Was looking for a one-time mow, their website says they offer a one-time mow. Ask for a quote, they call me and tell me they require a minimum of a three-mow service. I say I'm not interested in that. They text me the next day saying they have an exclusive offer for $19.00 of the first mow, call or click the link. I click the link; it says they offer a one-time mow again. I text them back and they say they require a minimum of three mowing services. I say I'm not interested in deceptive advertising practices; your website says you offer one-time mows. They say thanks, let me know if you change your mind. Ridiculous, honestly.
This is the first time I've had to hire someone for lawn care. I just spoke to them yesterday and today they took care of the yard. It looks great! That's what I call excellent service! I'm so glad we found them.
The online web site is easy to use and navigate. Joseph responded back to me in a very timely fashion. I do appreciate that. Colin and Anthony came to do the work and did exactly what I wanted and were very quick about it. This has been a good and useful experience. I would recommend to everyone who needs some work done outside. Thank you all.

I have had numerous lawn services and Lawn Starter offers all the standard services but with a competitive pricing and great service. They always follow the set schedule, email in advance of an upcoming service, and have an extremely user friendly app on which to manage services (schedule extra services, skip a service, etc.) They are very accommodating and really seem to care about the customer's satisfaction. My lawn looks great and has received many compliments from viewers. In a field where there are so many different vendors from which to choose, I highly recommend Lawn Starters.

There pros never come on time or when you're scheduled. I don't recommend. I've had every service rescheduled and they say due to weather but that's not true.

I forgot I had services paused until this year with lawn starters. Elegant Lawn Services arrived and waited patiently until I called and received help from a really helpful customer service rep at Lawn Starters. Their first service is even the low affordable price of $19 to see how you like their services before you sign up for weekly, bi weekly or even monthly services. You can cancel your membership at anytime, but I promise, you won't want to!

I found LawnStarter online. The app was easy to use. Raoul showed up on time and introduced himself. He confirmed what I had requested online. Mowing, edging, and blowing debris from the driveway and sidewalk. Raoul did a magnificent job. Thank you Raoul.

I was gone when he mowed but everyrhing looked great when I got home. Perfect mow. The grass was mowed straight and all the fences were trimmed and weed whacked. Beautiful.
