Lazada is always reliable thus I will give them 5 stars regardless which country. In Thailand companies are much more reliable. In The Philippines they try to scam you so watch out. Never do business with them outside Lazada
I usually buy my cat food, electronics, clothes and food stuff because they usually fulfilled their 48 hour delivery. However, my past orders are now at least 5 days overdue and when you track the order, they are sitting in their collection hub center and not moving at all. I called customer service but that was a very disappointing experience as they kept saying it would be out for delivery soon. I asked for a specific time frame but they could not offer any at all. This is Lazada's own logistic company and they can't fulfill their delivery at all. Truly disappointing to see this once great seller declining right before your eyes.
I never had a problem with Lazada, but currently I do and I can't contact ANYONE! I worked hard for my money during this pandemic by being in the hospital but what happened was, I bought a game ACNH and paid with debit card first it went to bank processing then that changed to pay, good thing I have my online banking and it already deducted the amount so I have proof. Then of course since it was to pay my order was cancelled, Bye money of 2700+ almost 3k. The worst incident that happened to me so far. My trust has dropped so badly I wanted to cry.

Bought a SUN regular load - showed as delivered, my bank was deducted for the said amount but never delivered to my phone. Tried to ask help twice but customer service was BAD - don; t even know what to do stating that because it showed as delivered that it's not their problem anymore! SCAMMERS!

For debit card purchases the only available way of getting your money back is trough a reversal that takes 45 days but the worst part is it never really gets reversed thief!

I've ordered 2 items on this site. One of which I received is wrong. Naturally, I sent it back to get what I want, but surprise THEY GAVE ME THE SAME WRONG ITEM. I must mention I did went through all return steps and I even clarified my item in the description.
Turns out, Lazada don't $#*!ing know LEDs. Slow system response, late SMS alert (know your item if dispatched when the item is already on your doorstep), inaccurate delivery time and date, customer service my $#*!. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Thank you Lazada for responding in a very timely manner. I recently checked all the tabs in my email- PROMOTIONS, SPAM, SOCIAL etc and found out that LAZADA responded within 12 hrs after the order has been placed that they could not process my order because there are some issues regarding my credit card information. My credit card is an international account (and also my contact number) and I understand why they would rather transact with COD or direct bank transaction. Lazada is just trying to protect their business as much as the consumers are trying to protect their money. Although such matters needs great improvement, I believe Lazada can still be trusted for they have all license and stuff and one can always run to their office or call for assistance for any issues, this is a great edge over any small time online shops that have no credibility and business experiences. For now, although my order has been rejected, I still appreciate the services Lazada has offered me.

I have learnt that it's almost impossible to reliably shop online with Lazada. If you are happy to receive around 40% on items ordered and never on time use Lazada. Be prepared to wait considerably longer than their nominated times. NEVER EVER PAY UPFRONT. I could go on and on about the pointless platitudes offered by Lazada Customer (Dis) Service Officers. It's a satire.
I've reviewed this site around Oct. Last year and I've given it 3 stars because all of my 3 orders had no problem except they edited my review for one item which I find very dishonest. Anyways, I've bought a Plush Twilight Turtle Night Light (Pink) for my niece recently because the price is irresistible. From 1,000 pesos down to 250+ pesos something. My niece received the order just fine. In less than a week, the item started messing up. The sound stopped working and the lights started fading. Since I got it cheap, I did not want to go through the hassle of returning it but would just like to leave a bad review in which their stupid website won't allow me to! I have tried many times until I had to contact their customer service who always told me to clear my cookies and cache! I have already done that many times. Then, I was told to use another browser and so did I. Still it didn't work! After waiting and still not being resolved despite being told to that they would fix it, I tried leaving a review using their app. It was still a failure because my comment do not appear. It was only showing the 1 star rating I left. Very irritating! If they can't fix their website alone, I don't know what kind of service to expect from them on more important matter!

I made an order last July 28,2017. My package was supposed to be delivered on July 31,2017 but I was not around Cebu so I made a request to deliver it by Wednesday, August 1,2017, instead. I am aware that there is a holding period of 5 days, I believe, for the delivery. My request for the change of schedule was confirmed by Lazada, they even emailed me the confirmation, and again emailed me by Wednesday (August 1) that my items will be delivered. But no call or text from LEX. Until now, my package is not delivered yet. They told me that it was cancelled due to more than the holding period. Seriously. It was not my fault that it was not delivered. I even contacted them for the status. Their live chat is useless and the people there are not helping me at all. They will just keep on promising me to email the status. No email received.

When I returned the first product that I ordered I was relief kase nare fund then again because I badly need a product for my sales demo in school I order again in Lazada but different product. So when I pay my product in 7 - eleven my account said that I get my product in Standard delivery time Wed 1 - 6 Mon February 2017. Lazada's website is in shambles. Products mis-categorized all over the place. Some computer hardware are categorized as software. Their webmaster has absolutely no knowledge of what products go where.
Their suppliers/vendors are unreliable. (1) I ordered a specific PC component only to receive an inferior version of the same product (e.g., I ordered a "v2" version but received the older "GTX" version). (2) I ordered two pieces of an item and received only one. (3) I also once received an item not as described on their website (i. E. the dimensions were wrong).
Lazada should be monitoring their suppliers/vendors better.
Two or three years back, Lazada was fantastic until recently. I believe the ownership changed to Alibaba.
In all fairness, their customer service is 4 stars though.
I rarely shop Lazada now and do not recommend it, but I used too. These days, only in instances when I absolutely cannot find the item elsewhere near my location, but I keep my fingers crossed when I do place an order ( I guess I am a glutton for punishment).
