Lazada is always reliable thus I will give them 5 stars regardless which country. In Thailand companies are much more reliable. In The Philippines they try to scam you so watch out. Never do business with them outside Lazada
I usually buy my cat food, electronics, clothes and food stuff because they usually fulfilled their 48 hour delivery. However, my past orders are now at least 5 days overdue and when you track the order, they are sitting in their collection hub center and not moving at all. I called customer service but that was a very disappointing experience as they kept saying it would be out for delivery soon. I asked for a specific time frame but they could not offer any at all. This is Lazada's own logistic company and they can't fulfill their delivery at all. Truly disappointing to see this once great seller declining right before your eyes.
I bought a body mirror from AC Saulog Furniture. It has a manufacturing damage so I called them for replacement twice, twice they said the'd call me back but they never called me. AC Saulog Furnitures has the worst customer service. I posted it on lazada website but it didn't came up, I suppose lazada filters negative feedbacks.
Another item I bought is from CWL General Mdse, an AB Rocket Twister that DO NOT Twist. The picture and description they had on lazada website is misleading. I suppose they sent me a fake or cheaper version, why is lazada letting these suppliers get on with their bad business practice?

Dec 2017 - ordered a desk December 2017. Order number *******. Instead the shipper delivered a cabinet (wrong item). It's a large 40kg box. I inform Lazada, they inform Pull Out Team.
Jan-Apr 2018 - contacted Lazada 10 times, progressively more miserable. Every time they say Pull Out Team notified and will be resolved soon. Meanwhile large heavy box sitting at my front door. It's not like I'm in some remote area... I'm in the most central developed area in the whole country. BGC.
May 2018 - suddenly without warning, someone calls to pick up the wrong item. Courier simply gives me a copy of my order, no information about themselves and no signature. Doesn't this whole thing sound... utterly stupid? I request a refund from Lazada.
Jun-Aug 2018 - constantly requesting refund. During all this time, there are email strings with customer service. However cases are marked "closed" just a couple weeks after opened, even though the case is not resolved. So ridiculous all I can do anymore is laugh.
Sep 2018 - refund delivered by way of LBC remittance. Original payment method would have been way more convenient! But whatever.

I bought a soundbar with sub, 1st day sounded perfect. 2nd day tho fakkk there was a loud friggin static on the speakers when using bluetooth. I returned it for replacement thru lbc and the next day it was at their lazada warehouse, they held it there for a week. Thats fine theyr checkin it whatever, so i waited another day. I got an email saying its being sent back to me that theres nothing wrong with it. Bunch of liars or they just didnt bother to check. What a joke. I just deleted their app, never again purchasing $#*! from them. Pls guys do the same.

I have 9 items waiting to be delivered from lazada 3 of them arived at the sortation centre on the 24 and 26 of August when I try to track these items now they are showing as invalid number at this moment of time they have been sitting there for 14 days or they have been stolen I have messaged customer services and sellers but to no avail or sensible reply, I think the only way to buy off lazada is COD then if your pacage doesn't arrive you lost nothing, one of my last packages was in transit 39 day from HK it like lazada is living in the dark ages I have total lost faith in them and are now turning to shopee

While Lazada merchandise is largely counterfeit name brands and fake products like fake masks, fake smartphones, fake OTC medications, fake anything you can think of... I can say after my family has placed over 404 orders in six years, there has been a new scam in the past 18 months. Somebody in the chain of refunds management is stealing the money and it never reaches customers, yet they swear up and down that the money has been deposited to our bank account and produce after many letters, a phony legend entry with a bunch of unrecognizable irrelevant numbers, a date and an amount. Checking the bank and visiting the bank manager shows no such credits. This happened in the past 12 months over five matters that total more than 5,000 peso.
Who has that kind of money to give away to thieves?
We have tried Shopee, and have no complaints. But in the meantime, are talling to a journalist about this case.

I've made 3 orders of a Motorola cell phone. All failed due to misconduct by the couriers. They never bothered to make a phone call to me as the address I gave is not in Thai. Lazada is a company with primitive facilities! Poor logistics, tracking system, update information, etc The 'tracking order' only provides the very basic info: packaging, shipping, and arrival without any further updates. Their guys at the help center only asked you not to worry and keep your phone on. They even don't have any direct connection to the carrier. So don't ask them where and what the condition is with your goods. They know nothing more than you. On the 8th day, the item is still not delivered. Lazada informed me that I am now their customer of priority! Oh, I am greatly honored! But where is my phone? Somewhere in the city. Why no phone call? The carrier thinks you are a foreigner and don't speak Thai. Finally, the order will be cancelled by Lazada before prior notice to the customer: just tell you when you are online that the cancellation is due to damage of goods or cannot be delivered. It's a joke!

I ordered from Lazada.com last August 22,2014 and received an email that the item just arrived in their warehouse last August 27,2014 and will be ready for shipping once cleared. So they are already delayed from their 5days max. I let it go, because they replied to me on my follow-up. Then the parcel was delivered and only to realized they sent me the wrong item. I ordered and paid for a 16gb usb and received an 8gb usb instead. I was due to sent the files to australia using that USB the next day so I can't return it anymore. So I emailed them to issue me a refund because I paid for a 16gb USB since that's all i can get for sure. No one from their customer service replied and when I contacted them in Facebook they just deleted the post where my inquiry was made... So bottom line is, LAZADA.COM is the worse online store I've encountered. I've been shopping online since 2012 and never have I encounter this much dismay. They even hide the 8gb text on the packaging using their barcode sticker. What a disappointment it has been dealing with them. Even the delivery guy was unprofessional complaining to me that his route for the day is very unorganized.

When it comes to refunds lazada is very slow. They have a system that lacks intelligence. It accepts wrong information that leads to delays and at times rejected refunds.

Summary: In my 6 total orders (over the course of 3 years) from Lazada, 2 of them failed miserably including this one. So if you order expect a 33% chance of failure - which includes frustration, dealing with unprofessional people and false hope.
[Update 11/27] This will be my final update about this issue, Until now my order has not yet arrived. Walang kwentang kausap ang lazada. I just got a call from them but I missed it, I called that number back and the person that answered told me that she will call me back after a while. She never did.
[Update 11/25] so i got a call from their social media department yesterday and they "said" they will call me back today. No call.
[Update 11/24] So I emailed them the 4th time and apparently, the item is still in PROCESS. It was already verified and processed weeks ago, I even got an email 12 days ago that my item has already been shipped. How many processes does it take lazada?
