Lazada is always reliable thus I will give them 5 stars regardless which country. In Thailand companies are much more reliable. In The Philippines they try to scam you so watch out. Never do business with them outside Lazada
I usually buy my cat food, electronics, clothes and food stuff because they usually fulfilled their 48 hour delivery. However, my past orders are now at least 5 days overdue and when you track the order, they are sitting in their collection hub center and not moving at all. I called customer service but that was a very disappointing experience as they kept saying it would be out for delivery soon. I asked for a specific time frame but they could not offer any at all. This is Lazada's own logistic company and they can't fulfill their delivery at all. Truly disappointing to see this once great seller declining right before your eyes.
Does Lazada really understand the hassle of waiting for an order, receiving a faulty item, and following the return process (another hassle)?
Customers are left to deal with the hassle and no compromise is done.

I'm very disappointed and I wouldn't recommend using a Credit Card for transactions with them. I ordered 2 batteries worth 450 pesos each (*******). Item was delivered after 2 days which is surprisingly fast! However when I checked the product, the brand is different, packed in a box for 2 pcs but there's only 1 item. I then immediately returned it via LBC. Called cust service who confirmed they have the returned item and refund is being processed. I don't want a refund! I told them I want a replacement with the correct product and quantity. Of course the CSR promised me a replacement, actually I made 3 more calls within a week with them worth 200 pesos and heard the same thing. But still, they are refunding it FOR ONLY 1 ITEM? Where in I paid for 2 items? Until now I'm trying to call them but they won't let me speak to a supervisor. BRAVO LAZADA. Thank you for messing up my card. All I want is a replacement!

I must say that i have never come across an online shopping site that charges more for delivery then the price of the product itself! The site is not at all friendly and seems to detach itself from making deliveries to certain provinces and Baringay in Philippines. This is a great pity to people who live in remote parts of the country. One would have expected a company of such a stature to have risen to the opportunity rather than price itself out. Amazon get in there fast and show them how it is done!

Recently there has been a major scam involving products purchased through Lazada. Many customers are not receiving their correct orders and these orders are being stolen and substituted by wooden bead necklaces. Though Lazada has known about this scam for more than a week, nothing has been done to warn or protect their customers. Lazada is quite happy to let it's customers be scammed!

I don't know if Lazada really have delivery or placing of orders issues. I just encounter it myself after fulfilling my payment and found out that my order is Declined? I don't know, my order, with order # *******, didn't even appear in My Orders.

Lazada suppliers do not give any receipts or sales invoices. Delivery does not follow advertised schedule for item delivery. Customer service is very bad and does not help into resolution of any of your complaints. Keep away!

I accidentally bought a product twice and when i found out i cancelled it right away, like 30 mins after i create the order. I'm under impression that it will automatically refund to my debit card since the status was refunded. Then i received an email from Lazada to activate my wallet, I activate my Lazada wallet since that was they told me & transfer the funds there. Until now i did not receive my refund. I chat lazada customer service they told me it will take 45 business day to refund on my account. This is the first time i heard that the refund will take that long. In the first place reason why i cancelled it because of duplicate order and they will hold my money that long very unfair!!! I will not recommend lazada and order here anymore

What's the use of reviewing my order and placing it but i get the wrong item upon delivery. My 2 recent orders we're wrong items. I ordered Bath and Bodywork s Morocco Orchid body lotion but was sent body mist. I ordered Nike Fission deo spray but was sent Nike gold edition deo spray. It also had no cap! I get the impression that it is being done on purpose kasi it happened more than once. Why don't you double check items before delivery?
I had 2 big problems with Lazada in the past. First one: around 8 years ago I bought a Panasonic aircon that I did not like and Lazada did not publish my bad review, probably Panasonic did not allow it. Second: 3 years ago I bought a defective sewing machine, under warranty, and Lazada did not refund me until I reported the case to the Department of Trade and Industry, who made Lazada pay me back.
After that, Lazada has always refunded me any defective product reasonably fast. Perhaps this happens because they know that I will legally challenge them. If you have problems, please leave your contact here and I will help you to prepare a case for the DTI of the Philippines. We have to name and shame company to pressure them to behave honestly.
Hi Lazada, I was unable to claim my refund for order number ******* because i was abroad during that time (Sep 10,2016). I just arrived back to Philippines last week for a short vacation. I went to LBC yesterday to claim the refund, but tracking number appears to be inactive already as said by the LBC personnel. May I please request your good office to process my claim. Company sends me spam every day. Someone else used my email to sign up. Seems like its very easy for someone else to add my email to their system with no checks whatsoever. Impossible to get my email removed from the account or mailing list. To remove the email on the account you have to confirm a new email address. Support don't ever help. Say they will get it resolved but never do. Why don't they just have a simple email address to contact to get issues like this resolved. Terrible company. Stay away.

Lazada would have to be the most pathetic online company I have ever dealt with. I ordered 1 TV. Then they cancelled it the day of delivery. Then I ordered a 2nd one. Then guess what happened same again. Glad I didn't pay up front. Do not ever deal with this company. I could even get a positive reply from them

Lazada has the worst customer service and order/delivery system. Take this order for example: Order id: **************. Expected item arrival: June 12-15 2020 not 2021! When you look it up only a chatbot will answer you. When you check LELEX. PH it will only tell you its in transit. Four almost 4 weeks?! If you people don't mind about time, honesty and integrity there are people who value it most if you dont. I dont even know if the order could still be completed because you people in Lazada who's supposed to update us dont even care to answer a phone call and just leave it to your chatbot or blame the seller, while in fact the item is already in your possesion. They you say to check facebook and IG what for? Isn't your app sufficient enough? Makikita ba dun order info nmin? Di ba hinde. Use your common sense please.
I had several purchases made from lazada which were delivered on the promised date, but my last order which was an imported item was still having a status of processing after 20 days of my order date. I paid my order using my credit card. If the estimated delivery time if from 15-20 days my order should had been shipped by now.

Ordered xiaomi mi band and replacement straps from them. Got the straps and not the mi band but paid for both. Seriously, how am I suppose to use the straps if i don't have the mi band? After several try to get an update, suddenly I can't connect to customer service and then they email me and I explain everything again then I don't even get a proper reply. And every time I point out that i am asking about the mi band, its as if they are disregarding it's existence. What the. I really felt like I've been robbed. Deliveries when made via Lazada Express happen on time, but whenever made with one of Lazada's contracted logistics partners, such as Entrego in my case, are very slow and behind schedule. I've had one of two packages from one order sitting in Entrego's Mandaue City logistics hub for days. It's only around 30 minutes away! They've already missed two delivery due dates. Lazada should handle its own logistics and deliveries, but I guess that the presidents of these other companies are golfing buddies with the pres. Of Lazada.ph so he gives them lucrative contracts that they don't have enough personnel to handle while the bigwigs are busy lining their pockets. You can serve either God or Mammon, not both, you can't take your riches with you when you die, and you will be judged.

Purchased 2 items with Lazada last Aug 13. First item arrived at an expected date. The 2nd item has not. I contacted their support multiple times but always got the same response. Couldn't even give an exact date of delivery for a supposed to be "Next day delivery" item.

Ordered and payed for a lightning cable from Lazada Phils. Just to test it out last Dec 9,2014 with delivery to a Quezon City, Metro Manila address. As an avid amazon, ebags etc online shopper it was the 1st time for me to transact with a local online shop. Fast forward to the present day january 14,2015, item remains undelivered. But being a realistic individual (knowing the xmas rush and all) i patiently waited and emailed their customer service. I started ranting when on my 5th email still the order was unresolved (all you get are automated replies and that a ticket number has been generated).
For future buyers - beware, unbelievable but you will get faster results in Amazon (thru my--shoppingbox as your courier). I ordered a pair of discounted shoes last Dec 15 at the Amazon site, got them here in manila before the end of December 2014 (if you choose my-shopping box airfreight).
