Lazada is always reliable thus I will give them 5 stars regardless which country. In Thailand companies are much more reliable. In The Philippines they try to scam you so watch out. Never do business with them outside Lazada
I usually buy my cat food, electronics, clothes and food stuff because they usually fulfilled their 48 hour delivery. However, my past orders are now at least 5 days overdue and when you track the order, they are sitting in their collection hub center and not moving at all. I called customer service but that was a very disappointing experience as they kept saying it would be out for delivery soon. I asked for a specific time frame but they could not offer any at all. This is Lazada's own logistic company and they can't fulfill their delivery at all. Truly disappointing to see this once great seller declining right before your eyes.
I hope everyone gets to read this. I ordered from Lazada.com.ph and paid using my savings to make sure it will arrive while we are away. Then, I have just received a notification that it was not delivered. There was no delivery attempt at least when my parents are home, always!
THE WORST PART IS, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND! The product has been returned to the sender, and customer service always tells me to wait. This process is absurd. As soon as the product is returned, a refund should automatically be done. Never again, LAZADA.
We dropped the wrong item last November 27,2016 at LBC SM Pampanga branch then yesterday we receive a text notification that they already received our request to return the item. They asked me to text this 'Lazada voucher and send it to ******* as a confirmation so I can get my refund through store credit after 4 hours of the confirmation. But until now I did'nt receive anything.

They sell defective items by sellers who they know selling them. No honoring of warranties and they will lie and lie intl you get tired of their lies. You will recieve hundreds of junk auto emails about addressing your problem but iit is just a scam. Take your business somewhere else. This is the place to buy junk stuff that you don't care losing.

Warning to customer not to order from Lazada
Purchased and paid my order online o 2 July 2019, supposed to be delivered from 7 to 12 July 2019. Eight days Entrego stating that my ordered has been delivered although I am still waiting for them to deliver the Hello Baby Stroller that I've purchased online.
Called, text message, email message, even contacted them through live chat but nothing happen. Entrego phone number unreachable and uncontactable.
I want my money back!

I place an order last December 10 and it was out for delivery thru LBC last December 15,2015 and until now i haven't received the items. Order number is *******. They attempted to deliver it again last December 16,2015 however by 6pm they posted office closed. It is very impossible for the office to close because it is within the Mall. Now, it is out again for delivery December 17,2015 9:44am but until now i haven't gotten the items. LBC courier is not efficient.

This is the second time I am trying to buy a TV from LAZADA. The first TV order was cancelled (order # **************) and I have not received a refund as yet. When I tried again to buy another TV the purchase (order # **************) was again cancelled but my credit card was charged again. I am now due 2 refunds for TV's. Also a set of pots from order # ************** was also cancelled but not refunded. What kind of company is this that charges for items they do not have and does not refund my money?

I bought a 3 hoverboards

I have always used my workplace address for Lazada purchases as there is no-one at home to receive and pay for COD purchases. This morning, I received a text that my package is scheduled for delivery. At around 3pm, the courier called me asking where my location and address is; is it somewhere near this or this?. I thought to myself, this man does not know his job. Greenstar logistics says their couriers are locals of Visayas and Mindanao and know the people, language, and land. They get things done here but the truth is the courier does not know my locality so they delay delivery or not deliver at all. Lazada as an online shopping site is great but the courier service they hired is a thumbs down.
I want to show my appreciation for your delivery man. He delivered my package very pleasant man, he gave me my change, I didn't count it because I was distracted by my neighbor, after an hour I checked my phone and noticed a text from Abelardo delivery man. 5 minutes after he left he noticed a discrepancy in his money. He immediately texted me. Since he was so busy he texted me and asked if he could return Sunday or Monday to return my change. Of course I said to myself, oh well I lost that money Haha, but he returned to give me my change and refused a tip.
We write bad reviews, but very seldom do we write good reviews, that is why I write this review. I know lazada has bad reputation, but not all are bad workers. So! Thank You Mr. Abelardo for your excellent service and most of all, your honesty.

Because this order was paid via credit card and yet the item arrived with cash on delivery mode of payment. I will attached to this msg the proof of the order transaction. Her Husband also ordered laptop yet did not yet arrived same paid with credit card, If the same problem will exist please fix this. I ordered a microphone for my laptop in Lazada. As soon as I received it, I checked it if it's working properly. I got really really frustrated when I couldn't use it because it's defective. I hope Lazada would check the equipment ordered by their customers before shipping it.

I had a bad shipment on an order I received from lazada back 4 months ago. THye issued a refund to my Lazada Wallet, but I have no way of activating it. I was promised a refund via LBC 3 months ago, but it never came. I have ordered over 19,000 PHP on Amazon.com since then, which would have gone to Lazada. Today, I tried to resolve the issue and I got transferred 4 tines to a different department. Lazada customer service is 100% incompetent. I talked to FTC who is about to shut them down until they resolve over 7,000 outstanding complaints to the FTC. That is the only way they will learn what customer service is.
Tip for consumers:
Don't use Lazad or if you do, open up package in front of delivery person and verify before you pay. Refunds are a big problem with Lazada. They love to keep yur money.

I order every week from Lazada. But plenty its fake ware and the shops after a short time close. Here a example from fake SD-cards... and I have many from that 128/256/512Giga its only a 32Giga on the stress test

Since writing my original review, Lazada have replied saying 'could I contact them'. I have contacted them every single day for the last 36 days and they have done nothing, now because I post a bad review they want me to contact them again, WHY so they can tell me they can't do anything and are keeping my money again.
Their so called 'help line' is a joke, just lies and more lies to get you off the phone. You are never allowed to talk to anyone in authority, never allowed to talk to anyone in the payment/refund department and no one ever contacts you back.
Every day for the last 36 days I have been told that my case would be referred', 'coordinated' or 'escalated' and everyday nothing happens. I call the next day and get told the same thing.

I placed an order mid-December and paid with my credit card from a UK Bank. The order was not delivered on time and on December 26th Lazada cancelled my order. Now 24 days later I'm told that they won't refund the money to my credit card only to their e-wallet. The card was the original source of funds and the refund should be made to that. I am not in the Philippines and cannot access the money that they say is in the e-wallet and even if I could how could I then put that back to my UK credit card. Why can't Lazada just refund to my card? They are effectively keeping my money.

I placed an order last December 9,2016. According to their order tracking facility, the item was already shipped by December 13,2016. I was aware that for orders outside Metro Manila, it would take much longer to deliver. Last December 26,2016, I sent Lazada an e-mail regardinng my order and they replied that the item was still for dispatch. So i waited again. And just today, January 2 2017, I found out that my order was cancelled! NO CONSISTENCY LAZADA! I wish you could have informed earlier! I have been waiting for the item!

He did not give me the exact change of my payment. I give P2,000. For P 1,791.70 worth of GLUCERNA. After he gives me the product, he immediately let me signed his cellphone. While i am busy opening the package, He gives me coins worth 9.00. After I open the package, the delivery man had immediately gone. I try to run after him but his delivery car was so fast.
Order I received was a totally different item. Had to return the item and waited for a refund and then I was told that they cant do a refund since the seal is already broken. Of course, what do they expect when someone receives a package. I had to open the box and check if i got the correct item. If they had delivered the correct item in the first place AND if they really are reliable, I wouldnt have any problem. No refund because I opened the box of a wrong item THEY delivered. Twisted logic.

I ordered Samsung J7 Pro 2017 Pink/Peach color. Someone called and introduced his self as CSR in Lazada. He then sent me an email about initial payment since I ordered a big amount item, and so I did. He mentioned that I will receive the product at 8am to 1pm on August 28,2017 but no one called or texted me that day. So I assume that it is because of the holiday. Unfortunately I receive nothing.
