Lazada is always reliable thus I will give them 5 stars regardless which country. In Thailand companies are much more reliable. In The Philippines they try to scam you so watch out. Never do business with them outside Lazada

“Used to be great but declining customer service”

I usually buy my cat food, electronics, clothes and food stuff because they usually fulfilled their 48 hour delivery. However, my past orders are now at least 5 days overdue and when you track the order, they are sitting in their collection hub center and not moving at all. I called customer service but that was a very disappointing experience as they kept saying it would be out for delivery soon. I asked for a specific time frame but they could not offer any at all. This is Lazada's own logistic company and they can't fulfill their delivery at all. Truly disappointing to see this once great seller declining right before your eyes.

Some seller in lazada specifically "KILE" will reject your order if you use a coupon for discount. Their reason was your card is invalid. They will lie so you cant use your discount especially if it's P500. I've ordered from other seller using the same card and it ALL went through. KILE seller is not reliable.

I would rate them -0 but the lowest is 1.

I Just can't understand a co like Lazada can make the same mistake against & against!
I ordered a Asus Zenfone Flip Cover in June 2015, one week latter they sent me the wrong item.
I've to take the trouble to return the product & pay for the transportation.
One week latter, I received the damn same wrong item against!
First mistake made is understandable, but if you repeat the mistake against is stupid!
This is the worst on-line service I've ever experienced! ( No star!)
Don't buy from Lazada!

I ordered from lazada and always pay via COD. My orders were always successful, probably because i always ordered small items like nail polish etc. but my recent order was such a disappointment. I orders 1 nail polish and baby shoes. I missed the day od the delivery and the delivery guy said he will be back after 2 days. I waited for those items for A WEEK. I emailed lazada and asked them when was my parcel going to be delivered but they said it was cancelled. So i was like ok fine. But the next day, the parcel arrived unexpectedly! I was so pissed cause i did'nt have any cash on me and had to rush to the atm. So unprofessional lazada. So unprofessional.

I recently ordered a power bank and shoe rack from Lazada. I received a message after 4 days that the items were going to be delivered on the same day. I waited the whole day to no avail. The following day i received another notice that my item was delivered but they could not contact me. I followed up with the customer service with the guarantee that i will receive a notice once my order would be delivered again. The same scenario happened a couple more times wherein i would receive a message that my order was to be delivered on that day only to receive a message from the courier that they were at my place the following day. I cancelled all my plans during those days they informed me that they were going to deliver my items only to realize that i was wasting my time waiting for a delivery that was never going to arrive. When i last followed up they cancelled my order on the basis that i was never around to receive the item. Poor customer service from lazada. Such a waste of time!

I ordered an item from Lazada. After waiting for 10 days, I still didn't receive my order (their office is in Makati and my delivery address is Mckinley hill Taguig- such a delay for this short distance). I emailed them to verify the status of my order and then I received an automated reply saying that it is their goal to respond within 24 hrs. After 24 hrs, still no reply from them. I called this number (02)795 8900 from their website. It also says that their Customer Service is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. FUNNY. REALLY FUNNY... I tried calling their number for more than 10x in 2 days and not even a single call was answered. What kind of customer service is this? How much do you value your customers? You might start listing the reasons of your company downfall based on the feedbacks on your poor service. Continue like this and you will regret in the future.

I bought a leather bag and when i got it, it doesnt look like what was posted online so i returned it the next day and the few days later i received an email on 12/26 that they lazada received my return and feedback will be given within 5 days so i waited but there was no feedback for almost 3 weeks i contacted lazada via chat once a week and was given the same chat script assuring me they will coordinate with their warehouse and i should get a feedback within 48 hours but i never got one and on my last chat, someone called me and i was informed those agents i chatted with didn't coordinate with their warehouse so she said she will do it and knowing i was lied multiple times i doubt im gonna get updates i waited 17 days including this day and i haven't received my credit yet

Ordered 4 45liter water containers for my relatives in Phillipines.
They recieved a package of tissue paper. Order# **************
They want me to get seller to ok a refund. This was not an accident
This is fraud. Seller did not reply to chat. Service people no better than
Their robot chat. Now I cant even log into lazada, they say they are sending
Code to my email to log in but they don't send code

I ordered a generator from them and it doesn't work. I then went ahead to contact them and they advised me that the seller needs to acknowledge the warranty. I contacted the seller and they easily acknowledged it and then informed lazada about it, but they said that it was the customer who needs to do so. Which is something I was doing in the first place. They told me that they sent an email to the seller, but asking the seller, he received nothing. Asked them to call the seller instead but said they can't as they can only send emails/chat. What gives?! How is it an individual like me be able to call the seller anytime but not them. Been waiting for weeks but all I get are promises, no actual coordination has happened. In the end, the seller and I came to the agreement to send the item to them via other methods. Good job for the seller, worst, incompetent job for lazada!

My order #******* should arrived on Oct. 1-4,2016. On Oct. 10,2016 I send email to Lazada to check why my order has yet to arrived and received a generic reply that they are checking my concern with ticket no. On Oct. 13,2016, I called Lazada and I was inform that my order was yet to received by lex delivery and will check with their warehouse and will provide with an update thru email. After a minute I received same generic email with same content as previous. Lazada should extend more customer service than this. Very bad customer service.

I would like like to follow the status of the items i returned. Its been a month since i returned an item for refund.

And another item for warranty that i returned last june 22,2015 and until now lazada still didn't gave me any updates nor respond to my emails and answer my calls.

Its my first time to order in this company and even paid it right away, the item should be deliver on the 5th of this month... i've been inquiring every now and then to follow up for my order but they didnt even bother to reply... this is my first & last & i wont recommend this company to others... i should've choose COD...

Never buy from Lazada folks. I am telling, they're the worst ever. They take your money, promised a delivery date, but no item. The refund process is taking a looong time. They suck. Don't go through the same I experienced with them. I'm telling you, they're the worst.

I'm so tired of Lazada. I stopped ordering from them for 1 year now as all of my orders were tagged "delivery failed" even though I confirmed that I will be receiving them both through calls and texts. Now thinking that they changed over 1 year, I ordered through them again. How naive of me. The $#*! that I experienced last year is the same $#*! I'm still experiencing this year. If you try contacting their customer support, they'll just give you generic answers with no real solution. And don't bother using their payment methods other than COD. You'll get scammed and a refund can take a long time or won't happen. I don't wish for any business to close down, but Lazada is one of those companies that should go bankrupt. GO $#*! YOURSELF LAZADA!

At first it thought it was Lazada's fault that orders come late and even cancelled and returned without the customers knowledge or notification but you know what guys its the delivery company to where they are attached is at fault... Imagine that my order was delivered to LBC baguio they never contacted me that they returned my order for whatever reason they have they have a very poor delivery performance. LBC baguio team,,,,, not good... they should contact customer first before doing anything to our orders... pls Lazada notify them to contact customers when our orders are already delivered to baguio... And I hope that Lazada will ensure that LBC Baguio will perform better. One request is that i want to buy more items but cash on delivery is not available most specially that joy shoes i really want to buy. Hope they will offer more items that are cash on delivery... hope that joy shoes will offer all their shoes cash on delivery

The helpdesk has asked me to call singpost who was supposed to deliver my item. Singpost says delivered and the status in lazada says delivered. I never retrieved my item.
No further help from any side. $250 gone to waste, bad customer service as well.

Scammers proliferate on Lazada. Misleading and deceptive advertisements abound and sellers send worthless substitute items. If you ask for a refund the seller will claim the issue was resolved and Lazada agrees with the seller. Bingo! You are ripped off and Lazada claims to have an easy refund policy. No it's an easy rip-off policy.

Ordered from lazada and the order did not arrive. Followed up and gave them 48hrs for feedback of what happened to the order. Received an email that order was cancelled due to failed delivery. No particular reason why they failed to deliver

Hello All,

The first incident that happened to me was last year. This was when I ordered and got debitted for the item which did not push through. I waited almost 2 months to have the money creditted back to my account. The second incident was a successful transaction. I got a notice through text and the details about the expected delivery date online, so on and so forth. I was tracking my order through the website which never moved from in-process until the due date. After a few days, I sent an email to customer service about my concern and got reply that my inquiry wasnt submitted. Without no $#*!ing resolution, they ask if I am contacting them about a different issue and $#*!.

I bought Issey Myake for Men 125ml last October 8,2015.
When I check on the item, it was soiled, old and damaged.
I reported it twice to Lazada, the last one was last October 23,2015 with tracking/ticket nos *******. Ivan is their CS representative.
They promised to pick it up. But after 3 weeks to no avail!
Anyone from Lazada that cares for their customer?

My order was cancelled after 10 days without notification and despite follow-ups. I called and they said that it was "system default error" and no agents can explain exactly why my order was cancelled. Unbelievable!

I ordered a few items from Lazada and the specified the delivery date to be from April 19-23,2018. April 28 and still nothing! No news, no updates, and they promised to update within the day, and to no surprise... no update! Good thing I don't pay my orders beforehand.

Tip for consumers:
If you really have to order, DO NOT PAY online. Use their Cash on Delivery option.
