Lazada is always reliable thus I will give them 5 stars regardless which country. In Thailand companies are much more reliable. In The Philippines they try to scam you so watch out. Never do business with them outside Lazada

“Used to be great but declining customer service”

I usually buy my cat food, electronics, clothes and food stuff because they usually fulfilled their 48 hour delivery. However, my past orders are now at least 5 days overdue and when you track the order, they are sitting in their collection hub center and not moving at all. I called customer service but that was a very disappointing experience as they kept saying it would be out for delivery soon. I asked for a specific time frame but they could not offer any at all. This is Lazada's own logistic company and they can't fulfill their delivery at all. Truly disappointing to see this once great seller declining right before your eyes.

I ordered for a bluetooth microphone which was defective. Then they gave me a voucher for the price of the item so I could use it in my new orders. Then I ordered for another 2 diffrent items, the amount that I was supposed to pay the courier was diffrent from their receipt. Meaning I have to pay more. I contacted for Lazada for 6 f**** times! They didn't resolve my issue! So I guess, my money with them is a give away! I hate Lazada!

Nagorder ako ************** di nagrereply si seller hindi pa na ship ang item ko until now ive chatted one of their representative i was chatting but the agent disconnected the chat i was so so disappointed and very upset im a loyal customer but getting a service like this? Is worst and not even acceptable! Please escalate this!

It is very very bad custoner service, No ootion to discuss problem over the phone. I ordered a star shower motion Christmas light projector. But they delivered the slide motion. Either they made a mistake, or the company is doing false advertisement. We messaged both Lazada and the company and niether company would acknowledge the error. They only st as ted th h as t the delivered the product.

Hi I need to receive the item this week... Can I refuse to accept the delivery if the item arrive beyond my expected date of delivery? Because I need to find another one if i will not received it before my daughters birthday. Your standard delivery time stated during i made my order will be on April 30 - May 2 2016.

Please be informed that the date you saw upon check out was just an ESTIMATED time of delivery and not the STANDARD DELIVERY time frame of 1-7 BUSINESS days for orders within Metro Manila and 5-12 BUSINESS days if its orders outside the Metro. Except of course for the import items which has 21-25 business days (30 calendar days) and POWERBANKS or anything that has LITHIUM content which has an additional 15 calendar days ontop of the standard del. Time frame if within Visayas and Mindanao. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays not included. But its still your choice if you're going to accept the delivery or not. We hope we have been of assistance to you. Good day!

It took me a while to update you guys about my refund request for a returned fake april skin cushion. I cant seem to find out the "edit"part in my first lazada product review. So finally i got my refund from them for a fake april skin cushion 2.0 from SAUVE seller. I thank Lazada for giving me my refund in a form of a voucher. Whenever i contact them they respond within 24hrs. I have been so loyal to them (we had so many deliveries in the past and we continuously purchase products up to now) and so far i am very satisfied. I feel that i am being taken cared of. Thanks lazada! God bless u.

Red flag written all over this company! No direct contact number to the customer service as it recently changed to emails and chat only service.

I ordered and paid with credit card on 2Nov, on 5Nov i'm told the item is not available. Another 15days to process a refund back to me. I get my refund less Php. 100 for what? What a scam!

Based on the rising complaints about Lazada, this company should be shut down immediately!

Last time your deliverymen called me and shouted at me if I am not at home the item will be cancelled.
I tell him so be it. After that call i received a confirmation SMS that the item is cancelled and now they are telling it will be shipped. What the heck.

- Used my credit for the MASTERCARD 10% MONDAY... i ordered around 8000 pesos worth of stuff but no discount. FALSE advertising

- I was put on hold for over 10 minutes when i requsted to speak to a manager... I eventually hung up... the cowards couldn't bother to call me back...

- On another occasion I ordered a phone... their policy is delivery in 5-15 days (imported item)... 23 days later i had to to go to war with them again to cancel it.

- Orders never arrive together... guaranteed if you order 10 different items you will have 9 different deliveries

- Bottom line LAZADA.COM.PH SUCKS!

I received a defective item and based on the reviews I read they are terrible on handling returned items! Furthermore you might wait for months just to receive another defective product!

In my frustration I decided to write a negative review for the said item and after posting the review there is a message saying my review will appear WITHIN 48 hours. Its been 5 $#*!ING DAYS! And my review was nowhere to be seen!

WARNING! Do not buy any items that do not have reviews as those items might really have bad reviews already but Lazada just decided not to post them as they are all negative reviews!

I updated my address in my account information, yet it did not reflect my new delivery address in the order information. Upon checking with their back office, I was asked to email back the correct delivery address. I was befuddled. They have that information at hand since I've already entered it in my account information, why burden me to email it when they can pull it up in their own system? I realize I was giving this inferior online site not only my business, but too much of my personal time. I had my order canceled. They willingly did.

You sevice is great. Ordering online was fast but the problem is in the delivery. Sometimes the order arrives at a date, exceeding on the standard delivery date. That was just a flaw i saw on lazada and I hope lazada will continue to improve their sevices.

I ordered washing machine last jan 5 2019 and didn't get the item, now already January 19 2019. Ximex delivery express pick up the item last January 15 for shipping. Where's the washing machine now?
Your customer service is pain in the $#*!. I will never order again.

Don't buy from Lazada. Everything on the site is misleading, and customer service is the worst. The site is poorly constructed and is not maintained. I was in a chat with a customer service Jhofel-T and middle of the chat, he disappeared without warning, and I was informed that I was transferred to another customer service and in a queue. Good Job Lazada Philippines (NOT).

Tip for consumers:
If you are overseas, do not use Lazada Philippines. The website is poorly constructed and is not maintained. Worst of all, the customer service is useless and inefficient. They will just disappear without warning. Very Rude

My first transaction with lazada was great. But today, I recieved the items which I ordered last week. It was kinda dissapointing bc the MK bag seems not legit, like the texture and stitches of the bag, there's something wrong. Another thing, the seal of the samsung phone which I bought was already broken, plus it looks like a pre-used item. Thinking of returning it tho.

If there's a rating lower than 1 star I'd definitely choose that. Your service sucks so as your customer service representatives. They always end the chat even if we are not done yet. You promised me a refund because I didnt receive my order yet my payment was successful, but no one is processing it and no one is helping me at all. I dunno if I was scammed by that $#*!in seller or lazada itself is a scam.

I ordered 3 bathing suits they claimed itll be a little longer than expected to get my order as they have a large amount of orders and when asked for specifics on where my order is or when it will arrive they give no information other than they have a large amount of orders and to be patient. Currently cancelled my order and now to see if they are going to refund my 55$.

I have ordered acer then they gave me HP twice as the complaint is on going. Acer costs ******* while HP costs 14,999 only. They asked me to return the item thru lbc then i did ff up, they were claiming re broken seal! I did not even open that then the second delivery is HP again! Label is acer but what inside is an HP!. Then whenever i call their customer service, i always tell my story from the start! They are really not paying attention! You are giving me a lot of stress! Just bring my money back or give me the 8k excess of what acer cost in the credit card! Karma nlng lazada hintayin nio. Super stress nko!

I live in the States but I still have family in the Philippines to whom I want to send needed supplies. Since voltage in the Philippines is different than in the States, I felt it best to send items directly from the Philippines, so I tried Lazada. I have now tried to place an order with them FIVE times in the last two days... each one getting cancelled. Their "customer service" (and I use that description loosely) is useless. I get the same story over and over again ("I'm sorry, but your transaction isn't getting through our security check") but no explanation as to why or more importantly, a SOLUTION. I called my bank and they confirmed they approved each attempted transaction so what is Lazada's problem?

As I wrote this review, I was on hold with "customer service." Call disconnected after 35+ minutes of waiting for someone to come to the line. I can't wait for another company to show Lazada how online shopping SHOULD be done. #Amazo

I find Lazada to have some reasonable prices on household items, (their Photo items are quite expensive)

I was recently looking for a medium sized refrigerator, their prices were reasonable, however there was not one photo of the interior of any refrigerator the exterior appearance is only of tertiary importance. I want to see the inside.
On another note, the English translation of the site is only headlines, and directories, there is no translation for details. I ended up buying the refrigerator at Big C.

Also when I check delivery estimates, I am asked for my Thai Postcode, I entered it, but the number was continually rejected as erroneous, it works fine with DHL, Thai Post Service & even for the idiots at Fed Ex...

I ordered an expensive product from overseas on sept. 29... got an email that the package was with the partner courier last oct 5. A nd that the package would be delivered somewhere between oct 15-20... and then that was it! No update! They gave me a tracking number that didn't work... they reply to my emails with templates and that's it... i waht to cancel my order and demand a refund. If i don't I'll have to consult a lwayer friend for this crappy piece of online company giving me a hard time.

FYI i have been a loyal customer of Lazada for the last two years. And i think they don't really care about that. What a crappy company with template driven customer service!

Kaya lang, baka po kasi kaya na-invalid at irere-deliver sa inyo ang item is because hindi po kasama ang reason nyo sa ating Grounds for Returning an item? By the way, ito po ang mga pwedeng reason sa pagbalik ng item: if damaged or defective, item not as advertised, if we have served a wrong item, missing item/parts, Website error (information/image/price) and/or if item does not fit. I received a different item from Lazada. My mistake is that I didn't open right away the item that lbc express delivered. They delivered it last november 23,2016 and I returned it on the same day. I also reported it to the customer service and they are replying to my emails but now as I check the wrong item, the status of the wrong item is delivered back to lazada last nov. 25 from LBC. It has been 6 days since I returned it but now, LAZADA doesn't reply to my email. My order# is *******. Please deliver to me my item LAZADA.

I returned my item to Lazada over a month ago because it was damaged. They are not now returning my emails I sent about my refund. They said they would refund in 3 business days but I'm still waiting after 2 weeks. I sent 2 copies of the return document but they still not havnt acknowledged that they have recived the item. So lazada contacted me this morning to remind me that they will deliver my order today. I replied to the text asking them if they can deliver my item before 12nn since I work afternoon shift. I told them that no one will be at home from 12nn to 9pm but still the courier insisted to be at home at 12:30. Despite my notice the courier called me at 12:38 twice which I was not able to answer since I was already in the office. When I arrived home earlier this evening I text Lazada and asked if they can deliver my item tomorrow. Instead of re-scheduling the delivery they told me that they cancelled my order because "they cannot reach me" what the $#*!?! I'm so frustrated that I took screenshot of my convo with Lazada courier. I work as a Customer Service Rep and we consider changes requests from our customers. Why so inconsiderate? I will never use Lazada again and will post everything in Facebook to warn everyone about your horrible service!
