Lazada is always reliable thus I will give them 5 stars regardless which country. In Thailand companies are much more reliable. In The Philippines they try to scam you so watch out. Never do business with them outside Lazada
I usually buy my cat food, electronics, clothes and food stuff because they usually fulfilled their 48 hour delivery. However, my past orders are now at least 5 days overdue and when you track the order, they are sitting in their collection hub center and not moving at all. I called customer service but that was a very disappointing experience as they kept saying it would be out for delivery soon. I asked for a specific time frame but they could not offer any at all. This is Lazada's own logistic company and they can't fulfill their delivery at all. Truly disappointing to see this once great seller declining right before your eyes.
I ordered an item last May 11 at Lazada PH. The last activity/ movement basing it on the tracking was on May 13 that said my parcel has departed their Hong Kong facility. No updates until now and it is already. May 25.
Shopee is way better than Lazada. Period!
I was tempted to purchase an item from Lazada when I saw their great discounts :D I read some reviews about the site and they were disappointed coz mostly discounted items are already used or second-hand. What I want to know if items that had been discounted will be all brand new?
My experience with the app was decent, delivery service were also at the start was okay; but now it's purely awful and no longer reliable to an extent.

Most of the cheap products are fake or inferior imitations of existing ones, their are many legit products in lazmall but their still full of scammers even in that section of the site.

Very poor customer service. Until now I haven't receive my paid items. They've given me different dates yet till now it hasn't arrived. No updates, nothing! Bloody disappointing for a first time customer.

Iv purchased my tab from lazada, sad to say the headset was not included, i keep on follow.up with their customer service after i received the item but its been almost 3 months, nothing happens. So disappointed.
This company provides the worst customer service ever. Be very careful what you buy from here. Don't expect that if your product is defective, they'll tend to you or show any importance at all. I was so dumb to ever trust them.
My refund was completed after almost giving up and sharing all the rants here. Luckily took 1 day response after posting review here.
I still believe Lazada has a good potential and thanks for taking time to review my returns.

1) Delivery of my Hitachi Magic Wand came in the next day. Box is crumpled, very badly packaged. After comparing with the image on the seller's page and some online research, found out that it's a verified replica product. Contacted Lazada and immediately I got a promise for a full refund and asked me to keep the counterfeit. 2) Another order placed on the same date, it was from an overseas "Top-rated seller. Now it has been a solid 7 days, and after numerous emails sent to the supports, I still do not have an idea of where my item is. There are different stories from the supports. Conclusion: You must be really lucky to get a genuine item from Lazada. Shop there with caution.

My very first order is cancelled after I waited 30 Business Days, 5 Holidays and 13 Weekends (Since Dec. 12 2015 paid via Credit Card). I returned it two times, so I asked for refund instead and now it is already Feb 19,2017 still my case is not settled... Very Bad Customer service. Placed on 25 Nov 2018 05:42:53 for trampoline for my son. Two weeks past then I get email saying my order was cancelled because of automated system--what ever that means. Anyway I received no text no call. I used a USA Visa credit card for purchase and the international charges where added. They refunded me in 3 days but I'm $24 dollars short now. They didn't refund international charges back to me and its not my fault. I spent over $50,000 PHP in last few months with Lazada and had a few communication problems with my orders but received all of them in good working order. My complaint is Lazada does not communicate with the customers and we are the reason you survive in this online business. Don't know how I could ever deal with this company again. I say good luck to Lazada because with your business practices you will need it.

I've had a very bad experience with www.lazada.com.ph. I purchased 2 CPs from their website on May 30,2012 using my credit card and until now (June 29,2012) I don't have those items yet. I've been calling their customer service using my mobile phone, but they could not give me a concrete explanation about what has happened. I've talked to different agents and they also kept on promising to call me back and promised to give me the tracking number. It's almost one month now and I don't have any news about my order--*******. It's really frustrating. How could they be so irresponsible. This is my first time to purchase from this company and they really gave me a very bad impression. I will no longer buy from this site again.

It's currently 4/1/2016 and I still didn't get my order.
I've contacted support many times and they seem to reply 1 out of 5 times.
Their shipping division is really slow and do not even contact me if they pass by the house. Do they just expect me to wait outside when they deliver. Very poor quality.
What's worse is that my order is in the same country I am. I have had orders from ebay and other sites with shipping from other countries that are faster.
Very disappointing. You do not want to use this site.

I am not against Lazada, I even bought some good items in here. But last month I purchased an oven worth ******* which was paid using my lazada wallet. Well in the beginning it was good. But then they cancelled the order and tagged it as refunded. I never received my money and it's been a month. I always make a follow up but not getting any resolution. What kind of service is this? How long do I have to wait just to get my money back. The refund policy on the website is definitely as scam. Please be responsible enough to your customers as we are paying the right amount for the service. I hope the amount will show up soon.

Since they have updated their delivery scheme, it caused nothing but inconvenience. Can you imagine ordering a diaper worth 2k+ and paying for delivery for 2k++ which more than half of what I am actually purchasing. What Lazada has done is make it impossible for provincial places to access of use.

Their customer service team is always having a hard time understanding English. Lack of product knowledge and needs more training. They disconnect the chat on their end even though the concern is not resolved. Very unprofessional.

I bought a Lenovo laptop and had to return it as I felt like it was a refurbished item. I shipped it back to them and I'm still waiting for their email. They said it will only take 2 business days for the evaluation to be sent to me, but... Yeah, it led me here.
The other products that I bought are 3 power banks. All 3 didn't work for my iPhone 6. Not sure why. My iPhone is one-month old and has no issues whatsoever.
