Lazada is always reliable thus I will give them 5 stars regardless which country. In Thailand companies are much more reliable. In The Philippines they try to scam you so watch out. Never do business with them outside Lazada
I usually buy my cat food, electronics, clothes and food stuff because they usually fulfilled their 48 hour delivery. However, my past orders are now at least 5 days overdue and when you track the order, they are sitting in their collection hub center and not moving at all. I called customer service but that was a very disappointing experience as they kept saying it would be out for delivery soon. I asked for a specific time frame but they could not offer any at all. This is Lazada's own logistic company and they can't fulfill their delivery at all. Truly disappointing to see this once great seller declining right before your eyes.

I recently bought this Keda 2in1 rechargeable lady epilator with a distributer named EF Beauty product. The package arrived today and i got angry. The box is correct but i ended up getting a lipgloss inside the box instead of the epilator. What the heck?! I paid it but they gave me wrong product. It's very disappointing. How can you resolve this? I want the correct item or please return my money back. I have a photo to prove it. I cant trust lazada now, my friend and i ordered using her account but ended up to this. Usually cheaper to just buy from Amazon instead of Lazada.
Today's example of Lazada sellers losing money.
Exergen Temporal Scan Forehead Artery Baby Thermometer Tat-2000C on Lazada P3000 plus shipping which was the cheapest one (others were even more).
Same item on Amazon P2106 shipping included. Plus i get it in a week instead of Lazada's usual wait a month.
Not to mention backed by real customer service from Amazon if there is a problem as well as no problems getting a refund unlike what happens when you request a refund from Lazada.

I ordered from lazada a few months ago and the courier just left my package to some stranger. Luckily the stranger was kind enough to give me my package. So I contacted the courier and complained to him. He was apologetic and his reason was he had no signal that's why he was unable to contact me. So I forgave him and told him not to do it again. Then I ordered again from lazada this week **************) but this time the courier just left my package in front of my door and didn't even bother to contact me or even knock at my door. The fact that this kind of mishandling happened to me twice tells me that this is a common practice among their couriers.
I wanted to complain but I cannot reach any of their CS representative. All I've got is that goddamn bot named cleo who cannot do anything.
Now I've made up my mind that this will be the last time I will be purchasing anything from lazada since I'm not confident in how they handle their customer's packages.

Since mid 2020, LAZADA is no longer my preferred online shopping site because 1. CANCELLATION no longer allowed, even before shipment and even for reasonable reason 2. Movement of the order is much delayed and lacks update as shown on tracking.

I have ordered maybe 500 items from LAZADA, especially during the pandemic. Some items I got were from SCAMMERS, and some I ordered from LEGIT, authorized sellers, or from "official" laz mall, brands, but have poor quality. They were shoes, bags and dresses that did NOT pass the QA test maybe? Some dresses I bought for 1,500 but the cut was odd, the stitching was bad, or it looked very cheap- something you can buy from DIVI for 200. The shoes I bought for 700, broke after 4-5 uses, when I go to church. The bags I ordered, were sent in a plastic bag, FOLDED! And stuff for my daughter were from scammers! That cost me- 500 each, about 3 of those orders, for my child- were different from the ones they advertised online. AND LAZADA management does NOT care.

Trying to tell me what they can and cannot do in fixing a glitch with a cell phone number. Being an IT agent for a world leader multi billion dollar company, I know what can and cannot be done. In retrospective I should say can be done and will not be done because I won't take the time to do it. A simple cell phone number being linked to another account which has no link to the persons original account. Telling me they cannot fix it due to security reasons. Meaning, I will not help you, don't have the time or inclination to do anything about it. An IT pro can do anything he wishes if given the proper authorization. Then on top of it all Darwin C did not email me the transcript after mentioning that this issue would be brought up with a member the of legislature and hanging up to boot. Shows me that he was rattled when I mention the Legislature's name and the agents personal name would be the starting point in the issues conversation. Go figure. In a word, Lazada's customer don't care about service.

Don't use Lazada. Remains to be seen what will happen to this. Lazada "prides itself" in its non existent customer service. "Will always be a few malcontents that do not like Lazada, can afford the loss."

This transaction was paid online via debit card. The funds was taken from my account as quick as lightning. Now, this transaction was cancelled for some reason. Lazada system instantly auto-generated the cancellation and the refund process. I received a cancellation and a refund notice saying "Refund Issued". I did not get any money back to my account. Also, from the notification I got, the total fund taken from my account for the two TVs was 7,190 but the refund notice is saying 3,595. They split the funds into two. It doesn't make sense. This information is very confusing and misleading. I contacted my bank and currently disputed because lazada did not credit the funds back to my account. Every time I contact lazada chat support, all the agents I've talked with were very incompetent and stupid. They don't how money movement works and they keep telling me the same thing. They probably don't know what they are doing.

Firstly I've always been used to the great service of Amazon. When I moved to Singapore I had to find an alternative and unfortunately that was Lazada. The app has terrible search functionality, it drains your battery and data. I ordered an iPhone 7 and 3 days later i had a delivery which I thought was my iPhone BUT when I unwrapped it, it was a 2G J6 galaxy phone! Wtf, how could they get it so wrong and do those phones exist anymore?! Basically Lazada has no QC of their sellers even with high ticket items like iPhones. I wouldn't trust ordering from there for such items. They need to sort out their issues otherwise they're gonna be crushed by amazon when they arrive here!

Magic folding umbrella for php 90.00 shipping fee is php 1,072.00, anton tools 6" at-2706 long nose pliers for php 119.00 shipping fee is 1,006.00, external plug-in large outdoor leisure back pack for php 509.00 shipping fee is php 1,054.00, tender care soap for php 32.40 shipping fee is php. 984.00. Total of my order was Php 1,013.00 and the total for shipment fee was Php 6,032.00 for a grand total of Php 7,045.00 are lazada people thinking that their customers are all idiots to pay for that shipping fee? DON'T TRUST LAZADA. It's been 3 months now since I returned the defective item and Lazada assured me a refund but up to now no refund has been made! Somebody from Lazada called me yesterday to inform that my refund got disapproved (which is very opposite to the information provided to me over the phone and emails) because they sent the replacement, which I personally didn't receive! It's not my fault that Lazada assumed the shipping address! They sent the replacement to Baybay, Leyte while infact they first delivered it to me in Naval, Biliran! They let me suffer from their own mistakes and inefficiencies! I totally don't deserve all the frustrations they have caused!
