Lazada is always reliable thus I will give them 5 stars regardless which country. In Thailand companies are much more reliable. In The Philippines they try to scam you so watch out. Never do business with them outside Lazada
I usually buy my cat food, electronics, clothes and food stuff because they usually fulfilled their 48 hour delivery. However, my past orders are now at least 5 days overdue and when you track the order, they are sitting in their collection hub center and not moving at all. I called customer service but that was a very disappointing experience as they kept saying it would be out for delivery soon. I asked for a specific time frame but they could not offer any at all. This is Lazada's own logistic company and they can't fulfill their delivery at all. Truly disappointing to see this once great seller declining right before your eyes.
Stupiest policy ive ever seen. Ive been a seller for so many year in different site but this one has the most incompetent and bad selling platform i saw. Their own courier didnt deliver item or even call customer then but they will tagged the product as failed delivery. Customer service will not help you at all. I dunno why they are there. Lazada has so many hidden charges for seller that they will not tell upfront and lo and behold you will be deducted at least 3.5 percent of your earning. Plus their delivery fee is outrageous. They will charge seller of higher deliver fee even if they get charge only the buyer of small fee and explain it because the area they will deliver the item is critical. Is that is not stupid i dont know what that is. First and foremost they are the one who charge it upfront so they should know what are critical areas and what are not. And why charge it to seller?
So now i ask my customer from that site not to order their anymore. They do not deliver what they promise and is not helpful to their client
Don't ever order from Lazada. It's just a crappy company. They just want the money, they don't absolutey care about their costumers. The Delivery Time Frame is not accurate, the customer service is full of lies. Sometimes they delivered the "wrong" item that it's shown from the picture which realyl reallly irritates me and happened a lot of times. Tracking Order system is a $#*!ing mess. It's says my item is "Delivered" with a check mark on it but i haven't received it yet so i call the costumer service and the lady says the word "Delivered" means the item is ready to be delivered anytime to me. I waited for days, weeks, months and it still haven't arrived. I keep calling to follow up my order and they always say this bullsh*t to me, again and again and again. LAZADA IS A $#*!ING JOKE.

I ordered 3 items from lazada since they had really big discounts and i dont have alot of money being a student and all to my surprise, 2 out of 3 of them are defective! I had to return them (just yesterday) I hope they get replaced by non defective products. Whew! Truely disappointing, I was really excited to use them but they were defective, I ordered an action camera but when I turned it on it only had white screen and doesnt turn off I had to remove the battery, then as for the other item a bluetooth earpiece, it charges when plugged in but it doesnt turn on when its full after you unplug it. I HOPE MY ITEMS REACH THEM AND THEY REPLACE IT.

Keep on insisting that the payment has been transfered to my bank account, been follwing up for 2 months, every agent tells a different reason why i havent received the payouts yet. Do they really know what they are doing? No consistency at all. I want to close my seller account because of that. But the customer servelice rep said i must fulfill the orrders, like wttttffff do they dont know what my issue was? I have been following up with an order, kept on asking if it's going to push through, then they said the payment is being verified. (wew the money is taken out of my card and it has been 4 days... STILL verifying?) how insane was that? On the 6th day they told me it's cancelled because they weren't able to verify my payment (but again, money was taken out of the card) ayaw pa aminin na out of stock. Customer service replies re robotic at walang sense at the phone number is hard to reach. I was asking for a sup para yung reply nmn may urgency pero waley. Wala din ata sila nun. They should show how important their customers are.

Last week, I ordered online. On the same day, I received an email and text message informing me that my order is already being processed. Later that same day, I got an email saying that my item has already been shipped. Last friday, I received another email and another email and text message informing me that I should prepare cash payment because the delivery will arrive that day. I waited but none came. I called Lazada CS Monday morning to follow up on the status of my order. I was told that my order will SURELY BE DELIVERED that day because it was the last day of the standard delivery schedule. So, i waited but none came. The same CSR told me that i will receive an email about our telcon but I did not receive any. I no longer want to wait for my order to be delivered so I want to cancel my order. I believe the item I ordered is being sold and fulfilled by Lazada itself. The refund/return automation system should be reviewed from time to time because it is prone to glitch and or possibly manipulated/disabled if and when there might possibly conivance between seller and lazada app controller(maintenance people-IT). Ex famous paper towel (seller) had mistake in posting price, a buyer bought and paid COD for the item upon delivery, Delivery was quick(ordered 7/28/23 (8:32 AM)m delivered 8/1/23 ( about 1:30PM) paid 1088 for 30pcs paper towel (virgin pulp). But upon opening, it was premium pulp (2nd class). Tracking # XSM*******053. Buyer waits for the deliverer to post as delivered, so buyer can proceed with the return process. While waiting, buyer expressed desire to return by chatting with the buyer and asks for explanation for the mistake. (buyer admits mistake). The deliverer posted as delivered only on 8/3/23. Buyer now proceeds with the return process. But sad to say, the return button is disabled. It won't proceed. There are so many things that may run in mind when you analyze the unfortunate and wrong things that occurred in this particular item, one after another as if everything went wrong. Please take note and examine what worse scenario that could possibly happen in the future if little things will be taken for granted.

I have written all in the review. Just frustrating when you chat with the buyer and the buyer answers back that it is no longer in their control, So sad, you will be left on your own. In the first place there will be no complain if the order was fully checked before shipment so that there would be no mistake of shipping the wrong item. Mistake followed by another mistake/may be cover up. Os sad.

I ordered two gaming chairs during Lazada Midsale July 12 and when the courier (Entrego) delivered my item. I asked them why there is only one box? You cannot fit two gaming chairs in one box. The Entrego delivery man says there is only one package for me. I checked the receipt and it says number of items in package: 2. We both thinking probably they were able to fit the two items. I can't open it without paying the package first. When I opened it, Only one gaming chair. The delivery man said to contact Lazada. I have contacted the seller and they said they sent two boxes not one because it will not fit. Seller told me to contact Lazada which I did. I have contacted both seller and Lazada but until now there is no answers from them. They just said they will follow up and follow up. They let me open a dispute. After 3 days a Lazada representative called me and talked that the item I bought has no warranty! I said what are you talking about? What warranty do you mean? Do you know my problem is? Obviously the person who called me didn't know what my problem was. After so many chatting with the agents that I didn't received one 2nd item and they still think it was warranty. So stupid and brainless. Warranty is not even discuss when I first chatted them. I don't know where he got that info. It is so frustrating. They don't even know where my second item is. After 3 weeks still no concrete answers. Until now my problem is not solved. I demanded a refund but still no answer from them.

I ordered 2 duck goose down filler quilted Quilts king worth 2,689 each. On the description the original price was 10k and it was 75% off daw. Grabe yung dumating sobrang not worth the price plus its not king size. Soo disappointed! Its not even worth a thousand. Nanloloko sila just to entice people. It was returned on the same day jan 26 and until now I am asking for the full refund, wala parin feedback. Almost a month na. Been calling lazada customer service several times, putting me on hold and giving excuses na gagawan daw nila ng report. Pero wala parin.

I ordered 7 of the CM15RHF-01 model and paid for Php2,793. At the time I ordered, the price per piece is 399 pesos. The items were delivered to my aunts house in the Philippines since I am abroad, and my mom would bring them here. I ordered last Nov. 17 and when the package arrived at Nov. 20, it was never opened because my aunt wants me to see them open it from video call. I was so disappointed when I saw that there are only 2 items in the package and they were NOT even the model I ordered. They sent the CM15RHF-02 model instead. I contacted Lazada and they responded quickly. But I was disappointed that they sent me a copy of the sellers courier showing that they delivered 7 items under my order. I cannot accept to have paid for 2793 pesos for TWO WRONG ITEMS. I was excited for this because they were supposed to be a Christmas gift for my co workers. Now it wont even be in time for me to hopefully get a refund on my order because my mom is returning here next week. I already sent the pictures of what we received and the receipt to Lazada for evidence but I havent heard from them yet. I am so disappointed with this transaction
On Dec 12th I purchased a ziaomi mi 10t. On Dec 18th I received a Vivo V19 vietnamese phone instead of what was purchased. An immediate return/refund was filed. Over 16 Customer Service Chats and with a LAZADA SOFTWARE Failure I am being told the case is between me and the fraudulent Seller. This fraudulent seller is STILL active on Lazada which makes Lazada complicit in any further fraud/counterfeit transactions that occur (Criminally complicit) The seller does not respond to either myself or Lazada and waited to deny the return of the package until delivery was attempted. I will soon be filing a criminal complaint against the Seller and seeking Civil damages against Lazada.

Ordered a fisherprice baby bouncer for my daughter last dec 24, it was supposed to be delivered january 3-5. Finally emailed lazada to check on january 8th, all they can come up with is that january 3-5 is for early delivery, im supposed to get my item on the 13th pa daw. If you put in, delivery date as 3-5 then that means that the earliest i would get item is on the 3rd and the latest is on the 5th, otherwise, why would you put as it is at all?
The order arrived on the 11th. What's worse is that the item looked like it was used as a mall/store display, scratches were visible and stickers were already in place. If i had known that i have been waiting for a USED ITEM for 18 days then i would have just gotten something overseas.

I've received the bag that I've ordered yesterday (10/28/15) and it came earlier than the assured 7 days, which is a thumbs up for me. However, when I opened the package, I had a feeling that the bag was not authentic, so I've searched for the style online and I've found the similar style on polivore. By then I've been grasping in good faith that I've received an authentic one, however, after some more inspections, I've noticed that the label, zipper, the smell of the faux leather, and the stitches are different compared to the authentic Mango crossbody bag. The label was obviously slightly crooked and not polished well, unlike the original one. Also, the zipper only has MNG, while an original MNG bag with the same zipper design has the whole MANGO word on it. I let my friend check the bag because she's kind of expert with branded stuff, and she think that it's just Class A, too. I am very disappointed with this matter. I am not taking any actions regarding this matter yet, because I still want to let Lazada know about this. I've tried their service apart from the reviews that I've read regarding issues with inauthentic products that they sell. I bought this because the description says it's authentic + it's discounted na (yep, i'm stingy). Now I'm curious if this could be a ground for return or replacement of the same style or kind. I hope Lazada address this issue and also those issues regarding inauthenticity of posted products for sale. I will also send an email to Lazada and hope that this could be settled.
