Lazada is always reliable thus I will give them 5 stars regardless which country. In Thailand companies are much more reliable. In The Philippines they try to scam you so watch out. Never do business with them outside Lazada
I usually buy my cat food, electronics, clothes and food stuff because they usually fulfilled their 48 hour delivery. However, my past orders are now at least 5 days overdue and when you track the order, they are sitting in their collection hub center and not moving at all. I called customer service but that was a very disappointing experience as they kept saying it would be out for delivery soon. I asked for a specific time frame but they could not offer any at all. This is Lazada's own logistic company and they can't fulfill their delivery at all. Truly disappointing to see this once great seller declining right before your eyes.
First of all, the products arrive late. Their partner LBC is not that good. They got lots of shipment so they're now really slow compared to JRS and other couriers. I hope they provide an option for what brand of courier service. The LBC employees especially in provinces are really impatient. They would update their LBC website as "return order" even if they only tried to deliver it once (which is supposed to be three delivery attempts).
Second, full of misleading and missing information especially on individual sellers, those that are not by Lazada.
Very slow communication. I would not rely on toll-frees because it's not actually toll free. Email support is really slow, takes you almost a decade.
Bought a relatively cheap item just to test it (via COD) and what do you know, they fail to deliver! But whatever! Tried again after 2 months and surprise surprise! Still nothing. But fine! Against my better judgement, I tried for the third time after 3 months. Waiting waiting, another month has passed still no order! Hahaha. FAIL.
Customer service is crap. They don't know sh**. They're just gonna tell you generic things like "It's not within our control." "Please go to branch..." Blah blah blah.
I say about 70-80% of the buyers are unsatisfied with this site. But if you really wanna risk it. Go ahead.

Test it first and you might just be one of the very very few lucky ones that will be able to get a competent service out of this site. Buy cheap stuff and always choose COD. Going through credit card will be a nightmare for you.

I saw this STAND FAN that they were selling for about a thousand plus pesos, catch is its buy 1 take 1! Plus additional 10 or 17% discount i think. Then i went to puregold and saw the exact same model for about half the price! The other model is even cheaper!

To Lazada P. - its not about the pricing, its about how you mislead people into believing that they can actually get a discount when in fact you are forcing them to buy 2 items at the same time by branding it "buy 1 take 1" when in reality, that amount is actually equivalent to the two items if they purchase it somewhere else, and without the "force buying of two units at the same time"
And yes prices, vary from merchant to merchant but not this much!

POOR service of Customer Care Officers
I ordered 6 items for my company we keep ready money and everything after getting approvals from the finance depart... after 4 days Lazada says seller doen't not have stocks, it very unpleasant that if an items publish on web site with out stock checking. They this online shopping is a fan page... this very important for organization for careless customer care officers and consumer depart in lazada. They didn't even bother about to check customer order. People mistake make company name bad... Specially Thailand Customer care is very slow. You need to give a training. Ordered 2 different style salt lamps, received 2 duplicate ones, both brokened. Called twice to set up return pick up. Pick up did not come at scheduled time, called to find out pick up date has been rescheduled. Did not receive any notification regarding the reschedule. I have no issue with regard to product quality except for they are brokered, but everything else made me not wanting to order from Lazada again. I don't even know how long it will take for them to investigate the incident to get my money back.

My first ever purchase was successful. Logged my purchase Feb 5th and within 3 working days it was delivered in good condition.
Also kudos to Jeramy (customer service) for always answering my emails.
After reading all the bad comments and reviews I feel paranoid. So I immediately emailed them as also the recipient told me that LBC can not deliver within her area as its out of delivery zone.
Overall I feel satisfied with their service.

Paid cash on delivery for a brand new Seagate 2TB data storage unit that is defective (only had 129 MB storage!). Unfortunately, I didn't check it out until the delivery guy disappeared with my money.
Now after pleading with them to do the right thing for three weeks, Lazada won't refund or replace this totally useless device, even though they promised to do one or the other. They are liars and thieves, and I will never buy anything from them ever again! I recommend you buy from a reputable store- not from Lazada!

A simple refund... due to a month's delay on item and the item is all bent and broken looks like someone used it as a chair for a BBQ party... its an oven for god's sake... also had my wife close down business just to bring back the broken oven to the the courrier. They refund me through lazada wallet... and now i gotta wait again... because apparently theres another approval blh blah... cost me time and money... will be filing a case with the DTI...

I ordered an item, which never came, and i sat and waited for it
I have then had contact with at least 5 of their customer service people, live chat and e-mail, and they all tell me different stuff. One moment they say its on the way, the next they say it has been cancelled, and then they promise it will come before a certain date(told me that everytime i didnt come on that certain date)
I havent gotten any service or help as to why there is so much trouble with my package.

Do you ever noticed that all favorable reviews in this blog does not allow you to comment? This is probably because it is done by themselves just to save their image or skew the data. My suggestion is for all of us with unfavorable reviews to continue posting our disappointment with this online site and drive the last nail on their coffin. It is stated that i will have my order this November 22-24. It's already 23, but when i track it at LBC's site. It says that it is received in LAZADA. When will you ship it? Product searches on Lazada feeds you products they want to sell you... not the products you ask for. Go ahead and specify a brand or style or size or whatever: they probably have it but that's not what you'll get. It won't be just what you're looking for. It might be there but it's usually not shown first. Want a specific brand? Too bad, you have to sort through all of them. Want a specific style? Too bad you have to sort through all of them. Want a specific accessory for your phone, computer, TV, guitar, or whatever? Too bad you have to sort through all of them.
Obviously, it's this way because that's the way they want it. It's entirely reasonable to show what you want first, THEN related items. Something so blatantly unhelpful can't possibly go unrecognized by them. After all these years, they obviously don't give a hoot.
I have one word for them: COMPETITORS.

I was trying to buy a laptop charger and a tempered glass from lazada. I am in region 8. I already ordered about 6 items from their past shipping fee policy but now, damn, every item i add to my cart has a shipping fee of 1000+ even for a freaking 300 peso tempered glass which is not that heavy and not that bulky. Fvck this new shipping policy. I hope lazada's Sales starting from August 2018 will fall, until they realize this idea of theirs is just utter bull$#*!. Get your $#*! straight lazada! First of all It is not my fault that you deliver incorrect items. The reason why we do online shopping is for convenience but this lazada is a total mess! It's been two months now since I return the defective item but i still didnt get any response. I can't even reach their hotline number. I waited for 15 minutes and the last thing I heard forwarding then it ended. Knowing how poor their customer service they should hire more. Also most of their product are damaged, last December we order Christmas Light and it was shorted. Second they don't check if it is the right order. We received 3 slippers wrong size, 2 item (manicure set and make up brush) not as advertised or not the same item that we order. Sh*t.

Last October I ordered a 55" 4K TV from Lazada and the product arrived a couple of days later. Fast delivery but upon turning on the TV, I was greeted with flashing red, blue, white, black screens. That was on October 23. I called that same day and they promised a pickup as soon as possible. I have been calling several times after and get the same response that they are waiting for an answer from the pull out team. I am fed up with the same assurances that the agents tell me but nothing has been done so far. Don't buy from Lazada if you want to avoid headaches. Instead of being a convenience, Lazada is a big joke and mostly inconvenient.
