfilled and delivered. This indicates that the customer not only received her original order but was satisfied enough to order again.
