Lazada is always reliable thus I will give them 5 stars regardless which country. In Thailand companies are much more reliable. In The Philippines they try to scam you so watch out. Never do business with them outside Lazada
I usually buy my cat food, electronics, clothes and food stuff because they usually fulfilled their 48 hour delivery. However, my past orders are now at least 5 days overdue and when you track the order, they are sitting in their collection hub center and not moving at all. I called customer service but that was a very disappointing experience as they kept saying it would be out for delivery soon. I asked for a specific time frame but they could not offer any at all. This is Lazada's own logistic company and they can't fulfill their delivery at all. Truly disappointing to see this once great seller declining right before your eyes.

The thing is I ordered several Watches! The First one was not in its original box but it was functioning, the second one was in its original box but the packaging had a dent and the last one was in beautiful casing but the Watch wasnt working at all so I thought that the maybe the Battery ran out so I had to pay extra for a battery but it still didnt work so I went to check about it with an expert they claimed that it was broken! I ordered a glue gun, seller promo 10 glue sticks. Didnt recieve glue sticks. Contacted Lazada they said they will contact seller. No response. Called Lazada talked untill my load expired 100+ pesos no return call. Requested call back via email many times no call back. Tried to return but no return link on order page. Gave up (as hoped for by Lazada) and bought my own glue sticks. Plugged in gun shorted and shocked me with 440 volts. Trying to get reply from Lazada, no response. Seller still has same promo and listed on website.Me out of money spent, electrocuted frustrated no response. WOW!

This is my order # *******, alam ko sabi sa order status nyo na package can be shipped separately if ordered thru different merchants. I did order with Lazada numerous times and this is the first time that I had an issue. I placed the order from same vendor, same item at the same price (Marubishi Stand Mixer) and yet I only received one of the mixer.
I was not present when the order came, I asked someone to collect and pay it for me. When I saw the item I was surprised that the amount I was collected was for 2 items already and yet not in correct quantity. I called the delivery guy who contacted me prior to delivery to verify what happened and he simply shrug the question off, felt like he doesn't know a thing on what he does. Sent emails but no response yet. Called customer service, and I jut ran out of load because of the hold time. Pls check my order. Am I jumping to conclusion that there's no 2nd mixer to arrive or has it been delayed only?

Lazada responsed to my bad review. They gave link and email underneath via whoever made a response. Gues what? The links are fake and emails is far from usable. It's just to say that have responded! Don't make mistake like I did. Never but form lazada again unless your in to frustration. My 5k refund is still in the process. They gave me 48 hours twice time for resolution. More than One week on, still no refund at all. And now, no reply from them! I urge all lazada customers to demand for all calls you have made paid by you plus the interest of all refund due to you and all inconvenience they have caused us. On Nov 28,2016, I ordered 2 pcs gp127 glove band hand strap (order # *******) for action cam but the package arrived (Dec 2) with 1 pc only.
Upon receiving, at first I thought it was just a typo error in the receipt because the amount (899) was good for 2 pcs plus the shipping cost, but after opening the item package itself, there was only 1.
I do not wish to return my order, I do not wish to return the 1st pc I received, I just want that the 2nd qty would be delivered (with no shipping charges).
I have emailed lazada 3 times already (and attached the pictures of the receipt and the item) but still got no reply.

I had the worst experience of my life with Lazada, previously there have been instances where they will show failed delivery with out even coming or contacting me to deliver the goods, I thought may be I am thinking too much not once or twice It happened a lot many times, I tried trusting Lazada again but after what I experienced last week it's the worst, I ordered a pair of heels of Lazada, the delivery date showed 13 of July that gave me a days left to graduation to try it on and see, I I really need to go out when I am sick or not and now it's been almost my graduation day and I have nothing to wear because i trusted this app, the seller doesn't reply the customer care keeps me on waiting for an hour trust me I got my phone loaded just to be on line to have a talk for one hour straight, this app really needs some help and not fool there customers, They ruined my most important moment of my life

So far, I already ordered two item in lazada, for my first item there was no problem, at my second item i encountered problem after i paid through hellopay debit card the system cancelld my order. I emailed lazada for what happened. So far, so good they had quick response and effort to resolve my problem. After days of waiting for that item. I received last day my order. Today lazada called me again for their sincere sorry for what happened. THANK YOU LAZADA.And my sincere sorry also for my negative review past day. Last May 12, I ordered pressure washer from Lazada and due to ECQ, Lazada required us to pay first for the item because they did not allowed COD. So I settled the payment using the Lazada Wallet by 7 eleven cash in. I waited for my item to arrive but until now, June 20 Lazada is just keep saying that its on their way at San Pedro Sortation Center. I've always made follow ups to the supplier but its no use. I am hopeless and so disappointed at the same time. Does anyone knows how to file a formal complaint against Lazada and to the supplier.

I was told that the only option they could offer is to send me a voucher amounting to the second item that wasnt delivered so i can use it in purchasing a new one. I agreed to it but after the call, i didnt receive any text or email that it is being processed. Could you please verify this? I need the voucher ASAP. I am leaving this weekend already. Pls.!

Had massive delays and when item received they were leaking and rusted.
It was supposed to be for our team and we ended up throwing it away due to health reasons. Asked for a refund and lazada wanted us to return the items. We said how cos it was rotting. It took them a long time and expect us to wait with rotting food?
Disgusting the ham was all mushed up n sticky too. Lazada denied the refund. Really poor service. Avoid lazada and grocergenie seller. What a ripoff and liers.

Placed order for two items on Oct 3, with delivery expected Oct 5-8, but while one item was delivered on Oct 8, the other was delayed until the 14th (only found out when I contacted Lazada) and then on Oct 11 I was told it was cancelled (fortunately used Cash on Delivery, or I could be waiting 45 days for a refund). Lazada has very poor customer service; no email address, simply a "Live Chat" feature where "all the agents seem are busy now" is what you normally see. My first time using this, and now my last.
Tip for consumers:
Save yourself the frustration, go buy what you want in a real store (or just wait for Amazon to get here!).
Do not trust their warranties, they will "fine print' the $#*! out of you. Tons of headache comes with your item. I ordered one tablet and had a cracked LCD. Good bye to the refund since "an item must be in a brand new condition" when returned. -___- What the hell right? Time passed and ordered a phone. Returned the product as I was assured that "you can return the product if it is not working as expected" well they wouldn't accept it because the plastic covering the box was considered a "seal". (A seal they mislabeled so I opened the box thinking it was actually my order) If it was, then first they should clarify that removing items from the box voids the return guarantees and second, they shouldn't have that guarantee in the first place as it is impossible to fulfill. Stay away from this business. My bad experience here made me want to build my own Online Shopping business. That's how bad their service is, it makes you want to make your own.
Express delivery is a lie. The inconvenience lazada ph has given me is ridiculous. I've been continuously contacting every agent just to recieve my order. Their updates are slow and delayed. My schedules are being canceled just to recieve my order which has not yet been delivered to me. Lazada Philippines is unreliable.

My dad ordered farcry4 limited editon last week Nov 5 or 4 maybe, and then he again ordered another CD black ops 3 yesterday 11/9/15 and already today we received a message that its already being shipped. Just one day after, but the cd farcry 4 we haven't received any notice. I hope tomorrow we will receive a message because its just irritating that its taking this long. Just like last Oct 29. My dad ordered farcry 4 the regular one, amd at the same time ordered a power bank. The next day (oct 30) he received a message the power bank is being shipped. At first it was okay. But then 7 days later still no message about the cd. That why we cancled it and ordered the limited edition. I hope you guys work on this one

I bought from lazada a birthday gifts for my girlfriend. As I live in Europe, I could'nt afford buying something from here to deliver to the Philippines.
I contacted their customer service various times before my purchase, and they always replied quickly and efficiently.
I placed my order on May 18th. I paid with my European debit card. The item was at my girlfriend's house in Laguna in the afternoon of May 20th! So fast!
The item is in good conditions and as described on the website.

Received 2 email and 2 SMS messages at 12 noon. Went home to meet with delivery and they never delivered the product. Delivery called at 6:30pm to tell me they had too many items to deliver that day and they would deliver the following day. I call Lazada hotline that evening and no one answered the phone.
The following day I called support to speak with management. Same lies every time saying they were engaged on a call. BULL$#*! they are scared to speak to customers. Untrained cowards...
I called the deliver service and now they said they could not deliver today because they were on the other side of town. Unbeleivable. This country really is 3rd world.

Never ever order from My Choice Beauty because they always ship incomplete and incorrect items. There is no option on their website for missing items, it will only give you options to return the item which is cliche if you did not receive it in the first place. Their refund process takes forever and they dont really care once they got your money. I experienced being refunded partially then i had to follow up for 5 times and receive the same response from their Customer Uncare group which happened from May29 up to present and guess what? I still havent received my refund. They will just tell you to wait for 24-48 hours and theyll get back to you but they NEVER EVER DO!
