Lazada is always reliable thus I will give them 5 stars regardless which country. In Thailand companies are much more reliable. In The Philippines they try to scam you so watch out. Never do business with them outside Lazada

“Used to be great but declining customer service”

I usually buy my cat food, electronics, clothes and food stuff because they usually fulfilled their 48 hour delivery. However, my past orders are now at least 5 days overdue and when you track the order, they are sitting in their collection hub center and not moving at all. I called customer service but that was a very disappointing experience as they kept saying it would be out for delivery soon. I asked for a specific time frame but they could not offer any at all. This is Lazada's own logistic company and they can't fulfill their delivery at all. Truly disappointing to see this once great seller declining right before your eyes.

First is that, I am not against Lazada. I bought a lot of items from Lazada and I always check on the reviews first before I purchase any item. So far all the items I bought was in good shape that it really deserve a good rating.
Today and also a few days ago, I've been browsing on digital items and I found out that there are a lot of scammers already using your platform to "sell" an item at a very low price. So definitely what will happen is that you will grab the chance to buy that specific item. But what you don't know is that, it's a scam.
Now as I check on the reviews I saw this comment of a person who's a victim of this scam.
I myself am aware of their modus or whatever. But there are lot of other people who are not well educated and might become the next victim and I feel sorry about that.
That's why now I am reaching to you, and I just what everyone to be aware, please be careful on purchasing online.
I do love purchasing online because it's very convenient. I now I felt scared and I just hope for you to find a solution to this.

I am a rigestered online shoppers in lazada since July 2013 until now, almost every month I used shopped online in lazada website & honestly, everything went well & they active to shipped & my ordered was right, I recieved 4 to 5 days as I currently lived in agusan del Norte (Mindanao). So, I am happy with Lazada service. Shopping online,
Cash on delivery is only in the Philippines & we are lucky they gave chance to the costumers don't have any credit card. Keep it up Lazada, I will stay for you.

MARIJU here,, can they do about the factory defect of the items i bought to lazada? For a thousands cost not just a hundred, the defect shown in 2weeks time after the 1week grace period of lazada's warranty for customer.

Nawala ang order tracking status sa account ko. Few days ago may 4 status nakalagay, the last one says naship na with the LBC tracking number. I then check the tracking number sa lbc at may status na. Pero now nawala na ang status with the tracking number. Need Ko ang tracking number to track. San na ba un?

This is an update on my review on lazada, as you can see in site jabber, after a few weeks of my review Lazada commented to me and asked for my order number seemingly wanting to make right and offer additional services on the defective item I bought from them. DONT Be fooled this is all just an ACT. After giving them again my order number, it's been almost 2months and they stillhaven't contacted me nor helped me in any way on the broken device that I have brought from them. These are all just marketing ploys, so for those people reading the comments of LAZADA here that they want to get the order numbers... That is Lazada trying to fool the readers of this site into believing that they are still trying to work out the problems of the complaining consumers.

I bought an RF thermage that broke after 1 month

I bought a 3 thousand pesos worth of RF thermage electronic item that broke down after 3 weeks. When I called Lazada to request for a replacement of the part that broke, they refuse to replace it because it is beyond the 7day warranty period. So I instead asked for the service center I can bring and repair my item to, lazada replied that they do not have a service center for the item as well. In short the item I bought is a waste of my hard earned money. LAzada sells inferior quality items, that is why the warranty they give is only 7 days. After sales service is very poor. They have no service center for most of their items. This leaves the consumers with items that breaks easily and no place to have it fixed. Complete waste f money.

My return takes almost a month. I ordered a mohican subwoofer and returned it because it's defective. Now, it's almost a month and the item I returned is still at lbcsf at gusa, cagayan de oro and still is not in transit.

I ordered a tablet last Dec19,2016 paid thru CC order number *******. Was promised that it will be delivered dec24-28,2016. Called CSr of LAZADA was told that it was afjusted due to holiday and will be expecting my item by Jan. 03,2016. CAlled CSr again on the promised was told i should receive it within the day. But did not happen. Called CSr again the next day Jan. 4,2017 wss told that it was not dispatched yet but it was but status on their website was shipped since Dec 21,2016. Until now i still dont have my item

UPDATE: JUST TESTED THE ITEMS. BOTH OF THEM WERE DEFECTIVE.

Ordered an item here last week, when the product came it wasn't what we were expecting. We checked the product post to compare if it was as advertised but it was deleted already. We couldn't compare or even leave a review for it. We returned the item and asked for a refund because the item is of no use to us. The item that we returned wasn't even opened yet, we just saw the product description in the box. But they didn't allow us. they said it was as advertised and now it's on queue for re-delivery. How would we know if it was as advertised? We couldn't even see the post anymore. We were really disappointed because we bought 2 of the same product, the price we paid wasn't a joke and they didn't allow us to get a refund for it. Disappointing Lazada, Even malls accept that kind of return. We haven't even opened the product that we returned to you.

Tip for consumers:
Just buy in the mall. At least you can see and check the product properly there. You won't have to go though this hassle in case the product that was delivered to you wasn't correct, damaged, not as advertised or if you're unsatisfied with it.

These are: if damaged or defective, item not as advertised, if we have served a wrong item, missing item/parts, Website error (information/image/price) and/or if item does not fit. By the way, we have 7 days Returns Policy for items handled by MP and 14 days for Retail items. If you said that what you received was not as advertised, you may really have the right to ask for a replacement/refund. I have been using Lazada.com.ph for around 3 years now. I have not had any major issues with them. I have received some defective items before, but the refund/replacement process was pretty simple (just return the item including the package and the return form and leave it at an LBC shop), once they have confirmed that LBC has the item, they will immediately send a replacement or issue a refund.

Tip:
- ONLY purchase items from LEGITIMATE or TRUSTWORTHY sellers (sellers with above 80% rating). For example, Lazada, LuckyHR and etc...

LAZADA sent me a defective power supply and refuse to replace it. Also send me defective hdd, returned the product and lazada warehouse recieved it last June 12,2017 but until now no reponse from lazada.

Don't use this website because sellers are mostly fraudulent and the worst part it's very hard to almost impossible to get a refund from LAZADA. Lazada is inefficient, overpriced and full of scammer sellers here. WORST SERVICE EVER!

Tip for consumers:
Don't use this site. Incompetent staff and they don't process refunds! Never ever use this crappy website!

This seller is a scam. Please do email me if you want to see what cars they sent! Im sending this on all consumers website forums too.
Instead of 14 lightening McQueen, they sent 6 tiny puny bread trucks.
What is really annoyed, you got scam for something that cost RM6, but paid rm31. And Lazada want you to waste your time, dragging your little children to stuck in traffic jam, to pay RM20 parking ticket, petrol for my car just to return the thing. So this made me lost like rm200 more.
Im glad to refund or just throw away like you suggested, dear lady Chet customer service, you can send someone pick it up. And please dont be so rude to someone who get scammed and asked me so what do you want?

The worst company have no care for customers want money but not want to help when faulty product I had TV opened box not working phoned within 30min told I have to pay to return it and hav to wait 2weeks bad service they don't care on phone for 3 hours keep away from this company

I placed my order to LAZADA last March 9 and the item was shipped in Xend courier (Hongkong) last March 17 and transferred the parcel to LBC on the next day. Today is 17th of April and I haven't receive any actionable information yet from you and Xend Courier. What bothers me is that the unit is 1 month already in the hands of LBC and that is a very sensible and expensive item and it should be delivered swiftly and we know for a fact as well that there are many reported cases already of lost Iphones in LBC so please take this issue seriously. Instead of sending or exchanging e-mails to Xend why not call them and LBC to facilitate this issue promptly. I'm already losing my patience because of your useless feedback and imbecile staff and I even tried several times to contact your customer care but nobody answers. Sighing! We are not talking about petty money here so please take the appropriate action on this!

Things aren't GENUINE and NEW. This Lazada is $#*!. It's like the ONLINE Divisoria. Except for their appliances and kitchen wares. Apple headsets worth P999 discounted to P199. Sounds like the 100 peso worth headset on greenhills. Mic and volume not working. I suggest you guys don't order in this Online Divisoria anymore. Fake.

If youre ordering using your credit card they will just take you for granted they will just leave your order to whoever is available to receive and they dont do checking on orders from abroad so i tried receiving wrong item not to highlight the waiting time and if ever you want to return the item they dont give you specifics on howw to get your money back they make it hard for you and you cannot even reach them very dissapointing. And for ordering a lot of items through time they did not even give you discounts or $#*! from Davao
