Lazada is always reliable thus I will give them 5 stars regardless which country. In Thailand companies are much more reliable. In The Philippines they try to scam you so watch out. Never do business with them outside Lazada
I usually buy my cat food, electronics, clothes and food stuff because they usually fulfilled their 48 hour delivery. However, my past orders are now at least 5 days overdue and when you track the order, they are sitting in their collection hub center and not moving at all. I called customer service but that was a very disappointing experience as they kept saying it would be out for delivery soon. I asked for a specific time frame but they could not offer any at all. This is Lazada's own logistic company and they can't fulfill their delivery at all. Truly disappointing to see this once great seller declining right before your eyes.
My first order with Lazada, a powerbank was delivered on time in Baguio. But my second one to be delivered in Makati hanggang ngayon wala pa. I'm just so worried kasi nabayaran ko na. I'm kinda disappointed antagal ng delivery kahit Manila area. It's order# ******* po.

I returned, got Return Number, gave it to LBS and since then I dont know how many times spoken to agents, written letters, under my account it simply say s h i p p e d. But my money was payed with Visa in JUNE. I always get new numbers, sent copies of the return ticket, nothing, and the seller himself unreachable. Sorry, you are not protected, this company gives all service as long you want to buy, but if something defective, no one responsible! Had a case with Amazon as well. Got back my money in 12 hours plus 5 USD compansation for trouble.

Majority of items in Lazada are FAKE and usually get defecive ung tipong ilang araw lang masisisra na dahil sa cheap materials na ginamit. Can you guys improve your product? Don't sells stupid cheap items. Mura nga low quality naman.

Purchases LED TV 20/05/16, Arrived 28th and was obvious it was a second, returned 29th 5/16, processed and refund to follow. UPDATE 75 days after sending item back a lot of time in the internet cafe and 4 calls to customer care Ha Ha! Cost over 700pecos with no reimburse from Lazada just excuses all the way!
WELL guys after telling Lazada that I was going to talking to Department of trade and Industry A supervisor stepped in and payment was in my pocket 2 days latter. DTI was very interested in complaint as members of there department have had problems as well.

Im a loyal lazada user, very useful platform especially now that theres pandemic. Last 11/11 sale I bought items from unilever amounting to 1700, because they have a disxount if u reach 2k worth of orders. Almost a week has passed and no update on the tracking portion, still "to pack" even though a week has passed and almost all my other orders which are comming fromChina has already arrived so I chatted the supplier and d CS to ff up, they said that its on itsway, after a day 2 boxes arrived but the content are all wrong, filed a refund for items but Lazada insisted that u need to return it b4 refund can be processed. Its just annoying that they are the one at fault but ur the one who needs to suffer d consequences. Untill Im now Im pissed whenever I remember theyre palpak. Haay

I've ordered something it's been a week already I did not get any update on that, no email no text no email even, I've sent an email but no reply on that, LAZADA is FRAUD, They're lucky because in Philippines there is not consumer law if there is I'll sue them first, but I've still sue them under credit card fraud, because I've already paid it and did not get anything, sent email but no reply it means they are fraud. Guys don't ever buy anything from LAZADA, anyone has good experience with LADAZA they're lucky but this is my experience with LAZADA. For me they are Just a Fraud Company.
I ordered a phone 7/7/18 at 10:08am before their 12pm cutoff for the same day "Express Delivery - Get by today" and as of now, 7/10/18 10:40am, my phone has not been delivered.
I contacted Lazada customer care and they said they would forward it to their Escalation Team and the only escalation I received were emails in my in-box with the same "Your request has been escalated to the right department. We will revert back to you as soon as we have more information."

I placed my orders on May 9. Three days later (May 12), they sent me an email to inform me that the courier (XDE Logistics) has already picked up the packages and are ready for shipment (they even gave me the tracking numbers from XDE).
May 14, they sent another email telling me to prepare cash (mode of payment is COD) as one of the packages is for delivery within 24 hours.
I waited the whole day, no package arrived. I contacted Lazada's customer service. What they did was to track my package (I told them I know my package is still with the courier) and they told me what I already know. They said the time period of delivery is until May 20.
But hey, you sent an email telling me to wait within 24 hours! Lazada considered the issue resolved. Imagine that?
Today is May 16. Both package are still sitting at XDE warehouse (I constantly check/track the status at XDE's website). I can't leave the house because the package might come anytime.
Are they waiting to deliver it until the 20th? I've read a lot of negative reviews from people who have the same experience. Some of them has been told to wait and are still awaiting for their packages for a month!
Should I wait that long and tolerate their poor service? Or should I just file a complaint at DTI? Haha

I opened an account with Hellopay to get more discounts as it was promoted by Lazada. It was a total disappointment to wait for more than a month now by just verifying my account with Hellopay. Until now they are still holding my funds, I can't order in Lazada using my Hellopay account. I am very worried now that I have not yet heard any thing yet from Hellopay for the last 4 days, I am not sure how secured this site is. Be careful. If you have trouble with an order, it is very hard to have things corrected because customer service has little authority and you cannot get to management. Here is what happened to me:
I ordered 25 kg of rice. Rice picked up within a week from seller and sent to logistic center. My order seems to disappear because I chat with customer service about 5 times with many empty promises about finding out what happened. Original notification said delivery handled by Ximex with a tracking number. After my 5th chat with customer service, delivery handled by LBC with a different tracking number. I got delivery within a week of change of courier but i got 5 kg of rice flour instead of 25 kg of rice. I chat with seller and they inform me they ask Lazada about status of delivery also since they cannot get paid. Someone stole the rice but now I have to chase my money. If I got the delivery on time with the wrong product, I would blame the seller. But when my product disappears for 30 days, then I blame the transport company but Lazada wants to blame the seller.

Im a regular shopper of Lazada but lately I am having problems with their courier and deliveries. To wit: 1. Lazada asked me to pay via Gcash since I am not around but i am supposed to pay by COD. SHE ALSO THREATENED ME THAT MY PACAKAGE WILL BE RETURNED TO THE WAREHOUSE IF I WONT. 5. They give false informations as to the size availabilty of items. You will see that items are available on line BUT UNFORTUNATELY, its not! Their system will let you purchase the item though BUT after 2days, lazada will email you that its no longer available. It happened to me 2x & this is unforgivable. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Worst online selling company. This amazon wanna-be is the worst. 1.5 months to deliver items to Makati! I had to follow up more than 15x! Bought items for christmas gifts early Nov. Arrived Jan. Diapers ordered waited a month then for no reason it was cancelled.
Tikoy for CNY ordered Jan and up to now (CNY tom) still has not been delivered. I wanted the convenience of ordering online just like the states even though their tikes is more expensive but this company has terrible delivery service and CS that lies all the time (promised delivery latest yesterday). Now its too late for me to order tikes from someone else!
Air Fryer I ordered arrived but in a different color and with scratches inside! Complained to CS and was told to return. I asked if they could just pick it up since their courier is delivering something and they said they cannot. Its just too much of a hassle to have to drive to LBC and return the thing which is heavy!
The amount of time I wasted calling their CS and dealing with their horrible delivery issues is more than the time I would have consumed just buying the items through a brick and mortar store.
I have called today, and spoke to two of your representatives, one named France, who promptly disconnected our call, and interminently put me on silent, I don't know why, he was probably cursing, or what, and told me you don't have any TL at the moment, because he/she was at lunch. Really? I doubt it. And another one who was not accomodating as well. And did not know the law at all. The 2nd guy told me again that you did not give any refunds/returns any longer because I don't have the box anymore. I have called DTI today, and left them with my name and number. For your info you should put on all your papers what needs to be done when one has to seek a return/ refund. I did not spend 200,300, or whatever, I spent 1,000 which could have been spent on my daughter's milk. That being said, I will seek recourse thru DTI, and I believe I have a strong case. In case you change your decision, I will kindly not push through with my complaint.

So I ordered a not so pricey table which I think would be helpful for my little home since I just need a small one for my laptop. I am excited to open it and assemble it myself then I got confused when I am looking at the instruction/guide. There is a missing tool which is a rod, the most important tool to hold the table from falling down. So I don't want to return this item because I really need it then I send an e-mail to their customer service to at least deliver the missing item immediately. 3 days after, still no response so I decided to use their chat support but then again they didn't response immediately and so they are asking me to bring the parcel to the nearest LBC and print the return slip. I really feel bad because 1st, this is their reliability--that's why they have quality control to check if there is a missing item on the package. 2nd, I ordered to Lazada because I don't have time and car to buy a big parcel. 3rd, they are asking me to bring the package somewhere far from my place. Again I don't have a car. This is too much for the effortless shopping.
I don't trust this online store, please don't try to buy stuff.

Order made, three items = three shipments. First everything went okay, second one early this morning (saturday) received a notification that the item was out for delivery. Stayed at the delivery address all day long plus there is receptionist 24/7 at that address. At around 1.30pm received a notification from Lazada saying my item was delivery. Inquired in the reception and nothing was there. Checked the app, and there was a proof of delivery, someone working for Lazada faked my signature.
Later received a txt message from a random number saying that my item would be delivered next tuesday!
So I try to file a complain in Lazada app, filled up all the form until it asked me to upload screenshots from their own app. Which didn't work. So I tried by chat... and agent Arnie T. End the chat without even read my concerns. Tried again the same thing within 5 minutes they ask the same thing "are you still there?" multiples times, you keep answering them and they ignore what you write until they disconnect you because you are not answering.
Use lazada in stores that the handle the shipment themselves, lazada shipping and customer service are very low quality and unprofessional.
They only care about their profit and faking signatures and their stats.

I thought placing an order in Lazada is convenient but I was wrong.
Very disappointed with Lazada's serviced, they send me the wrong item, I then contacted them for exchange and returns as this is not the item that i paid for. I send them messages through live chat and waited (for days) but no one returned my messages, so, i went to their website and tried to send them email but the site keeps getting an error, I then used another means to send them messages through live chat again and finally someone reply my message/s instantly, I told the person that I needed to return my item, she then told me that she will fill out the return forms for me and that I can just take the item back to the courrier, so, I went straight to the courier with the item with me, when I got there, they refused to take the item back as they needed the return forms, I told them exactly what lazada told/instructed me to do but they still refused. I then contacted lazada through live chat again but never heard from them (again), I got sick of waiting so, I've decided to keep the item.
I wrote a review on their site about the item I've ordered but doubt they will publish it.
I'm a first time shopper/buyer in lazada and will never be back again. I'd rather go to a local shop and pick up the items that i needed myself.
