Lazada is always reliable thus I will give them 5 stars regardless which country. In Thailand companies are much more reliable. In The Philippines they try to scam you so watch out. Never do business with them outside Lazada
I usually buy my cat food, electronics, clothes and food stuff because they usually fulfilled their 48 hour delivery. However, my past orders are now at least 5 days overdue and when you track the order, they are sitting in their collection hub center and not moving at all. I called customer service but that was a very disappointing experience as they kept saying it would be out for delivery soon. I asked for a specific time frame but they could not offer any at all. This is Lazada's own logistic company and they can't fulfill their delivery at all. Truly disappointing to see this once great seller declining right before your eyes.
I think it would give the customers more confidence before buying the product if they could ask more questions to the buyers of what are the pros and cons of the item. If you could add a feature like this it would really help thanks!
They delivered the wrong item and they want me to fill out a form and it will take days to have it replaced. They make it hard on the part of the customer to do returns which is their fault. Very disgusting and poor service.
Have the same bad experience, i was billed by my credit company and they said the the transaction went through. When i emailed lazada.com.ph, they said that the transaction was cancelled due to technical reason and offer a cash on delivery instead, what a trick!

I purchased a product and they wrongly sent a product which wasn't even close to what I ordered. The item was returned and they only refunded me partially. Not until after 4 emails back and forth did they finally agree that they wrongly calculated my refund. Thieves!

I purchased a prepaid load last September 17 on their site. This was my first time to buy load on their website for P30. My card got charged for P28.50 but hours later no load came so i contacted their customer support team and spoke with an agent and he informed me that it got automatically cancelled by the system. That made me furious since they deducted the money right away from my account and i even posted a review a month ago about this but they closed the trail and now only too wait for almost a month now still i am not being refunded. And the post i made about this concern was already closed. Customer service is also not helping. Its ridiculous you have to wait for a month to be refunded just for a few pesos. But this is clearly shows how bad their system and company is, I've heard alot of bad feed backs about lazada from colleagues and this just proves them right. Beware!

I could say, that you can follow up with me quite fast enough, and that is cool. But, the big problem is, the problem and the solution that you gave me is never work. U said to check my email after 48 hours for my refund. I waited 20 times longer that that hours, but still i haven't receive any refund. Yes its small, that is almost nothing. But how could we trust you for much bigger amount if you cant even handle a small amount? I gave up with lazada already, i wont do anymore complain to the live chat, i wont be waiting for the "email" that u said already processed (yeah right) anymore, or the voucher that you told me to check my email again and again and again. I'm so much satisfied with lazada before, but now i feel very disappointed with them. I buy a tripod which is broken when i receive it, and i send them the video about the defect, and lazada agree to refund. After 3 weeks of the approval of my refund, i keep contacting the cs from livechat to ask about my refund status. They always said the refund voucher already send to my email (which obviously i didnt received it - thats why i ask again and again) and i think my email is maybe unsubscribe from lazada, so i change the email, contacting the cs again to resend to my new email, and the cs agree to do so, but after almost 5 days of waiting, i still haven't received anything. Its not much, 500+ peso, but the service is so terrible. How hard it is to process 1 working email that will be delivered in my mailbox? Do lazada even have voucher for refund? I have been a patron of Lazada for who knows since when, but this new shipping fee policy is nothing but BS! A 190.00php item would now set you back 1050. 00php for shipping. Hello po, I bought a christmas lights (string lights) on January 10,2018 and they delivered an outdoor laser light (wrong item). I returned the item and requested for a replacement item but since i had researched lazada and read reviews that never to buy from lazada sellers who have 80% below rate, I contacted lazada thru live chat and told them i want a refund (money) instead. They told me that I can request for a Store Credit Voucher refund and they will process it but until now (February 4,2018) I still havent received an email regarding my SCVoucher. I have chatted numerous representatives and still same replies (We will update you in 24-48 hours and coordinate with the return and refunds team) and still none. I asked for the email ad of the return and refunds team but they cant give it daw. Im frustrated na po.

I keep on seeing buyers complaining about their products not delivered within the ETA? I mean, that's why it's Estimated, it may or may not arrive within that set date. A lot of factors can also affect the speed of delivery and why blame lazada? They're just a bridge that connects you to the person/company you are buying from, if you know the product's not trustworthy then wag kayo bumili dun. Simple as that

I use this card several time out of the suddent payment fail or decline i had to use another one, but that card i use before work like 20 time out of the sudden it was not i check with them said there is no problem at all. No i will have to stop helping my fellow in PH bcuz customer services in lazada is ne of the worst service i use in a long long time yo basically can't talk with anyone out there, and their solution is just try another card.
Listen if i wanna use that card that already work multiple time i wanna know why out of the sudden you block and stop blaming our visa card bcuz there is nothing wrong with them.

I ordered an item from them using my credit card and waited for 2 weeks and only to receive an email that it can't be fulfilled because there is a processing error on their end. Obviously order should be cancelled automatically but I waited another 2 weeks and it still under SHIPPED in status. I have called their customer service hotline about 10x and escalated it for about 5x and what they just keep saying on me is they need to coordinate the order to other department to process the cancellation/refund. It doesn't make sense to me that they took very long to cancel an order that has gone error on their end? This is not my fault, I didn't return the item, I came through a correct processing of ordering yet I experienced this inconvenience that I'll not forget for a lifetime. I had an order of your stuff using my pcfinancial master card as a payment, I'm very disappointed because it was rejected for 6 times.and deducted to my credit card 6 times also.and until now it shows on my transaction PENDING.

Thanks for letting us know about this, Ver. Please be informed that the amount may remain floating usually has time frame within 5-15 banking days. However, some banks may take up to 45 days especially if card used is a debit card and/or not issued in the Philippines. This is a policy imposed by the bank and not by us or the merchant. The deducted amount from the debit card was not collected by Lazada. It remains in authorization status that's why the amount appears to have been taken out of the card. But again, since it was rejected by CYBS, we did not collect the payment. The money will be reversed automatically when the issuing bank's authorization expires. The time frame will depends on bank's policies, not us. Customer can follow up on bank regarding that one. Should you have concerns other than this, please feel free to contact us again. Thanks!

All the reviews here are negative... im a long time customer and i never encountered problem with any of my order. On some point i received the product earlier than expected. One time i received a defective product and returned. My card received the charge back after 24 hours. I hope people with good experience with this company take time to give their rating. I understand the frustration of the people who experience problems with the delivery but im sure its on the part of the shipper not on lazadas.

My review on Izhango, a certain seller from lazada was rejected and removed when I edited it. Because I added a negative review about Lazada's customer service and their inability to kick out fraudulent sellers on site. Most of us customers have the same experiences from the seller. The seller posts an item on sale to bait unsuspecting customers to buy and then send an item which is not the one advertised and is cheaper than the price we paid. I ask for a refund but it takes a long time.
Edit: The next day after bombarding their AI customer service with non stop comment and making them know how pissed I was, I received the refund. I need to thank the company, but the bad experience will remain and their customer service sucks!
Edit: I don't know if the store is already closed, but their products is now unsearchable. Good job Lazada for taking action. With that I could give you at least an average rating. Please continue to improve your services.

If you return and choose the store credit, they will split your total refund amount into many many small amount vouchers, you can only use once for each voucher or you will lose you money, they don't let you combine vouchers. It's a painful experience trying to mix& match items for you order to use vouchers trying not to lose money, it will cost you a lot of time, more and more money in order to use your all your money vouchers. Worst experience ever! Bull$#*! Lazada!

I have purchased a shoppers bag and a phone to Lazada and it's disappointing. The specifications of the item is not the same as the actual item, and the phone was made in china. If you're looking for an item with a good quality you should not buy it on lazada.

I've been ordering in Lazada for a while and for a while it was great. Until today. Lazada sent me a mail containing an invoice for an item I've already paid. I ordered the item a year ago and the mail came to me a year after. The order number is ******* and I've paid for it using cash on delivery. The thing is, i cant have the item if i do not pay, right? The item is still at hand and i'm worried that i would pay again for it. I checked my email and the deal is already closed. I cant understand why they would ask me again to pay what's payed already.
Update:
They've resolved it now. They emailed me saying that the invoice was just a receipt from my past transactions and that the mail was just delivered late (super late). They apologized for the inconvenience..

Some seller in lazada specifically "KILE" will reject your order if you use a coupon for discount. Their reason was your card is invalid. They will lie so you cant use your discount especially if it's P500. I've ordered from other seller using the same card and it ALL went through. KILE seller is not reliable.
