Lazada is always reliable thus I will give them 5 stars regardless which country. In Thailand companies are much more reliable. In The Philippines they try to scam you so watch out. Never do business with them outside Lazada
I usually buy my cat food, electronics, clothes and food stuff because they usually fulfilled their 48 hour delivery. However, my past orders are now at least 5 days overdue and when you track the order, they are sitting in their collection hub center and not moving at all. I called customer service but that was a very disappointing experience as they kept saying it would be out for delivery soon. I asked for a specific time frame but they could not offer any at all. This is Lazada's own logistic company and they can't fulfill their delivery at all. Truly disappointing to see this once great seller declining right before your eyes.

I return my item in LBC on March 4 but until now I didn't have the replacement of the item or refund. I alwAys follow up my concern in live agent but nothing happen. I hope there is one person who can help me to get my money back.

Lazada don't want you saying anything negative about your shopping experience with their sellers!
They sensored my negative review, they do not like you giving an honest opinion, it's pointless having a review system in place if all they want is positive reviews!
Their customer care service needs overhauled too, the customer is cleary not king with them because of their lack of after sales customer care service etc!
In future, I will source any future online purchases elsewhere and not use Lazada again!

Seems like no one ever gets refunded when they return a defective product, still waiting for mine. I returned it right away, they received it on their warehouse and it's been sitting there for 2 months, their customer service sucks and I just got told they will follow up for the 67th time.

This company is the absolute worst. What a total trainwreck of an organization. None of the employees have a clue about what's going on. I don't know where they find these people but you can't help but feel deeply embarressed for them. One thing is for sure, Lazada does not give a rat's behind about you as a customer. And most of the products they are selling are total junk. Good luck getting a refund!

I received the package last Oct. 24. I paid for 3 cases and 2 of them are missing. Then I returned the package to lazada for refund. Their Refund team sent me emails confirming my refund with LBC but when i claimed my refund no amount is in the remittance number. I will definitely not recommend LAZADA to anyone I know. So unprofessional.
Ordered an item last Sep 6 and after I received it I filed a return case because they sent me a wrong item. Up to this date I haven't received my refund. I already contacted them twice and the action is so slow.

Actually, lazada used to be a good online store. The delivery is really fast and all however, when they went mainstream, their service became poor.
Just recently, I had an experience where in I ordered an iphone case (this is the first time I ordered again after a year) and I expected the item to be delivered the next day because this was always the case before but surprise, surprise! It didn't came the next day. After three days, I was beginning to get really annoyed. I sent an email to customer service stating that how come my order is not yet delivered when it is only 1 item. Then they replied that it will take 1 to 7 business days for me to received it. So i waited. After 7 days, the item arrived and to my dismay, the quality of the item is ugly and it looks cheap. It's different from what they are advertising online and it really pissed me off. So, from then on I swore to never order from them

Lazada informed me after my follow up that the helmet that I ordered from it ( per ORDER NUMBER ******* dated Feb. 20,2018) was not delivered after a month of waiting, because of the following reasons, ALL OF THEM UNTRUE:
". Our couriers tried to contact you because your address cannot be located but were not able to reach you."
". You and/or any authorized representative were not available to receive the order."
". Consignee was unknown at the delivery address."
". Your payment was not ready upon delivery."
". You were not able to pick-up your order at the SM Collection Point for five (5) days."
". Your delivery was cancelled at your request,"
I informed Lazada that previous to this, I was able to received the orders from them so it is either it is lying to me or its couriers.

This company is supposed to be one of the top online computer stores in the Philippines. However, I would not recommend them. Lazada is primarily a platform for selling from various small entities, primarily from China. I was recently was trying to purchase computers for my business. I went through their platform and used a small Manila company called Choice Gadgets and put an order for 2 gaming notebook computers. The process was a total fraud and scam. I reported the fraudulent activity to Lazada and they did nothing.
I recommend that if you are looking to supply your business, DO NOT USE LAZADA.

I am so disappointed with my recent purchase because I haven't had a bad experience with Lazada - UNTIL NOW. Within a month, I placed 4 orders and 3 out of them turned out okay.
But on my 4th transaction, I ordered a set of makeup brushes and it was stated in the website that the set includes 32 brushes, but when I opened the package, it was missing 2 brushes (1 blush brush and 1 pointy brush)! I was contemplating to have it replaced or just return it but seeing how returns and replacements are handled by Lazada, I'd rather not because it would be too much of a hassle! Poor customer service and poor product inspection! I bet they don't really check the quality (and the quantity) of products.
What a shame! Never buying from this website AGAIN.
