Lazada is always reliable thus I will give them 5 stars regardless which country. In Thailand companies are much more reliable. In The Philippines they try to scam you so watch out. Never do business with them outside Lazada
I usually buy my cat food, electronics, clothes and food stuff because they usually fulfilled their 48 hour delivery. However, my past orders are now at least 5 days overdue and when you track the order, they are sitting in their collection hub center and not moving at all. I called customer service but that was a very disappointing experience as they kept saying it would be out for delivery soon. I asked for a specific time frame but they could not offer any at all. This is Lazada's own logistic company and they can't fulfill their delivery at all. Truly disappointing to see this once great seller declining right before your eyes.
I have waited and tracked my order for almost every day, first the promised date of delivery was all a joke. Then I waited again bacause I had read that the delivery may take longer if the area is outside the metro, then I visited again the LBC site for the tracking and they had posted there "House Closed" yet hindi naman ako lumabas ng bahay that date and the next day they posted that "Transferred to warehouse". I think there is something wrong with LBC lazada please check my order ******* please. Good day!

I had order an Xmas basket the lazada is calling, Order way back Dec 17,2017. Xmas comes they said it would be delivered by Dec 30,2017 to Jan 5,2018. Now Jan 5,2018 i called them and they siad the Scheduled had been changed to Jan. 11,2018. What will happen to the accounts of your customers na nag cancel ng kanilang order after 6 hours cancellation time at hindi tinanggap yung order upon delivery kasi naka COD man rin. Hi, Mark. There'll be no consequences nor impact to the account. Wala rin naman po kasi talagang magagawa si Lazada kung gusto ni customer na i-cancel ang order. Marami rin naman po kasi talagang nagkakamali ng pag-place ng order, hindi nagamitan ng voucher at yung iba, duplicate ang orders kaya po sila nagpapa-cancel. We are considerate din po naman. I am one of those ppl that shopped on and off with Lazada. So after a bad experience i had with Lazada in 2018, i give it a try again this year spending around 500 worth lf money buying various things. At first i was impressed by the generous amount of free shipping voucher and the cheaper price they charge but all that fall flat not long after. In 10 items i ordered from Lazada, 10 items from Shopee... my order from shopee arrived all ten but none from Lazada. One of my order were made on 29th April and until today 5th May have not move. I cant even cancel the order. Why? That explain the delayed of items from Lazada. They are using cheap economy way of shipment which if i count correctly way cheaper in shopee. You see, economy shipping which took around 7-14 days to arrive were using sea freight. Shopee charged 3.00 for this kind of services while Lazada charge flat all around 5.00. What really happen to Lazada. Are you serious in doing this kind of bussines because the way i see it, Alibaba killing it big time. To Alibaba, please dont use your tactics that only worked in China in other Asean countrys because it wont. The prove? See inside Lazada. How many ppl buying from you? Your customers are running away even you give them 50 cashaway. Once a great competitors, now you just wasted away. Better just close down.

I bought a coffee machine for 12,900pesos which was the poorest quality - I wouldn't have even paid 3,000p for it. I returned it, and despite my instructions for a cash refund they gave me a credit. I had to wait over a week for this to be changed to a refund, and then they spelt my name incorrectly so I couldn't collect my money. This has been beyond a joke - be wary - their promises of 'effortless transactions' are a joke. I am STILL waiting for this issue to be resolved. NEVER AGAIN.

Never heard of Lazada PH, but a $43.00 charge appeared on my credit card yesterday. MasterCard is treating this as a fraudulent charge. It pays to check credit card charges on a regular basis.

If you want to buy/purchase an item from Lazada, don't use Lazada E-wallet. As they will use it to scam you. NOT AGAIN WILL I USE THIS METHOD OF PAYMENT!
Use PayPal, as you can dispute the case through their system.
I have use the Lazada E-wallet one time and they have delivered my ordered it a sorry state. I have ordered an LCD for my Sony but they shipped it with a plastic packaging only. I asked for the refund and returned it immediately. I have been asking about my refund from them for almost one month and the only thing they will tell me is that they will follow-up the case and it will take 2-3 business days to be updated.

I bought a ship from abroad item which is USB 3.0 as listed on their items for sale. Suprisingly, after almost a month of waiting the item arrives. Sadly it's USB 2.0. Im so disappointed but still calm. I talk to their CS for replacement and the representative said that its ok. And will be replaced by returning it first. I ask him to confirm if there's a stock of USB 3.0 and he said that there is. So i return my item. He ASSURED me that my item will be REPLACED! But no., after almost 2 weeks i tried emailing them and said that the item is ship from abroad, and cant be replaced! Yes, it is on their policy and i admit im not aware because im not going to read it, but YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE DON'T KNOW IT? ASSURING ME FOR REPLACEMENT and now its not possible? Worst of it is, i just found it because i emailed them, NO NOTIFICATIONS! If not because i emailed them i wouldnt know that my item will not be replaced and my money has been refunded. SO DISAPPOINTED.

Lazada do not deliver on time. If you ring to cancel the order because it hasnt arrived on time, they dont cancel it and still send it, making you pay. If you return the goods it takes months and months to get a response from them, and still no refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
