Lazada is always reliable thus I will give them 5 stars regardless which country. In Thailand companies are much more reliable. In The Philippines they try to scam you so watch out. Never do business with them outside Lazada
I usually buy my cat food, electronics, clothes and food stuff because they usually fulfilled their 48 hour delivery. However, my past orders are now at least 5 days overdue and when you track the order, they are sitting in their collection hub center and not moving at all. I called customer service but that was a very disappointing experience as they kept saying it would be out for delivery soon. I asked for a specific time frame but they could not offer any at all. This is Lazada's own logistic company and they can't fulfill their delivery at all. Truly disappointing to see this once great seller declining right before your eyes.
With pandemic they have limited staff to ship your order which lead to inaccurate lead time. I recommend that you purchase directly from company or local stores. If ever you decide to purchase from Lazada use the COD option.
I think that our government should intervene to improve online shopping experience. It's just not reasonable that Lazada will do the promotional campaign like 11.11 or 12.12 but they have limited staff to process orders.
If anyone reads this, I do not recommend buying from Lazada, unless:
1) You are willing to wait FOREVER for your item because they "do not have a definite time as to when the item will be available" yet their site lists the item as available.
2) You are willing to settle for the possibility of receiving an item that is totally different from what you ordered i. E. not what it looks like in the picture
3) You are willing to settle for a totally different item because your money is already with them and it will likely take over a month to get it back, while...
4) Having to deal with customer service personnel who are hired for their patience because all they do is give scripted responses designed to stall for time.

Cancel Order Super Late Delivery! Cancel order number *******. It was supposed to be a christmas gift for our son. Christmas is over and until now we haven't received the unit. It was my first time to Lazada and I' am so disappointed on their service especially when it comes to product replacement. They just need to replace the product that I have ordered since they gave me a wrong color. What they did is refund my money instead of replacing the product. Their customer service didn't help any. I already talked to several people already with regards to this matter and no one can answer my concern nor no one can help me.
Past shipping policy is great, it was one of the reasons why Lazada succeeded. Now you take that away and change it to a policy where a tea box weighing no more than 250 grams worth 250 pesos from a local seller will charge you with 1050 peso shipping fee. And a Micro SD card weighing no more than a pencil costing 1100 pesos will also cost you 1000 pesos shipping fee. $#*!ing ridiculous. You expect people to continue being your customers after this BS? You've just alienated your customers. What a stupid and greedy, business decision.

If there's a rating lower than 1, I'd choose this. I cashed in to my Lazada Wallet so I could purchase and use the Vouchers available, only to find out I can't do so because my account was endorsed to be blacklisted. I did noy even know why, I asked for details and they could not give me the exact details. They asked me to create a new account so my fund can be transferred there. I cannot even withdraw this. Totally frustrating.

I am a bit confused. Is delivery fee separate from shipping fee? Because when I checked my package, it was stuck with LBC due to "No Payment" which made me wonder.
They already took the money from my account for the payment of the item and shipping was free.

Received the product today, earlier than expected. Initially I plugged it in, round prongs seem small for a regular universal AC outlet. So I have to use a round-to-flat adaptor with a masking tape to hole the adaptor to the unit. Wow, lights looks good, steady green blinking red and a switchable blue light. Plug it in near our dinning table, when my wife noticed that buds and insects were attracted to the lights. So I decided to pry open the unit and to my surprise ( I am an electronics technician by profession) The unit contains 3 resistors, 3 diodes 3 leds red green and blue, round prong AC plug, rocker switch and a fake speaker. (A diaphragm without a transducer).

I know my card was charged because the bank called me about the transaction, so no matter what excuse Lazada give the transaction was approved and charged.
Don't have any dealing with this disreputable site. Most of their review are dreadful that should tell you everything you need to know.
We're sorry to hear about that, Tim. As per checking, the transaction was invalid. There might be a mismatch with the card details and the details you put while placing the order. Please be informed that the amount may remain floating usually has time frame within 5-15 banking days. However, some banks may take up to 45 days especially if card used is a debit card and/or not issued in the Philippines. This is a policy imposed by the bank and not by us or the merchant. The deducted amount from the debit card was not collected by Lazada. It remains in authorization status that's why the amount appears to have been taken out of the card. But again, since it was rejected by CYBS, we did not collect the payment. The money will be reversed automatically when the issuing bank's authorization expires. The time frame will depends on bank's policies, not us. Customer can follow up on bank regarding that one. Should you have concerns other than this, please feel free to contact us again. Thanks!

Lazada allows their pick-up team to cancel the promised pickp without any reason. At first, the cs kept telling us to wait. We for 5 months and 2 weeks. But the pick up team can cancel pick-up two times. And there is no way to contact any other department except the cs. That's Lazada's way to protect their staff who is taking advantage of the customers. Lazada is stealing money in effect!
Tip for consumers:
If you expect to have aftersale service, never buy in Lazada. Shopee is easier to handle. Waste of time!

I followed all the necessary steps. I thought their service would be consistent. Turned out my first order was just lucky. This time, it took them a long time to reply to my inquiry. I called their hotline and the one I talked to was borderline rude. Their reason was that there was a problem with the credit card but when i checked the item because i wanted to do the whole thing over again, the price was different. :/
First item i bought from lazada is a filter for a camera, and actually i was expecting some damage(broken glass or whatsoever)... but when the item was delivered, it was in perfect condition(no damage at all), and yeah i was very happy for that, and i started buying more high value item from them and they always deliver it without any damage, so yeah. I love lazada,, btw I bought this items from lazada because i live in province, so its really difficult or impossible to find those kind of items..

I ordered a tablet on 7 May, costing PHP6500. They delivered a set of make-up brushes worth about 50 pesos. I returned it, they processed a voucher refund, so I re-ordered. This time, they delivered a cheap plastic clock. I refused delivery. Since then, I've had two chat sessions, both times they've promised that the cancellation would be processed within 24-48 hours, but it's still showing as "shipping". Right now, I'm in the queue for chat for nobody's there. They seem to have a serious problem handling expensive items, and an even more serious problem handling customer service, now that there are no humans involved at their end.
Tip for consumers:
If it's expensive, go Cash on Delivery, and insist on opening the item before paying if you have any doubt. They don't like it, but it will save you a lot of hassle.

I bought on this site, every time there are problems, the sellers do not check what they send! Often it is broken, often it does not work, often there is no instructions for use. You end up with an article and you don't know how it works!

Long time Lazada customer, but I'm finished. Within the last year, they've become a haven for shady businesses, many of which advertise themselves as local, but in fact are Chinese with no domestic stock. Where Lazada retailers used to be prompt and direct in response to queries, they are now suspiciously evasive and deceptive, and the poor quality of the products I've purchased in this past year raises questions of widespread deceptive practices among retailers. Additionally, if you are lucky enough to actually receive what you believed you purchased, it is a total crap shoot whether it will arrive undamaged, let alone on time. Kerry, Thai Post and DHL are all reliable carriers, but the rest are horrendous. The worst being Lazada's own LEL, so bad that it changed its name from LEX.
What was once a convenient alternative to big box store shopping is no more. It's a trash operation and not to be trusted. You'd be wise to give it a pass.

I used to love Lazada. The first online store I've ever been comfortable and happy to shop with, I have already made a lot of purchases from them. But lately i discovered their customer service is not good and products sold are of very bad quality. I've bought an air cooler last may 2015 after a few months its already damaged. I've also bought a Samsung LED TV for my mom last april 2015 and yesterday my mother called to inform me that the TV is not working properly. Last july, ordered 2 items, it was a USB LED light, they delivered only 1 item and I have already paid for 2 items. I contacted customer service regarding this but until now the problem has not been resolved. Hands down Lazada. You just lost 1 valued customer.
