Lazada is always reliable thus I will give them 5 stars regardless which country. In Thailand companies are much more reliable. In The Philippines they try to scam you so watch out. Never do business with them outside Lazada
I usually buy my cat food, electronics, clothes and food stuff because they usually fulfilled their 48 hour delivery. However, my past orders are now at least 5 days overdue and when you track the order, they are sitting in their collection hub center and not moving at all. I called customer service but that was a very disappointing experience as they kept saying it would be out for delivery soon. I asked for a specific time frame but they could not offer any at all. This is Lazada's own logistic company and they can't fulfill their delivery at all. Truly disappointing to see this once great seller declining right before your eyes.
My BAD experience with them is NOT even purchasing any products. It's simple as UNSUBSCRIBING from their email list in which I've done soooooo many times I can't count anymore. I also contacted their customer service probably more than I've clicked 'unsubscribed' but hell, all they say is "Sorry this and than... We've already solved your issue (WHICH YOU DON'T, HAVEN'T AND DON'T THINK YOU'LL EVER DO)".
What's worse than this is "I didn't even subscribed to their list!" I didn't even know that this lousy looking deal site even exist! They are probably buying emails from Leads Gen selling sites or scraping emails and stuff but honestly, I don't give a crap if they do. All I want them to do is simply remove my email from their list. I feel like they have this "possessive-obsessive" thing going on with their list.
I HATE SPAM because I use my email for personal and business use and I don't think they know and or respect that.

We placed an order and we settled the payment using a Debit Card. We were charged on the order and a confirmation email was sent as well. Weeks passed and our package has not yet arrived. We were worried with our purchase since the money has been taken out from our account and the order was not yet delivered. We contacted the said business and guess what? The order was not processed. The CSR mentioned that there are some issues regarding the delivery or what and the order that was placed is invalid. They already charged our account and they will tell you that the order was invalid? What a poor business. And since we don't have any choice, we asked them to cancel the order and process a money back as well. Guess what? It will take business days for the refund to be credited back. They charged our account in just a blink of an eye and they will tell you that it will takes so long for the refund? We never expected this to happen and we're looking forward not to make any business with them. It's a total unsatisfying shpping experience.

I bought makeup at CLINIQUE COUNTER AT RUSTAN'S and I have the Even Better Foundation and it only RETAILS FOR 1,750 PHP. I was surprised when I looked at it's price in LAZADA. They sell it for 4,000 PHP. Even if you order Clinique makeup at abroad, it won't be that expensive. I also looked at the prices of other makeup they sell and I am certain that they are OVERPRICED FOR 1000-5000 PHP. Even the Chanel, Dior, and other luxury brands they sell are way too expensive.

January 9,2017, I ordered a walkie talkie worth Php1,199, good that it arrived quickly- January 13,2017! When I opened and checked the product, battery is defective. I was informed by the delivery person that I have to send it back through LBC which I did immediately. Took few days before I received my replacement and guess what? Instead of my walkie talkie, I received a headset that costs Php199 that I never ordered! I called Lazada to cancel my whole transaction and requested for a full refund. They were able to process my refund right away, a refund of Php199 not Php1199! I called Lazada AGAIN on January 25,2017 to correct the amount of refund that I requested and until today NO UPDATE for my refund has been sent neither through SMS nor Email. I tried calling their Customer Service hotline, (02)795 8900 right before I post this review, it's not working! I am dealing with LAZADA for almost a month now. So I ordered a drone and a sling bag, and then cancelled my order. But then later that night after they delivered what I cancelled, Lazada called me to inform me that they'll send my refund voucher right away. So I got it and decided to order what I cancelled again using the voucher. But then the next day, I was informed that I cancelled my ******* order, which was the one I cancelled, so I was okay with that, then next, they told me that they cancelled my order number ******* then I was shocked, I didn't cancel that one, I thought to myself. Maybe Lazada thought that the cancellation process failed so they cancelled it again, but no, I actually ordered it again. But then I thought, I can use my voucher again, since they send it one more time after informing me about the whole cancellation of the ******* thing, so I tried to use it and they told me that it has been already used?! I bought a pair of Kobe11 shoes for a market value price and received a COUNTERFEIT / FAKE item, then I will go through the agony of waiting for my refund/reversal on my credit card. If it was a wrong size or damage item I would understand to go through their process of 15days to 2 months but sending me a fake item and letting me wait for it to be reverse then thats a big issue. I really want something special for my mother this christmas. I saw this branded bracelet being sold on lazada and bought it immediately. I chose the option COD to make sure the item I will. Pay for is correct and in good condition.
A number of deliveries for a number of items were scheduled by Lazada for purchases amounting to labout P5500. 00. 1 of the 1st batch delivery I opened was wrong item inside but correct item on the envelope name. I did not pay. I made an incident report. Then they cancelled all the succeeding deliveries because I refuse to allow their NO OPEN POLICY. If they deliver the right item all the time, why would I not accept the items and pay? THEY CANCELLED THE REST OF THE ITEMS in my orders because I insist on open first, pay if ok. Not my loss. LAZADA, THE WORST! DONT EVER ORDER FROM THEM!

The lack of Translation at the website and the discription of the items, ends in some bad choices or wrong orders. Like ordering brownies and got ONE (1) Brownie. The communication between seller and Lazada is very bad. A lot of broken pieces or wrong pieces. I think I have already lost $500, because of my temporary disability I can't always check boxes and ensembling the items right away.
I been ask to change my review if I want a refund I said first the money back. The review was gone. I didn't took it down
But the most annoying thing is, it's most in Thai language and I really get it. We live in Thailand. But you can't copy and paste to translate any of the information and that is bad.

I ordered a Samsung A30. When It arrived something was off. The performance was slow and the Amoled screen was dull. So I took it to the Samsung service center where I was informed it was a counterfeit product. When I called Lazada, I was told to submit a return request to the seller. The seller denied the request. Lazada then told me to submit a dispute assuring me that if I could demonstrate that it was counterfeit, it was the Lazada policy that I would definitely receive a full refund. Samsung service then provided me with a written certificate officially stating this was a fake product not manufactured by them. I included this in the dispute. Lazada then instructed me to return the product to the seller But there was no longer any mention of a refund. When I asked them to reassure me in writing that when I return the counterfeit product that I would receive my refund, They refused. They now told me that it was the decision of the seller and if I disagreed, I could file another dispute. So both the seller and Lazada are not truthful to the buyers. When I requested to escalate this to a higher authority, they refused and then disconnected the conversation.

Lazada canceled my 2 orders with them. The online confirmation stated that no money has been deducted from my credit card "but issuing bank may have set a reserve equal to the total amount". The purchases were done on May 21 and 24. It's now May 27 and the amount taken is still not returned.
I called Lazada and the agent was just repeating what was mentioned in the cancellation email. I tried to reach for a supervisor, but the supervisor was busy.
I called my bank (BPI) and they were saying otherwise - that the transactions were on floating status and Lazada did not cancel them. According to the bank supervisor, Lazada is not admitting that it was a terminal error on their end, and that they have many cases with Lazada like this.
This has caused a lot inconveniences on my end, particularly the time and effort wasted, and at the moment I cannot use my card to purchase those items anywhere. The bank said I have to wait after 2 business days for the charges to be reversed.

Kapag credit card ang ginamit mo, at na-click mo na yung Place Your Order, automatic na nabawas na agad yung amount without any verification sa order! Thats not fair! Sa ibang on line shops, kapag na-ship na yung order mo, saka lang macha-charge yung amount sa card.
This was the second time I ordered from Lazada, my first order was delivered immediately after I decided to cancel it, for I changed my mind and shall order another item. BUT, when I clicked "cancel order", I immediately received an e-mail, that Lazada will inform me once the item is shipped (this is their style to avoid cancelling your order), so I just accepted it and paid for it on the same day, since the delivery man was on his way (ang bilis, mas mabilis pa sa pag-click ko sa items. Haha) So, this will be the second time, I ordered again, for my sister's baby ng item, and I wanted to cancel it because my sister ordered exactly the same item from Lazada, but the email won't get responded. I just hope that when we click "cancel order", the response and approval process will be FASTER like your DELIVERY. We're honest buyers, it's just that we often change our minds for better preferences. Thank you.

An arrogant manager named "Ron" who I wonder where he learned his basics of customer service came from spoke to me on the phone, no help provided. You make consumers wait for an order which is supposed to be a priority then after almost two weeks, you cancel the order from your end?! If the received package was poor, why was it not replaced by an unacceptable one? Is the package very limited that only one was produced in the world that no replacement can be sought out?
