Ordered a lounge set, sweater and pair of earrings in Jan 11th. Got an order confirmation, it is now Jan 27th and still no tracking number or status. I emailed and got a canned response from AI or computer stating their ship time is 2-4 days. We are now on day 16 and no information or order status provided. When I go to their website and go to " track my order" and that reflect no active orders for me. What? This appears to be a scam or shell company. They will not give me a status on my order or tell me why. BEWARE Of THIS Business!
Ordered a month ago, still haven't received purchase. I have contacted them 4 times, still keep getting the run around. No way to speak to customer service on phone. Horrible service! Will never order from this place again!

I had a small issue with me not reading description of an item i had ordered and realized it was a pre order later and i contacted customer support and within a day i was credited back my full amount no questions or hesitation! I will be buying more soon
I was very disappinted in the response to emails and the timing of shipping. All three items took forever. I bought the return label but wasn't even able to return my items as the return portal does not work. Never again.
It took long for me to receive my purchase. When I did receive the item it wasn't poor quality, but it wasn't good either..
She has such beautiful outfits and they are unique... not something you can find at other places.
They take forever to ship if you even get your stuff. And don't plan on making any returns because they will only give store credit, or will deny your return for some invalid reason!
If you want to order something order for the upcoming season because it will take several weeks to get your item. I won't be ordering from this website ever again. Way too slow!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They have no support team, no phone number, no chat support. It takes weeks for them to respond to emails. My order never arrived. They never provided any updates, and I had to chase them down to finally get a refund a month later. Horrible! Never again!

I ordered a cardigan a month ago and it has still not shipped. I have now emailed the company twice with absolutely no response. I would never buy from this company again, because of the total lack of costumer service and the horrid shipping times. I hope I eventually get my sweater, but honestly I am not holding my breath.
