Lazada is always reliable thus I will give them 5 stars regardless which country. In Thailand companies are much more reliable. In The Philippines they try to scam you so watch out. Never do business with them outside Lazada
I usually buy my cat food, electronics, clothes and food stuff because they usually fulfilled their 48 hour delivery. However, my past orders are now at least 5 days overdue and when you track the order, they are sitting in their collection hub center and not moving at all. I called customer service but that was a very disappointing experience as they kept saying it would be out for delivery soon. I asked for a specific time frame but they could not offer any at all. This is Lazada's own logistic company and they can't fulfill their delivery at all. Truly disappointing to see this once great seller declining right before your eyes.
Very, very poor customer service. They will just give you templated responses without even understanding your concern or attempt to help you at all. Their site is also buggy; I've posted a review of what I thought about a defective device and it's not showing up in the product page at all. How are people going to know about how bad and defective the products are when the actual reviews don't show up? Also had an item returned because it's defective. What irked me was the I didn't receive the full refund for the product. It's not my fault that you guys sell defective products and then when we ask for refund you don't give the full amount? WTF. Very unsatisfied. Amazon has really amazing customer service where they assist you with your concern hands on. If they are a similar business, why can't they do what Amazon does?
I ordered a phone on Lazada and paid express shipping last Tuesday -- it's Friday and I haven't gotten it
I talked to 4 different customer service reps: all apologizing and all informing me that they will escalate the matter. None of them answered my very simple question: will I get the item today.
2 of the service reps said they'd put the item on priority, which it isn't.
One rep said she'd get back to me by the end of the day I called her (Thursday). I haven't heard from her since.
To add insult to injury, I'm getting spammed by forwarded copies of the same email, which is addressed to Escalation team. I get spammed every 1st minute of an hour. I informed 3 of the reps of the problem and none of them addressed it.

Well until i still have not received my package. Contacted Lazada 3x, they are telling me that the package is with the seller and it was not shipped out while the seller is telling me that Lazada already picked up the items. I place my order May 11,2012. Received a message that the package was picked up by their logistics company (XIMEX) May 16,2018 and the delivery is up to May 22. Waited the whole day for my package and it never arrived. Contacted customer service and told me that the shipping date was moved to May 28. Lazada didn't even bother to contact me regarding this issue. I am trying to cancel my order. Lazada your service really SUCK!

I ordered a range laser from this lousy company and wait for 2 month still didn't received it, so I return it. However, Lazada told me the refund process is completed on 18 september but until now, 24 october, I still didnt received my refund! What a lousy company? Lazada is poor even 300 ringgit cannot afford? Fraudster! So disappointed on Lazada, always cannot meet the promise to the customer! The employees also had the bad service, treat the guests with impatient tone and do nothing, only send email told me wait for 5-15 working days. I would like to say to lazada thank you for the delivery of my tv and my refrigerator. My son did received it. The tv was declared delivered on a certain day but was not, it was really delivered after two days. The refrigerator was delivered on time. But still, when I called your customer service, they tried not to let me talk to the supervisor. The order no. Is *******. I got my items on time and in good condition the only problem is the the refunding process. The deduction in my debit was very fast but refund was too slow. Be careful on what you buy so you don't have to go through refunding process. Its too slow. Its benn almost 2 weeks but still i got no refund

I ordered a P18,000 Samsung 40 in TV from Lazada and they said it would be delivered on Jan. 25. I waited the whole day and got nothing. I should have read the reviews before ordering and wasting my money. Will definitely cancel my order and tell my friends and family to not order from Lazada. The "discounts" aren't worth the hassle.

I ordered a phone. After I made the payment, the page was removed and I cant see what I have ordered. After a week they informed me it is imported from HK and without warranty. After a month I received a low configuration with different color phone which I did not order. When called they asked me to return and it will take another one month which is 15 business days to get the replacement. I decided not to deal with them anymore but to absorb the low spec phone. Now it seems a fake phone, it hangs all the time. What a cheat! The customer representatives are awfully inefficient, only thing they will tell you is "Sorry for inconvenience" or "Thank you for calling" It was completely a nightmare for me.
As always one see the actual will of doing things properly when things go wrong... to go trough a return even for defective goods is not worth the time. Just forget it and go back to the old shop.

HOW'S. LIFE LAZADA. Shopping. With you is just a horrible. Experience. Incompetent customer. Care agents. Delayed. Delivery and reckless disregard for proper "customer care". Ive decided to just accept my faith and im willing to pay for my order (The. Item being shipped. Isnt even the exact thing as described.on the website!). And what do i get? A Tracking Number for a Non-Existing order! (How can even track it if it isnt registered with 2go?). Even your website's order tracking system is messed up. You better do something about this. I bought a melodica, not an expensive one, but still I expected it would not be defective when I received it. There are several non-functioning keys - the worst thing for a musical instrument. I see others say they had the same problem. I think it is a scam, selling defective items they pick up very cheap, but telling people the item is "new unused"

The item that you send to me obviously different with the original one. I ordered the item in black colour but what i get are the blue one. I don't want to blame the company but you have to take responsible for your workers that pick my item. So please be more sensitive in this situation. Thank you

My wife just ordered a new Cherry Mobile Cosmos and I knew right away it was knockoff copy and not original just by the pics from the camera. Real Cosmos has very high image quality. This phone has terrible image quality. Also the keypad is typing incorrect characters and sticking/hanging up badly. The phone is a cheap knockoff fake. Not a real Cherry Mobile because I had two of them and they are very good phones.

Do not buy from Lazada. They are selling cheap fakes, not original merchandise.
I bought a 2d sling bag. Arrived 2 days earlier than expected date even though it's raining hard in Cubao. It's in excellent condition and plastic wrapped for safety. The LBC guy did not send an sms though but when I checked the tracking page, it says out for delivery so I somehow expected it to be delivered the same day and they did. Thanks Lazada!

Lazada tends to deliver wrong item cheaper than you actually ordered. I keep on asking the csr to please change the status to delivered instead of shipped in my account so i can fill up the form online for return/refund. They keep on telling me over and over that they will contact the courier and it should be changed within the day. But i didnt not see any change yet. I think they will wait for the alloted days for return to finish so i will be out of their return policy. Customer service sucks! Liar company. Hope you will drown.
