Lazada is always reliable thus I will give them 5 stars regardless which country. In Thailand companies are much more reliable. In The Philippines they try to scam you so watch out. Never do business with them outside Lazada
I usually buy my cat food, electronics, clothes and food stuff because they usually fulfilled their 48 hour delivery. However, my past orders are now at least 5 days overdue and when you track the order, they are sitting in their collection hub center and not moving at all. I called customer service but that was a very disappointing experience as they kept saying it would be out for delivery soon. I asked for a specific time frame but they could not offer any at all. This is Lazada's own logistic company and they can't fulfill their delivery at all. Truly disappointing to see this once great seller declining right before your eyes.

Order a sofa bed on Dec 11, promise to be delivered by Dec 15. I had guests visiting over the Christmas season. Made many attempts to get the sofa deliver. Unfortunately, unable to get anyone to give me an exact date for delivery. Skynet who they use as a carrier call to say they will delivery the sofa on Dec 26 but did not show up until December 28. Thankfully someone was home to accept the delivery. It was an hassel because you never know when they will deliver. Needless to say the sofa bed was late and my guests had already left. The worst part of all is that the sofa arrived with all kinds of damages. It has all over the fabric. Tried calling customer service. No one answer the phone. Tried chatting with them via LIVE CHAT is a waste of time. No one really cares. They apologize but do nothing to compensate for my trouble. Now I am stuck with a brand new sofa that is full of damages. I will be embarrass to have guests over to see a sofa that is full of holes. I tired to return the item but there is no "return option" indicated on their website. Don't waste your money, time or energy deal with this company.

I ordered a Fujisan TV almosta month ago and it failed to deliver. Their logistics partner LEX has been absolutely unaccountable for the whereabouts of the TV. Furthermore tech support tells me LBC is handling the delivery but the system has major flaws.
Why in earth should the customer be penalized by having to wait for our money to be returned until the item is returned to seller! If there is a theft or they lose or damage the item there's absolutely no communication. You have to keep following up and hope and pray your item is properly returned.
Furthermore, customer service department should be changed to lip service department. They will only apologize and tell you they will follow up but ARE ABSOLUTELY USELESS. They do nothing but give you empty promises and aide to further inconvenience the customer.
The system is absolutely broken and not customer friendly. God forbid anyone has to go through such a painful and violating process. Any other company in the world would take full responsibility for an incomplete delivery. Lazada places much stress on the customer by withholding your hard earned money until the item is returned to seller.
This is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. And now my son will be without a gift on Christmas day due to the incompetence and greed of this company.

Ordered something from the "personal pleasures section" even if the items were sensitive enough for discreet shipping and packaging they did not give my privacy any second thoughts, needless to say I signed an LBC receipt with item description including the words "Vibrator" LMAO. I try to order Item for a friend in Phil. I read their FAQ and it says:

So i try to enter Billing details but it does not allow Canada, just a Phil billing address. I contact them about this and get no reply back. I've waited 2 weeks. I even had my Phil friend call them on the phone in case it was Language barrier thing -- they fail to answer and never return her call.

An update on Lazada 6th September 2017 well Lazada has improved but still not 100% i must give them credit for trying to improve there service, although 90% of the items that there supplier sends out through Lazada are still nothing but cheap chinese junk such as children's toys electric bikes for kids last barely 3 weeks then stops and can not get repaired as the electrician say's he can not find any faut in the toy ride on electric battery operated bike,,,, nope i do not recommend buying through Lazada as i said the supplier if they have and defect or junk then instead of doing the rite thing and send you a good item the supplier will send you junk or defected items then all the problems of you running around wasting time sending the item back to Lazada

At First I though Lazada was Good on my first order they bought the item on the next day but there was sudden change in their delivery time then they only said that there will only be 5 days limit in order for our order to be recieve but this time when i ordered they only showed up in 2 weeks WTF! I waited more than a week for my order. I placed the order on the 18th April and till 25th of April i still had not received it. I tracked the order and found that it is being delivered on the 25th of April. Their delivery partner is ninja van. They told me that they only received the order to pick up the item on the 22nd of April. I then called Lazada and someone from the philipnes pick dup, a guy named jude who refused to give me his full name. I asked why did lazada not work on the delivery between 18 and 22th of April. He said cause there was an earth quake. Then he put the phone down on me. I called in again and the lady named Marj took forever to understand. Both of these people refused to give me their full name citing that they dont have a full name
Lazada operates in singapore but there is no one in singapore to help. Its an absolutely disgusting and horrifying experience. I have a flight to catch and could not get my gift on time. I will never use their service ever again.

After my previous experiences, there was one more item to be delivered. With hopes very low I decided to contact Lazada as the final date of arrival is expiring today. I contact the customer service and someone started to answer my request and then it all went quiet. I have now tried 3 times to contact Lazada through their customer care service, NO RESPONSE, and that from their CUSTOMER CARE department! Now you know, if the customer care department is this helpful, then it is understandable why there is no service. In other words, you cannot complain about Lazada's service, because there is no service.

There is no court redress in the Philippines so if a company cheats you you have no way of getting redress. Is your customer service even open? You web page says it is not. Compared to shopee, Lazada has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Damnn we need a real person to ask regarding the issues and not a fcking useless computer. And I was also deceived by a seller on Lazada. NOTE: The mystery item has 5 star rating... and because I trust lazada's ratings, I ordered an item. But the mystery box's description said that you will have a 100% chance or winning. It is too good too be true but I trusted Lazada because the item has positive reviews. But it turned out that the store was a complete SCAM. Reviews were fake and reposted by God know who. Ratings were also fake. My review on the item were hidden. Now, I wanted to report this but LAZADA here has a useless customer service... letting these scamming rats prey on innocent people.

The delivery company: Rajiv Ramasundran claimed that they came over and failed to deliver. Then why never bother to call if can't find or deliver? The delivery driver got our contact number what! That will be mentioned on the paper.

Their attracting the customers by the CONVENIENCE OF SHOPPING ON LINE but my experience totally negates the CONVENIENCE ptomised by this FRAUD SITE! Aside from delivering wrong and substandard products, The customer support given was totally crap not even close to poor. The only option for return is via LBC and since Batteries are not accepted in LBC, which by the way THEY DON'T KNOW, EVEN IF IT IS THE ONLY OPTION FOR RETURNING THE ITEM, MY CONCERN WAS PASS TO MORE THAN 5 CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND I GET DIFFERENT ANSWERS FROM DIFFERENT CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
