Lazada is always reliable thus I will give them 5 stars regardless which country. In Thailand companies are much more reliable. In The Philippines they try to scam you so watch out. Never do business with them outside Lazada
I usually buy my cat food, electronics, clothes and food stuff because they usually fulfilled their 48 hour delivery. However, my past orders are now at least 5 days overdue and when you track the order, they are sitting in their collection hub center and not moving at all. I called customer service but that was a very disappointing experience as they kept saying it would be out for delivery soon. I asked for a specific time frame but they could not offer any at all. This is Lazada's own logistic company and they can't fulfill their delivery at all. Truly disappointing to see this once great seller declining right before your eyes.

I ordered 5 pcs 2tb Flash Drives (Samsung) provided by the above seller. They are not as advertised as they will hold less than 15% of advertised capacity, regardless of formatting. After disputing their decision to not accept the return, I was advised by Lazada to return the items for consideration.
Lazada makes it very difficult to return anything as one must go to a local LBC office (which, at this time of year are impossibly crowded).
If a seller fails to provide satisfactory product, it is incumbent on them to make good on the transaction by picking up the faulty product and either providing a replacement or refund. Purchasers should not be forced to travel to some drop off point because of Lazada or Lazada provider error.
This is the first time i got the worst item from lazada supplier. I purchase wet and dry portable car vacuum cleaner with rechargable police flash light and stun gun taser. I dont have any problem with my stun gun flash light but when i try to use the vacuum cleaner to my car it wasnt work and the $#*!ing item damage my car cigarette lighter plug. I am very excited to use that vacuum but the item disappointed me a lot. Expectation vs. Reality was very sucks. I paid for nothing..

It is a pity for any service provider not to have English speaking customer service representative when it is or going to be part of ASEAN. Here is nothing but stupidity prevails itself as part of management and company as whole.
I placed my order last March 14 trough COD. They gave me invoice and stated there that the ord willl be received by March 20-22. It is March 25 already and there was no email what gappened to my order. When i checked LBC, it was stated that they already received and was on its way to the delivery address. That was Monday, March 21. Today, March 25, when i checked the LBC, the tracking number was nowhere to be found. Ni tracking number exists. I have been emailing CS about this, but they did not make a reply, even once. Poorest CS ever. I wonder if they cancelled my order cause there seems to be no communication here. At least they could have let the clients know that they don't like CODs.

I Made the order for this product online on 25th Aug 2016. When the order was made and the payment had gone though, I was told that shipping would be between 27 - 30th Aug 2016. However, after a few days of the order being processed, I decided to contact CS. I was told the order was going to be delayed until the end of sept 2016. An entire month later! I told them that I could not wait that long and wanted to cancel the order and have my money refunded, but they refused to cancel it and told me that the only way to get my money back was by returning the package a month later! I ordered a set of 6 400ml Tiny Buds Bottle and Utensil Wash which supposedly had a FREE 600ml dispenser for P1,320, which by the way seems like I've paid for the freebie since unit cost outside is only P189. The items were delivered last Oct. 24 WITHOUT the free item as indicated on the mobile app menu. I called Oct. 26 and talked to Gian and he said this will be looked into. No feedback. I've been sending emails -- no reply. Called again on Oct. 30 and talked to a very condescending agent named Maria who asked me to return the item (I refused because this is very inconvenient for me, and this was not mentioned when I first called, and only the free item is missing) and promised feedback -- still no update. I've already elevated my concern directly to Tiny Buds. Next stop -- DTI.

Ordered a Yamaha Receiver. And got a Second hand Unit! Even 4 days after LBC returns the unit, they can't confirm they received it. No status updates or feedback. It's torture contacting customer care. And replies on emails are nonsensical. Keep away. Their Tag line is "TOTALLY EFFORTLESS SHOPPING." It's more of "EFFORTLESS WAY TO LOSE YOUR MONEY." Really Bad. I made an order Sept 15 for 2 watches in Lazada. Commited date was Sept 19-22. It's already past my birthday but I havent received the items. It was Sept 25 when I received just 1 item. Much to my dismay, the watch I received got full of scratches and the bracelet is also defective. I visited their FB page requesting for refund. A person named Jeniefer advised me how to return the item to LBC Branch. No apology, no customer service at all. I bought Huawei Nova 3i from LAZADA, seller is Gadget World, the shipment arrived but it contains garbage (a broken tile) instead of a phone. I wonder how it was not checked before shipping? You (shipper) must be honest in declairing the content of the box and it must be checked by courrier before final packing and sending to buyer. Too much hazzle, effort, waste of time, struggling to return and stress. How about my refund? It must be on same day or week. They say 15 days, oh come on, where is buyers (customer) protection now?

I ordered a hoverboard for my daughter last week. They confirmed deliver and availabilty. However, a few days later i received a mail saying the order is cancelled and a refund will be given. I called their customer service and they said its their policy to automatically cancel and refund if item is not available. In other words, sorry ka na lang kung palpak sila. Really bad order fulfillment process and awful customer service. I would have bought another color if they offered but nobody even bothered calling. What a bunch of idiots.

Despite of all, I still tried to order 15 items this time. I really hope, everything's gonna be fine. And im looking forward to receive all the items in good condition. If there is something lazada has to improve, I think they shouldnt write COD for those items from overseas ( some cases) where it is merely impossible to be paid by COD basis.
