I will never buy from Lattelier Store again nor will I recommend them to anyone. My experience was terrible. Took them over a month and multiple emails just to find out the item I wanted is not going to be shipped and I have to wait over 5 days for my refund.
Easy ordering process. Updates were given on the delivery status. The shoes look nice and appear to be of a good quality of material and seem to be made to last. The feel and look like they are a comfortable wearing shoe. They were purchased as a gift for my daughter. She is the one who gave me the gift idea
Delivery was taking time but costumer service was great and easy to reached via chat. I received my bag on my birth day and it is perfect! I had shopped for the perfect size bag to carry my laptop/lunch box and gym clothing and all fit and it looks amazing! Very pleased!

I'm trying to get the info I need to return a coat and get a refund, and they just keep sending me emails in Chinese. They sent the wrong color.
I never can insert my discount coupon on any of the orders I've placed. I feel scammed.
Their customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. Purchased a winter puffer coat which is a flimsy badly made product. It will not keep anyone warm. Due to the holidays and covid spike I wasn't able to receive the item in time but they refuse to assist the return request. Horrible customer service during a time where everyone is struggling shows what their are driven by. They don't care at all about their customers, just shoppers into buying cheaply made items through decent advertising.
Purchased from them and 3.5 weeks later nothing. The item wasn't even shipped until I asked them about it. After an additional 3 weeks it arrived and wasn't even the item I ordered. I reached out to them and asked them for a prepaid label to return the item and they told me I'd be refunded for the shipping if I provided a receipt I did. I followed up with the for a MONTH and I got excise after excuse. Do not do business with them.
I became a bloggers victim - following the fashion bloggers on Insta, I saw the coat from this shop and decided to order it. I didn't expect the company to be from CHINA - so as a result, I had to pay 250 euros for the coat and additional 115 euros for tax since I ordered from Austria. However, when I opened the dirty package, the coat was just terrible - you cannot find such poor quality even in some shops like Terranova of Pull&Bear.BEWARE, THIS IS A SCAM!
1. No confirmation email after purchase, you won't get any evidence that you just spent money on their website unless you check our credit card, it looks like a totally scam, sketchy as hell.
2. no information on how many days the product ships to you, even I asked the support, no direct answer.
3. they did not ship your stuff until you go to the support, then they said they forgot your order, and the fact is they didn't have inventory at U.S. (they never show this info on their website), then all the stuff were sending from China.
4. they send Every Single Thing Separately. When 1-2 weeks after they told me they will urge the factory send the stuff, only two things were sent, separately, see the email screenshot, and 2 things were still not sent. I had a long conversation with them but they did not provide the chat history to me on purpose.
5. I bought 4 things in January, and still waiting for one thing to arrive, now it's March.
6. Sent a long email with my bad experience to service and no reply at all, the custom support is only limited to check your order, and apologize.
7. They will charge you if you for shipping if you are not happy with the product, even though it's their fault.
Do not buy from here! I ordered a size 9 white plaftform loafer and instantly emailed them to cancel the order ( they claim they have 24/7 customer service) they did not email me back for 4 days and said it was to late to cancel. After receiving my order the size 9 didn't fit at all. It fit like a size 8. I requested a return which I would have to pay for. They offered a store credit instead which I would still have to return and pay for it. They have terrible customer services and even if the shoes fit the quality wasn't good at all. I payed 65 dollars for them. I orderd another pair of platform white loafers from shein for 34 dollars and they were far better quality. Don't waste your time here.
I am waiting for 2 months now to get my shoes and coat! This is inappropriate. When I track my order it just tells me "currently processing".

My experience was the worst ever. This is a Chinese online company. They refuse to accept that the box is missing and refuse to refund or resend a new box. The delivery man must have dropped of at the wrong address and some signed for it. I never got the product which I paid for.
Folks beware, it's not worth dealing with a company that is stealing from you. The will engage in months of discussions with you on a delivery issue, which they will never claim its their problem. They will send you in a long mission to the postal office to obtain a loss report, unfortunately since most of their shipment do not have insurance, USPS do not offer loss report for these shipment. So you end up running in circle trying to get your money back, you're likely never get your money back. This is a scam!

They told me they are resending a new item and provided a tracking number, it turns out the tracking number points to the missing package. You end up in a full loop.

Absolutely do not buy from lattelier. It's a scam. Would not send me the close I ordered or give me a refund. It's been over a month. DO NOT BUY FROM LATTELIER YOULL ONLY LOSE YOUR MONEY.
Similar to other reviewers, I ordered and then panicked because I thought I was scammed. (Which I technically was… this is not a real company with customer service, etc.) I received no confirmation emails or explanations regarding tracking/delays.
I ordered in May and after two months, began the investigative process of searching for this company's contact information. They have NO customer service phone number and no contact available on their site. They charged my card immediately but sent no receipt or purchase details via email. I had been wise enough to screenshot my receipt which had my order number. After locating an email, *******@lattelierstore.com - I reached out requesting any information on my order. I received a response 10 DAYS later via email stating they had shipped it out. (The date of shipment was ironically three days after my yet-to-be-answered email.) If I had known, I would have cancelled. Oh, how I wish I had cancelled or went straight to my credit card company to have them cancel. Instead it just got worse.
Package arrived and the silk pajamas were utterly ruined with a huge black ink stain. Could not have made it through quality control on even the worst day. Again, sent an email alerting to the fact that my product arrived ruined. I received an email response with an address to return it to and that they "would reimburse me" for the shipping. This is very hard to believe after going through this process and seeing how tightly this company has held on to my money. No discounts for hassles and shipping delays, no transparency to errors made on their end, etc. I haven't shopped with online companies who don't provide shipping labels before… so this felt weird.
All in all, I didn't ship the items back (on my dime) quick enough and my return no longer qualifies for the new return policy just added to website.
This company will delay your shipment by 2 months and never alert you but yet hold you as a customer to a 2 WEEK return policy. You can't make this up.
FRAUDULENT Company still waiting on my order paid for and sent in December 2023 it is now the 18th of February 2024
I placed an order on the 19th December 2023 I received confirmation but as of today I still have not received my purchase I have also emailed at least 8 times and all I get is an automated reply telling me that a human will contact me in 24 hours. It is now the 29th January 2024 and still I have not received any update on where my order is. I am now reporting them to Consumer Affairs.
I bought a coat that was too large. Have been trying to return, but 5 days of emailing and no answer.
