Lazada is always reliable thus I will give them 5 stars regardless which country. In Thailand companies are much more reliable. In The Philippines they try to scam you so watch out. Never do business with them outside Lazada
I usually buy my cat food, electronics, clothes and food stuff because they usually fulfilled their 48 hour delivery. However, my past orders are now at least 5 days overdue and when you track the order, they are sitting in their collection hub center and not moving at all. I called customer service but that was a very disappointing experience as they kept saying it would be out for delivery soon. I asked for a specific time frame but they could not offer any at all. This is Lazada's own logistic company and they can't fulfill their delivery at all. Truly disappointing to see this once great seller declining right before your eyes.
I have posted a one-star review about my bad experience on using Paypal for Lazada transactions. Again, order was automatically cancelled (Oct. 23,2016) but balance was deducted. Promised of 1-3 business days reversal of Paypal balance (P 2,498.00). After three days, no refund yet.
UPDATE:
I sent multiple email after five working days. Decided to file an open case with Paypal (after 3 days, but did not get any response from Lazada). I gave enough time and patience to wait for the reversal. I then decided to shoot ANOTHER message on Paypal Resolution Center and Lazada today Nov. 3,2016. Half an hour later (or maybe less), I got a reply from a Lazada rep recognizing my dispute case on Paypal. She confirmed that it has been resolved now. Went to my Paypal account and YES my money is back!
It took 7 business days and multiple emails to Lazada and a dispute case to Paypal for my refund to be processed. I was promised of 1-3 business days when I first called.
I would say I am RELIEVED (that my money is back) but not satisfied.
Just read other posts complaining on undelivered items via LBC, ordered car stereo once and did not materialize, tried tracking it and found out it was shipped out but they somehow just stored it at their warehouse, did not receive any calls from them, second order via other courier services went well without a hitch, you may want to evaluate LBC' s performance.

It has been 6 weeks since I placed & paid for my protein milk and Lazada cancelled my order 2 days after payment. My money is still NOWHERE to be found and they are not responding to my emails. So what now? I'm supposed to let go of my hard earned money? PLS DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS. I am definitely not happy and I will discourage every people I know from using this site.

If you buy an item that is worth 30 it will have a 50 shipping fee so purchasing 10 items will cost you 800.00 broken to 300 for the actual purchase and 500 for SF. Even the items that the merchant is selling in bulk or set that shoud be considered 1 purchase and should have one 50 shipping but, but no it will still depend on the bulk/set numbers. I was very disappointed with Lazada! Just received the item which I ordered yesterday. The size I received is not the size I ordered. I was planning of returning it but then I just found out with one of my friend she encountered the same thing. Sobrang tagal nang replacement! Sometimes hindi pa daw na accommodate. Sobrang disappointed ako guys! I won't try again on this buying site EVER! So I discourage others don't dare to purchase at LAZADA. You'll get disappointed too.

I already have 3 transactions made from lazada and so far they delivered the items fast and correctly and those CRS representatives were really accommodating, but still had a bad experienced from lazada, they also cancelled one of my order which is ceramic pan which i waited... and a bad item that i received (the powet bank) because it was deffective so i returned the item back. After 1 week it has been replaced. But i just got disappointed! The item has a void sticker on it side which i believe that the item was just a repaired item. I thought that my replacement item was a brand new but when i tested it, it was another deffective item (power bank). Now i am going to send it back again for the 2nd time and will wait for another week for my refund!. :(

I ordered two mini hifi systems on LAZADA. Payment at delivery so did not have big concerns, thinking I would reserve the right to refuse delivery of excessive delay.
First thing that went wrong was that when submitting order, message appeared that site was under maintenance please try again later. Happen some times and when finally I got through (so I thought) I received 4 order confirmations, meaning all went through despite error message.
I write customer service on their contact form, receive confirmation but no reply. End up calling them and get thing sorted and 3 of the multiple orders cancelled over the phone.
Then we receive the one hifi from LBC, again same story writing on contact form - receive confirmation but no reply. Hen I call customer service, I am told other hifi sent with 2GO?
During this on LAZADA order tracking nothing updates stop at the warehouse, no info on separate shipments and so on.
Would I buy from them again? Sure if it is something I really like and if cash on delivery terms. I will not use my credit card at this time dealing with them.

Again a fake delivery from Lazada - Ninja Turtles. Since they work with the cheap Ninja Turtles. I always get fake delivery dates. The reason - the poorly bad delivery service has to deliver twice - else he would not earn money. I complained already by Lazada and asked for the former delivery service (LBC). But complaining at Lazada is like the delivery service from Ninja - USELESS SENSELESS. I transfer to Shopee, Banggood and Aliexpress!

One item/order of mine paid in advance stipped moving when it reached LEX LAZADA DELIVERY. Now, it says when the suppliet gets the item back, i will get my refund. How long will that take? Forever? I bought my samsung galaxy s5 from them which is supposed to be waterproof, high quality front and back cameras and high speed video recording/slow motion. When I received my s5 from them, not only is the light from the left menu button is broken, but the whole phone is $#*!ed. Poor camera quality, hangs and heats all the time. Cant record videos in slow motion and when I tried turning off the alarm with wet hands, it HANGED.
