Lazada is always reliable thus I will give them 5 stars regardless which country. In Thailand companies are much more reliable. In The Philippines they try to scam you so watch out. Never do business with them outside Lazada
I usually buy my cat food, electronics, clothes and food stuff because they usually fulfilled their 48 hour delivery. However, my past orders are now at least 5 days overdue and when you track the order, they are sitting in their collection hub center and not moving at all. I called customer service but that was a very disappointing experience as they kept saying it would be out for delivery soon. I asked for a specific time frame but they could not offer any at all. This is Lazada's own logistic company and they can't fulfill their delivery at all. Truly disappointing to see this once great seller declining right before your eyes.

I have good experience with Lazada, majority of what I ordered arrived with no problems or whatsoever. Though there are very few times that item was not available at the supplier, but they refunded if to me so no worries. There biggest flaw for me is their 3rd party seller, they should have more control on it and have the seller be thoroughly check before selling anything on their site.
The problem with the buyer/consumer is they don't know how to use the site. Trust me, if you know how to utilize it, it will be your bestfriend :).
Here's a tip for new or old buyer/consumer:
1) Always look for "Sold and Fulfilled by Lazada" this is usually on the right side of the item page, this is self-explanatory; means the item will not come from 3rd party seller. In my experience, the item will be received in the next 24hours
2) If the item is coming from 3rd party, the note is "Sold & Fulfilled by [Seller_Name]", the delivery will be up to the seller instead of Lazada. If problem encountered in your order, it may or may not take sometime to fixed since it will probably a communication with Lazada and the seller. If you go for this path, search the seller name in the internet; some seller are just importer thus warranty + item replacement is at high risk.
3) If you ought to choose 3rd party seller, look for "Sold by [Seller_Name]& Fulfilled by Lazada", at least on this case, Lazada will handle the delivery and such. Same with #2, always search the seller in the internet.

Nag order ako ng 6 items sa lazada. Subtotal ng mga items is 1231. 32 + 300 sa shipping fee. Umabot ng 1531. 32 pesos. Dahil meron akong voucher inenter ko at nakakuha ako ng discount. So nabawasan ng 123.13. Ang TOTAL COST is 1408. 19.
So eto ang problema. Isang item palang yung dumadating. Bluetooth earphone with free led bracelet watch. Nag order ako nyan ng NOV. 11 at ang price ay 199. Nung dumating na ngayong NOV. 14,229 na ang price, na dapat 199 lang.

Lazada seems to be getting worse year after year, if it's not a poor quality product. It's being sent the wrong product. And I think my recent experiences has been the last straw for me. For example I decided to buy a Sram derailleur, instead the seller sent me a totally wrong product. The wrong product was a Shimano Ultrega, how can you get this wrong!? Doesn't make sense to me! Not only the inconvenience but the seller did not take any responsibly and without even apologising. I think the main issue for me is an apology, if you got something wrong, fine! But for a customer to ask for an apology from a seller is simply inexcusable. I am now still waiting for a full refund, something that is now taking weeks, the product that I bought isn't exactly cheap. I then decided to buy the same product from Shopee at half the price, the shipping was faster, the seller was very professional and it was the correct one too! So, how do you justify recurringingly bad experiences with Lazada and why should I continue to shop there? Sorry but no, word gets out and my bad experiences will always be talked about! Shame on you Lazada or Ali Baba!

I placed my order last 1/29/19 with a fully set of sofa going to Davao Del Sur, i was expecting that this second re-delivery of my parcel will go through straight to my location because my first order same item they return back to the seller failed to deliver so i contacted straight the supplier why what happened to my order totally cancelled and never ever attempt to deliver my location so the supplier told me to re order again so i re order it again and waited for days to come after 10days they email me to failed to deliver again, please lazada this GREENSTAR IS NOT TRUSTED COURIER of your company very lazy to deliver the customer order especially those leaving in province area! I recieved a unfit shoes for me.ni return ko sya. Then ang nangyari. Sbi irefund thru store credit na lang. Without consulting kung gusto ko b ito. I clearly indicated na change item resize and other color na lang as long pareho ng prize. But then hnd nag stay sa napag usapan namin nung tumawag ako. Until now wala pa din. I ordered an item hoping to get a legit one, it did came earlier as expected but upon opening the product, FAKE ung item. Hi, we ordered multiple Items (30 pcs). On one of the deliveries, when the delivery man arrived, pinarecieve lng at nag mamadaling umalis. When we opened the box suppose to be containing an Ipad mini 4, wla pong laman. Charger lang. How do we go about this? I ordered last March 29, i did kasi as promised sa shipping would only take 3 to 5 days... i ordered two, one should be shipped April 2, and latest would be April 4! April 5 na! Wala pa... I ordered clifton ukulele last april 13, it said "get by april 17-19." pero 19 na processing pdn nakalagay sabi being packed na dw pero nung kinonyak ko na sila, linaghihintay nila ako hanggang april 26! Ilang linggo ba ibalot at ipadala yan. I ordered this Avision 40" Full HD LED TV last August 2017, worth Php 23,000.00 buy 1 take 1. When I opened the package, the other item is damaged (Basag yung screen) I called them and reported the damage item, sabi nila kukunin nila after 7 days. But it took them 10 days to pick up the items. I decided na irefund nalang kasi mukhang hindi naman nila papalitan ng bago, they sent the refund thru LBC after 2 weeks of waiting. Pag-punta ko sa LBC, I found out na half lang ng total amount ang binigay ng lazada. Hindi ko tinanggap yung pinadala nila kasi nakalagay sa resibo na whole amount yung makukuha ko pero pagdating ko sa LBC half lang yung sinend nila. TInawagan ko ulit sila nagcomplain kung bakit ganun yung pinadala, they said "a lot of times" na nagsasabing "Please expect for an email that may contain an update regarding this matter within 2-4 business days" pero hanggang ngayon wala parin akong narereceive na refund. Tapos sasabihin nila ireresolve daw nila tong issue na to para di na maulit pa? HELLO LAZADA, pupusta ako na marami pa magrereklamo sa inyo dahil Worst Online Seller kayo. Ibalik nyo yung refund ko! Hindi pinupulot yung perang pinambayad ko sainyo! BAKA ABUTIN NYO PA ANNIVERSARY NYO SA AUGUST!

Fraud itong company na to. I purchased an item order # ******* using my credit card last sept 18, and the scheduled delivery date is sept 21-22 but up until now di ko pa natanggap yung item. Been calling and emailing them several times pero wala silang maibigay na reason why delivery was delayed, and no solution was provided. They even gave me fake tracking number from their crappy courier called ximex delivery express na pag track mo sa website nilang dead end hihingan ka ng username and password. They dont even have the item daw nung tumawag ako earlier. Im so upset with lazada

I ordered a product sa Lazada last Feb 11. I thought mas okay so I paid by debit card. Big mistake kasi almost 12days na pero wala parin. I think wala nang pakialam ang Lazada team since bayad na yung item. Baka kung cash on delivery eh nag effort mn lng siguro sila to deliver my item. Now I am left here wondering kung darating pa ba ang whey protein ko which is quiteexpensive. Goddammit Lazada. Hindi na kayo makakaulit sakin pag nagkataon.
