Lazada is always reliable thus I will give them 5 stars regardless which country. In Thailand companies are much more reliable. In The Philippines they try to scam you so watch out. Never do business with them outside Lazada
I usually buy my cat food, electronics, clothes and food stuff because they usually fulfilled their 48 hour delivery. However, my past orders are now at least 5 days overdue and when you track the order, they are sitting in their collection hub center and not moving at all. I called customer service but that was a very disappointing experience as they kept saying it would be out for delivery soon. I asked for a specific time frame but they could not offer any at all. This is Lazada's own logistic company and they can't fulfill their delivery at all. Truly disappointing to see this once great seller declining right before your eyes.
Unsatisfied w/delivery. If you order more than 1 item w/the same product it won't be delivered 1x and lazada's forwarder specifically lbc and 2go's deliveryman/staff are rude and impolite... may tatawag pa na ipapa pick-up yung item w/c should be delivered as per terms ng lazada then, eventually your orders will be cancelled. Very poor delivery service in cdo.
LBC nd 2go should be repremanded on those invalid undelivered/late deliveries.

I've waited a week for my order, contacted customer care and said the time frame extended to June 10. The time frame was May 28 - June 4. After waiting a week instead of my item, I just got a fking news of extended time frame. They may be giving my order a low priority cus they're too lazy to deliver a medium sized item. I am in Pampanga, Just $#*!ing near manila and they cant even deliver my cpu that just take 2-3 hours to go from there to here. I regret ordering, i was trying to cancel but it said I have to seal the deal. Seal a poor deal. This might be a lesson that you should do efforts on shopping. Do efforts people!
And also I was waiting for a refund on my prev item and it took 3 days after my item. Was successfully delivered to lazada.

Items I recieved were mostly good and fast but most of their delivery guys/girls have anger issues and are plain rude. One simple mistake and they're gonna lash out on you.

I ordered last december 18,2018 but until now my order didn't deliver in our address. As per checking in tracking website of LEX the last update is dec 22,2018 saying "Your parcel is being prepared for return to sender by LEX PH Bulacan Hub" and i'm expecting it to be cancelled due to fail delivery and also I submitted a cancellation form last jan 2,2019 if i'm not mistaken upon submitting it said wait for 24 hrs and it will send something on my email or mobile number but until now I didn't get. Hope I can get response to lazada customer care.

I gave Lazada 5 stars on my last review. It was for my 3 previous transactions that went very well. However, my last order ******* that I paid for on June 15, is still sitting somewhere between Lazada's and LBC's $#*!. Very incompetent representatives giving replies that don't make sense at all - a demonstration that they don't know what they are doing. I asked where exactly is my order at and they are having trouble telling me. Someone told me it's imported- it is not. Someone stupid enough told me it wasn't shipped through air but sea- I am in Luzon near Metro Manila. I ordered the same item 3 weeks ago and I got it in 5 days. So, what the hell is wrong this time? Where exactly is my order at and when will it leave your warehouse? It is already paid for.

Amidst the negative reviews (I noticed that satisfied customers rarely write reviews so, reviews are filled with complaints and rants), I find Lazada's services excellent. They were precise on schedule with the items (8 GB RAM upgrades) I ordered albeit I am in eastern Philippine coast. The only problem I had was with the incompetent LBC local branch. The items arrived at them on-time, but I had to pick the items up because they were too slow to handle and deliver them (two days late). I will still vouch my trust in online shopping to Lazada. May you continue to improve your services to meet higher satisfaction among consumers.

Ive been cancelling my order fulfilled by lazada after it missed 5 days from promised delivery date and did NOTHING. I raised the concern several times and just asked ko to "accept the item" when I no longer need it. I abought another gift because ordering through lazada was a big FAILURE.

I ordered 3 times with the same product but differrent seller on lazada with 1 courier parner lex. This courier was not credible! They call me the day before its suppose delivery date, and ask for nearest llandmark. Then that day of delivery u waited for nothing! There were no calls to find where is ur exact location. Completely nothing! And then all of a sudden u'll find ur order cancelled at your account with no clear reason! Im very dissapointed! It happened not just once but 3 times in just a month.! DO NOT BUY WITH LAZADA. THEY WILL WASTE UR TIME!

I am very sure I ordered Medium Sized Polo Shirt Blued but the item I received was Small Size.
Also, the second item which is dress, (with belt supposedly) doesn't have belt with it. I am sure there has to be belt together with the dress because I checked with the blued store, the belt is included with the same price.

HORRIBLE! For 7 days I have been trying to get my city added your shipping options. I am told, "I do not know how" and lied to many times with "we will tell management". I had a bad experienced with them i ordered an item at very low price for cod they confirmed that product with order # so i presumed that there is no problem, then come on the day of supposedly delivery of the product i called them to follow up if my product was already for shipment but surprisingly they answered me that my order was cancelled due to so many reason (lost in transit, they said that i called them to cancel my order, that there is no stocks. That's why they force to cancel my order and so many reasons. Very disappointed so for all customer be warn for this scam their other product price is too much for actual product that you can buy outside its almost 1000% higher so be careful of buying in this site. I ordered 6 items from them. The first 4 items were delivered within 2-3days yet the other two were delayed based on what they claim na kapag metro manila 1-5 banking days. Then after 6days, I received an email which states that my order has been cancelled. And what's worst is that I have to wait for 5-15 banking days for the refund of the amount I paid to them. Hindi na talaga ako uulit sa lazada.
Lazada is the main online shopping service in the Philippines. Having lived here for several years, the shopping service was welcomed by myself and other expats. The company is usually reliable and most orders arrive on time. However, if and when a problem arises due to shipment from the logistic centre, don't expect a prompt message regarding an overdue item. Unfortunately, like most developing Asian countries, the Philippines is the birthplace of "sorry ma'am", "we apologise ma'am", "sorry out of stock ma'am". While these platitudes sound promising, they rarely mean the company will actually do something concrete to address the issue. The call centre trains the online "helpers" to repeat the same information ad nauseum! Logic and critical thinking is unheard of in the training. I recently ordered an urgent item. I finally found out that the item had been damaged and returned to the warehouse. No information had been sent advising me of the problem. The tendency to avoid rather than confront a problem is a major problem. If Amazon ever starts up here, it will eat these companies alive! As I said, mostly reliable and prompt. However, the Filipino attitude of "hurry up and wait"is ingrained in some areas of the company.

Being given prompt information about the delay in delivery would have been the professional attitude.

What does it mean, when Lazada respond to a review and "wants to look into it"? Unfortunately nothing! I received this statement 1 week ago, after I gave them my details and nothing happened at all. They just want to give a signal to all other readers, that they finally care. The truth is, that they don't. Reviews are a good chance to take your customers serious and to follow up on complains. Lazada is missing this chance as well. They have no clue, that it is essential for a future of the company to keep customers satisfied and loyal instead of only winning new "one-time" customers. After 56 days I will now return my box (1 of 2), as they are not able to send the missing box within nearly 2 months. Let's see if they at least return the money. I will keep you posted.
Original Review from 11 days ago: We placed our order on Nov. 26th and received several items the next days. One item we ordered was sent in 2 boxes. We received only 1 box of them and wait now since 45 days for the second box. Calls, e-mails, requested photos we sent, did not help. We received always a standard text or no answer at all. Be prepared to wait for them 45 minutes on the telephone line, don't be disappointed when you get only answers to every third mail. And hope, that your item will be packed in just one box, otherwise it might be too complicate for them. This company is not able within more than 6 weeks to send the missing box. The key focus is just to sell items but not to care their customers.

LAZADA has very poor customer service and their process does not cater to the needs of the customer. I purchased an item, after 9 days item still not delivered. I called their customer rep has no empathy. Eventually my order was cancelled which I was notified via EMAIL only. At least have a decency to call your customer and inform the status. VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER HERE.

If you're new to Lazada, and you're a foreigner, you might wanna be extra careful. Because I was scammed too. Some of the sellers are fraud. I ordered a football boot, Adidas which looked real and good. It was on a flash sale. I ordered it and got it delivered. The funny part is that i didn't receive any messages regarding delivery date and updates. Since I ordered a lot of items, I accepted the item thinking it's one of the orders delivering early(some of my orders are accepted by my house keeper when I was away from apartment) To my surprise, I have been delivered an item(out of nowhere, a randomly sized shoe) I didn't order at the price of the football boot. The item when checked on lazada costs half the price of my ordered item.
I tried contacting the seller but it's not reading messages. Few days later, the seller disappeared from Lazada.
I tried contacting the customer care but i couldn't get through. Their computer generated answers from Cleo is no help.
In saying that I'm not generalizing the legit-ness of all sellers. Some are really good and responsive and genuine products.
I just hope my experience would help someone innocent out there to be extra cautious if you encounter flash sales and sceptical looking new sellers. No matter how much yu like the product, try and validate the details of the seller before ordering.

Kahit ilang beses pa mag chat sa live agent, the fact is, your concern is not heard by the LAZADA. Same pa rin. Para bang ang purpose nang agents ay para ma entertain ka yet your problem with their system like using a specific courier is not solved. Isa pa, may agent na bastos. Yong mag end nang conversation agad hindi man lang itanong kung may iba ka pang concern. Keep it up Lazada.
