Lazada is always reliable thus I will give them 5 stars regardless which country. In Thailand companies are much more reliable. In The Philippines they try to scam you so watch out. Never do business with them outside Lazada

“Used to be great but declining customer service”

I usually buy my cat food, electronics, clothes and food stuff because they usually fulfilled their 48 hour delivery. However, my past orders are now at least 5 days overdue and when you track the order, they are sitting in their collection hub center and not moving at all. I called customer service but that was a very disappointing experience as they kept saying it would be out for delivery soon. I asked for a specific time frame but they could not offer any at all. This is Lazada's own logistic company and they can't fulfill their delivery at all. Truly disappointing to see this once great seller declining right before your eyes.

It's been more than a week since I returned the items. Up to now there is no update when to receive. From the start it has been hassled on our part, the items are not what we expected.
Can anyone help me where to call? Or should I ask for my cash instead, How?

Be careful ordering online from Lazada. My advice is to personally receive item when delivered. I ordered a two-pack solar garden lights, which means two (2) pieces per box order. They delivered boxes containing only one(1) item per box. They advised me to return all items for a refund. After more than 3 months of talking to different customer reps, I haven't gotten my refund to date in the amount of a little above php 8k. Please be aware.

I received a shoe cabinet with missing parts last Dec 1. I asked customer service thru e-mail and also by phone if their supplier can deliver the missing part? If that's not possible, I ordered for them to just pull-out the product. After so many follow-ups, they notified me that it will be picked up on Dec 8. It's already Dec 9 and the incomplete shoe cabinet is still at my house. I was informed that they haven't resolved the problem yet. What's taking them so long to resolve such a simple problem? This means it will also take long to process the refund.

I recently made an inquiry regarding the whereabouts of my order and my comments on their facebook page was ignored and filtered so nobody can see. Until now my order was not delivered its been few weeks delay! That would be my last purchase from lazada, because buying from them is very stressful. I would rather pay more for a stress free purchase! Don't buy at Lazada!

Lazada delivered the wrong bike and I only want to exchange it to the one I ordered... their mistake. But it's taking 3 weeks now and they have NOT rectified the issue. Been promised 3 times by different customer service reps that they'll pick it up for an exchange - but they failed to do it each and every time. Shop at Lazada.com at your own risk. And hope to God you don't need to return the item for any reason. The moment they get a hold of your money, that's it to them. They're excellent in getting the money - but anything else thereafter, good luck.

Buyers be warned! Ordered an expensive lens from Lazada Philippines (with MasterCard Monday Promo) and suddenly I found my order cancelled a few days after they confirmed my order both through a phone call and via email. The worse thing is the item is still showing up as available in their website! Never received any notification from them on the cancellation. This is the first time I used this site. Never again.

I've been trying to find out why LBC said our address was outside their service area when in fact they have delivered to us on several occasions. As most know LBC is the worse service one can use outside Manila but unfortunately that's who Lazada uses... Anyway, 4 times I tried to get Lazada involved in finding out where my package is. 4 times they emailed me with some lame answer - the last one said the package was delivered. These guys will never be another Amazon.

Both were failed delivery due to 2 unsuccessful delivery attempts while, there was never a delivery attempt from them. Not even calling me, while I was always receiving orders from other sellers... This is so upsetting because I always track these everyday. I tried to find from the lazada app ways to contact the customer service but there is no way. I thought that there is a scam about the seller because my friends orders have the same status. I want someone to talk to someone from Lazada to clarify the issues.

I ordered an item last July 18, and delivery date to be expected was from 21 to 23. I contacted Lazada so the couriers can contact me. By 26, a courier called me to tell me he will forward the package to another courier, which was going to be delivered the next day, which is today, July 27. Guess, what? I wasted another day waiting for nothing! If I could have rated this lower than 1, i'd rate it a -10!

Wont be encouraging to anyone about Lazada. Such a waste of time! Foolish delivery dates!

Since Im a working mom its most convenient for me to buy online for my babies needs. But because of this new shipping fee Id rather give time to go to supermarkets. Its so disappointing. I made purchases every week and I was not aware that my recent purchase is charged also with shipping fee. Still hoping that we can still avail the free shipping.

According to Lazada, they do not sell "pirated goods, counterfeits, or fakes". I recently purchased a mobile phone from this outfit. The brand was global, well know and reputable, but it stopped working after 14 weeks; these was supposed to be a 12 months warranty. I contacted the (supposed) maker who assured me that although it "looked like" one of their products, it certainly was not. It was in fact a cheap Chinese knock-off. Did I get a replacement? No, I did not. Did I get a refund? No, I did not. Lazada could not care less.

I ordered several items from Lazada but there was one item (dining area) which was delivered incomplete! The Glass top on the table has not been delivered. We kept calling their customer service but they used to say they will call back after 48 hours. After that, we have to follow again as they didn't call nor reply to my email!
We spent a lot of load trying to reach them but they seem to answer the call after an hour or so! Imagine, there was one ff up call where it cost my sister 300 load! Horrible!

I will never order again!

Ordered an item from them. It has been past the 5 business days guarantee (more than 10 days), and it never arrived. Their phones are unreachable. Good thing it was ordered using COD, else all hell will break loose.

I just think lazada should sell items online which are physically present with them and not let the customer wait for more than 7 days, because the reason why people order online located in PH is because we do not have time to shop and we need it to be delivered asap. If it will take more than 7 days, we could have just order it outside PH. I know you will say about custom tax, but if you know how to calculate custom tax, you can amend and write them for their overcharge and get your refund. We just want an honest ecommerce company. It was my first time to order in lazada coz it keeps on popping up my facebook, but anyway, I have learned my lesson. I saw threads complains online and I think the people who are complaining are those who paid via cc. Keeping our money in the bank for awhile will definitely give lazada free money by bank interest.

Hi I ordered an item last March 7,2016 expected time for delivery that would today 03/16/2016, i tracked my order on LBC but still forwarded to CFS which in fast i need to use the item on 03/19/2016. Now i am very frustrated and i'd like to cancel my order. Payment method is cod, order number *******. I also read many reviews that Lazada send orders late and some are cancelled. I'd rather buy an item in any store near in my location.

Why do you advertise things you can't deliver? I order something only to learn that you will not deliver it two weeks later. I need the product; I would have got it somewhere else. I'm done with Lazada.

Also, you sell so many fake products. It's an awful platform. I wish Amazon sold more products in Asia.

Don't buy by brand, it's all fake. Don't expect to get things. If you don't, you'll be refunded. But you can't rely on them, It's a lottery.

Don't deserve any star.

Just got 3 watches from Lazada at low price but well below expectation.

1. Misleading picture of watch.
The watch came with two holes (design) on the band but the pic didn't show any.

I will never even wear the watch

2. Lousy quality.
Try to wear on the other two watches. Need to pull extremely hard to tighten
When try to remove the pin just refuse to come out.

Although the total cost of the watches are only $28. This would had been put into better use.

3. My review of the 3 watches gone missing.

No more purchase with them.

Lazada cannot figure out a simple thing as a courier called flash express PH. Does not deliver to Cebu but they allow their sellers to keep using this courier only for orders to never arrive and we get in quotation failed delivery! We also cannot login to our account on another phone identical to the phone or device we are using right now and they cannot figure it out Lazada is going downhill very fast I think shopee will work out better for us but the only problem is their return policy sucks

Really disappointed my case hasn't been resolved yet.
It was a failed delivery back in May and its been over one month the item still hasn't been returned to the merchant and so they wont refund my purchase.
I have spoken to four people in lazada and keep getting told they will resolve with higher management and that they will contact me.
After three weeks still nothing has happened.
Not good enough Lazada!

Lazada has great selection. However, they fail to escalate issues. I have used my credit card there for 5 years buying large items and then all of sudden it stopped working and it has been 5 months and they have not been able to locate the problem. It took reopen and reopen of the case **************) and it still does not work. After 5 years of big ticket purchases, you would think that they would look into the problem but it is like pulling teeth to get any help. So its great at Lazada to have such a selection but they fail to care if there is a problem even if you are good customer. I wrote a letter to the CEO and received no response at all. They just dont seem to care about their customers if they have a problem. Clearly an managment issue that demonstrates that customer service is very low on the priority list.

Tip for consumers:
Dont get too used to your credit card working. It can stop at any time and will take months and months to fix

I had problems with multiple paid orders because the sellers were simply unprofessional (e.g. Wrong shipment, no shipment, cancellations without notice), all in less than a week. I complained to Lazada's customer and expect they'd at least advice these sellers to do their jobs right and fulfill the orders. Instead, I was told that my only option is to negotiate with the sellers. If anyone is thinking of buying from Lazada and think that Lazada will stand by them if they encounter problems with the sellers, think again.

Dont purchase with your cards only cod no matter you want the item its risky bec they cant monitor with their couriers especially out of town. And some of them drop to anybody or never deliver at all yet they mark it delivered. Its your choice? Beside their item has no warranties. If you cant get assurance then its harder for you to return bec a lot of items they sold are not verified quality.

Lazada delivered wrong size of shoes and women's watch with defective bracelet. I returned the items at our nearest LBC branch last Feb. 4. So where's my refund now? I am not receiving any confirmation that they already have my returned items. RN #s ************** and RN #s **************
