Lazada is always reliable thus I will give them 5 stars regardless which country. In Thailand companies are much more reliable. In The Philippines they try to scam you so watch out. Never do business with them outside Lazada
I usually buy my cat food, electronics, clothes and food stuff because they usually fulfilled their 48 hour delivery. However, my past orders are now at least 5 days overdue and when you track the order, they are sitting in their collection hub center and not moving at all. I called customer service but that was a very disappointing experience as they kept saying it would be out for delivery soon. I asked for a specific time frame but they could not offer any at all. This is Lazada's own logistic company and they can't fulfill their delivery at all. Truly disappointing to see this once great seller declining right before your eyes.
I ordered a laptop from them last week. I was happy when i bought it cause it was on sale and was not that expensive. But the minute i used internet on it, it said that i need to activate wondows even though it was activated when i first used it. I tried activating it a lot of times but they failed everytime caus the windows installed my not be genuine.

It was my first time ordering po. I receive an email saying a validation may be sent through phone call or sms. Nareceive ko na po yung sms but I coudn't reply on that number. Lazada, poor and unreliable service. Lazada cant honour the delivery dates. Already one day exceeded the stipated contracted delivery dates, a reply fm their customer service just providing lip services and they cant do more. Items are not cheap either, have to go thru all thes hassle uncalled for. No more lazada. U cant honour my purchases contract, therefore bye bye lazada, hope u close shop soon. To all, avoid lazada at all costs. Dont hv to go thru the frustation and my time waiting for the items, no voice and no sound from them after your payment.
I try to buy a split type aircon. No dealer is willing to deliver to Dipolog, only Manila area. The shipping cost are shown and I can check out the order but then I get the message that is no delivery to my location. I have to cancel the order. THATS UNFAIR!

Yeah I so totally agree with revewer celso. I've purchased promotional huggies but order didn't arrive for two weeks despite the tons of email I've sent them. I ordered two samsung 16gb class 10 a week after i placed my order on huggies diapers. And boom. It arrived the next day! But still no update on the huggies I've ordered. Well it said on 2 go website it was returned to the seller.
Last jan 3 and 4 there was a 10% off on all products promo hence ive ordered huggies dry pants for my son. And it still hasnt replied. It just said it was shipped but tull now i still dont have it.
Poor poor customer service. Bad business. Liars. I hope something big will be in the competition and crush lazada soon. Bad bad bad business. Very disappointing. Waste of time.

The couriers that I have since spoken too including the boss at J&T couriers says that Lazada have no Seller security systems and this happens frequently. He showed me video of my package at various distribution points. I am not sure what happened to it but I am sure Lazada did not secure the parcel and could not care about my issue. This is the second time. Do not use them

I ordered 2 small item less thn 1K all in all then the next day someone called me and say they will deliver the item. However I need to go down our office building to pick it up because they dont have parking allowance. My shift starts at 7pm and they called before 12noon. So how am I supposed to do that. So I said it is not my problem and they should deliver the item to the guard on duty. After that day no one called me or contacted me. After a week they cancelled the other item I bought, then the other still not delivered and it is almost 2 weeks now. This is unacceptable! Today I was having a good day seeing so many items on offer and I was tempted to buy, but now after seeing many reviews I have been discouraged and is Uninterested to buy the items on Lazada, I originally have high hopes for lazada as they are a well known company or business, but I have to say I was wrong. I originally wanted to spend Rm 300 or more, but I am scared to lose money to a business that cheats people or have lazy workers that do not fulfill request of customers by delaying time of the shipment date. I guess i was right to check reviews before getting cheated.

I really don't understand the bad reviews about lazada. I ordered so many items already thru Cash on delivery like Romoss, Bavin powerbanks, pillows, casio watch, bags, LED clock, slimming pills, sleeping bag etc but they are all authentic and i received it all in a nice packaging and good condition plus the delivery was fast for 1-3 working days only :)

Lazada has no consumer protection at all, NO WARRANTY. After countless calls and explanation for the faulty item that I recently bought, they still favored the seller. Despite of the photos and videos that I provided, as per their customer care specialist seller has the last say. It's absurd that Lazada prioritized the rights of the seller at the expense of the customer's even though there was ample proof provided that the product was defective and had faulty wiring. It was my first time trying out Lazada yet I'm confident enough to say that it will also be the last time.
Tip for consumers:
Buy from the actual store or confirm with the seller what is the warranty for the item. If you will buy online, make sure that you take enough photos and videos upon receipt of the item and during the warranty period. But if this is still thru Lazada, I doubt it. In my case, it was pointless even if I have provided the photos and videos and it was still under the 7 days money back guarantee period. (The product didn't work well on the 5th day / 1st time use for my birthday party at home)

Our female kasambahay went with their delivery car to get money from another house. Upon reaching the place, our kasambahay pull the car door handle but unfortunately, it broke. They want to sue her. There was four (4) hour stand off. Thank God the barangay didn't side to them. MGA MUKHANG PERA!

Q: I've received the item that I ordered last February 2,2016, the Unic RD-805 Mini LED 800 Lumens Projector (Black) with Order Number: ******* and Return Number: RN**************. Unfortunately, the item didn't meet my expectation. The projector's lens won't focus. I followed the instruction manual very careful but I wasn't able to make it work. There must be a factory defect of some sort whatsoever. So, that same day I decided to go to LBC and return the item. I ordered a charger for a lenovo laptop and received model hp charger. Wtf. 200 times I read the model and the item what I ordered! Rep promised for refund and wait for email. Bullsh! T they sent back the item to me, and hell I send it back to them again for refund.
And I waited for email and refund as per customer service advised. 3 mos after on a long wait, they sent me again the same hp charger. I smash it. Now I wont think of my refund again.
