Lazada is always reliable thus I will give them 5 stars regardless which country. In Thailand companies are much more reliable. In The Philippines they try to scam you so watch out. Never do business with them outside Lazada
I usually buy my cat food, electronics, clothes and food stuff because they usually fulfilled their 48 hour delivery. However, my past orders are now at least 5 days overdue and when you track the order, they are sitting in their collection hub center and not moving at all. I called customer service but that was a very disappointing experience as they kept saying it would be out for delivery soon. I asked for a specific time frame but they could not offer any at all. This is Lazada's own logistic company and they can't fulfill their delivery at all. Truly disappointing to see this once great seller declining right before your eyes.
I only live 12 kilometers from your warehouse in Muntinlupa. Still my order after 4 days is not yet arrived. Sobrang hassle. Kasi di ako maka-alis ng bahay kaka-antay ng package ko. And ang mahirap pa. TV ung inorder namin at need namin un kasi nasira ung gamit namin ngaun. Sobrang late kyo mag deliver. Kung pwede lang ako na lang mismo ang susundo ng item ko sa warehouse nyo. Finally! I received my refund. Akala ko aabutin pa ng ilang linggo! Pero finally dumating na din ang pinaka iintay kong email ng voucher code ko. Overall, 1 week lang ang refund process. First 2 days ay shipping mula sa courier (LBC, palpak kasi di accurate yung tracking nila) to Lazada. Yung 3-5 days ay evaluation naman ng Lazada, and after 2 days may nareceive akong txt na approve na daw at closed na. Nung una nag alala pa ako kasi sabi nag send na daw sila e wala naman sa email ko kaya kinulit ko talaga sila from their customer care to facebook to twitter to gmail. Hahaha. So, ayun nakuha ko din. Thank you Lazada, i look forward for more transactions with you sana ngayon wala ng defect mapunta sakin kasi nakaka stress talaga mag process ng refund. We ordered last thursday, Dec. 10,2015. It's been a week, ano na po nangyari dun sa brush set ng # *******. Nung monday pa nagsend sa amin ng tracking number sa LBC pero 'til now "not yet registered" pa rin lumalabas. Samantalang yung isang order last Dec 12,2015, okay na sa track and trace ng LBC. Sana naman hindi naman yung order, pang regalo po yun this christmas. Medyo disappointing, kasi ang nakalagay sa standard delivery Dec. 18-19,2015, anong petsa na.

This is a follow up to my previous complaint with Lazada Philippines which I shared several weeks ago on this site. I stood pat on my decision not to comply with their request for me to ship back first the Projector before they could act on the corrective measure of delivering me again the Projector this time with the missing Bluetooth speaker which was advertised as part of the package. I found the arrangement absurd and I do not want to leave my house and go to a courier company to ship them back the item.
All through out, I have to commend the Customer Service Reps of Lazada who kept on communicating, until about 2 weeks ago when they finally came up with a sensible decision to send me a VOUCHER instead to cover the cost of the undelivered Bluetooth speaker. I have since used the VOUCHER which they honored in a subsequent purchase.
Another lesson learned: As a customer, we should always insist on what is right, and there are sensible Customer Service Representatives to assist us!
Thanks to this site for the opportunity to share my experience and getting the response from people concerned.

I have two orders. ******* and *******. One of those is cash on delivery and one is pay first so I payed it na sa 7/11. Isa palang ang natanggap ko po out of 5 items na bayad na while the cash on delivery order is delivered so quickly. Good thing the cod was delivered timely but aanhin ko naman ang sports cam ko kung wala pa yung mga gamit nya? :( I ordered it saturday and thursday na ngayon. I will use it this weekend sana. Please review. Accdng to Lbc I havent put my address. I did. Unfortunately the app wasnt able to captured it. Pero nkapag hatid na sila ng dalawang items. 1 sports cam cash on delivery and 1 item for payed order. I assume na alam narin nla kung san ihahatid to. Order number *******. I placed an order online Nov 28 for 5 items. Did not get delivered on time and also got delivered one at a time. They will not tell you when they will deliver so you have to sit and wait for it. I was on 2 weeks holiday only and that's how I spent it because I made a HUGE MISTAKE ordering from LAZADA. I bought a bed frame that after 1 day it broke. They came and pick it up for refund that's fine but when it comes to refunding my money which is amounting to 10,545,00 pesos they asked me to provide a bank account so they can deposit it back. After almost a week they sent me an email that the refund have been initiated and I have to pick it up via LBC. I tried to call their number listed on website 02 795 8900. It's not in service na daw. I replied to their email that they sent me but I received a notification that it's an automated email only. So HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO CONTACT LAZADA? THIS IS REALLY FRUSTRATING because I already left the country and II want every penny of my money back! SO I hope that you will deposit it to the bank account I provided you guys with my letter of authorization ang photo ID as per request. Also the last item did not got delivered up until a couple of weeks. HUGE MISTAKE AND VERY BAD EXPERIENCE FROM LAZADA!

Kaya nga kahit may credit card ako, prefer ko pa din ang COD kasi kahit sobrang tagal dumating ng item AT kapag lumagpas sa promised dates di ko na kukunin. Hindi address ang nilagay ko sa info kundi ang branch ng courier baleh pipick ko na lang. Sakit sa ulo yang credit card transaction, nabayaran mo na few days later sasabihing out of stock at mag oofer ng iba kung ayaw mo naman at gustong irefund hayon aalsa balakubak mo sa kaka update. Kaya 4 stars sa Lazada kung COD. Hehehe
Huwag po kayong bibili ng items from Lazada napakainconvenient at inefficient niya po ilang beses kong inedit yung address ko dahil puro yun yong problema nila pero ni isa wala akong natanggap at puro cancellations ang nangyari, dahil siguro sa fact na magbabayad ako through cash on delivery. Sana kung ayaw nila ng cash on delivery alisin na sa options ng bayaran or better isara niyo na lang site niyo wala namang napapala yung mga customer sa inyo.

These are: kung ang item ay na-out of stock during the process, kung failed delivery (as per courier) at kung wrong pricing. Tapos kapag naglapse na yung delivery date at nag email sa customer support, saka pa lang sasabihin na matatagalan ang pagdelivery ng items mo kasi ganito kasi ganyan. Tangina mailagay mo lang bayad mo sa kanila, solb na sila. Ikaw, sangkatutak na sakit sa ulo. Walang kwenta binili mo kasi di mo magamit sa mga expected instances mo dahil di ito madedeliver on time.
