Lazada is always reliable thus I will give them 5 stars regardless which country. In Thailand companies are much more reliable. In The Philippines they try to scam you so watch out. Never do business with them outside Lazada
I usually buy my cat food, electronics, clothes and food stuff because they usually fulfilled their 48 hour delivery. However, my past orders are now at least 5 days overdue and when you track the order, they are sitting in their collection hub center and not moving at all. I called customer service but that was a very disappointing experience as they kept saying it would be out for delivery soon. I asked for a specific time frame but they could not offer any at all. This is Lazada's own logistic company and they can't fulfill their delivery at all. Truly disappointing to see this once great seller declining right before your eyes.
I placed an order and payed by debit card made on 01 Dec. In 8 different retails at the same time, all was delivered on time but unfortunate only one retail name SRS retail not been fulfill but i been notified by email that Shipment is already fulfilled. So on my surprise and keep waiting nothing came. So I send a lot of follows up daily but no one response to my quires. I ordered from Lazada #******* and i returned it for a replacement last Oct 16 or so. I can't remember because its been so long already. They told me several times on customer services calls that my order will be inspected within 24-48 hours by their team, they said that the first time i called, and they said that the last time i called. How many 24-48 hours do you guys actually need? I've lost count of the times I called your customer service. I was hoping to get a replacement on my item since it had incomplete parts, but now I just want a freaking refund because of how ludicrous the service is. Even now i Have to continuously call them just to give me my money back. I ordered last OCTOBER, its almost DECEMBER. They keep telling me theyll update me when my refund is cleared but i always have to keep calling lazada for an update. This just sucks.
Update it was another three weeks After this post that i got my refund, spent more on phone bills than what i got back from my refund

I have used their service several times with no problems. However, the last time i used it i placed my order, 13jul for (3 products) and till now i have not received my orders! Whenever i contact their cx support, they keep on insisting on the one that was cancelled but keeps mum on the rest of my order--which i was inquiring about. The stress and frustration is not worth it, might just as well go to the mall
I have already purchased many items from lazada.com.ph and posted respective reviews of the product. From my experience, only my high rating (4 or 5 stars) reviews gets published. All my reviews with low product ratings (1 or 2 stars) are never published because I write very specific details on why I dislike a product. If I write a low rating review with vague reasons, it sometimes get published. Lazada is censoring customer's review to protect their sellers. The purpose of a review is to help other customer in deciding whether to buy the product or not. I dont write low rating reviews anymore because it is just a waste of time. I just return the item immediately (within 7 day)

Disappointed on your customer service! You don't know how to even please your customers with just simple refund it took a month to claim it. The worst thing is they offer solutions which is not really a solution. All in all, very disgusting customer service they offered.

I ordered an item for my sons birthday, we had enough time for delivery as per lazada, They then change the expected time to 1 day later this is still ok as it will be deliverd by his birthday, today is his birthday and lazada has not delivered. He is 6 years old and crying his eyes out thanks lazada. I call to customer care and they answer my call all they can tell me is its still in the warehouse i know this as i can see the tracker lazada then drop my call and when i call back they leave it ringing i stayed on for 20 mins still no answer as you can understand one of the hardest things to do is to calm down a very upset 6 year old on his birthday. Once again thanks lazada i will remember this for many years to come.

I return my incomplete order (missing parts? But lazada nit return my payment or replacement. I ordered 4 units of items but they delivered 2 units only. Send a complain by email and by chat, until now no feedback from them. Lazada has no quality check of services of their sellers they just recieving money only. Will find another online stores
Ordered 5 items, they charged my credit card and 4 were unfulfilled by Lazada starting vendor delays. No other option. I talked to one of their vendors and they told me they can ship the items but Lazada did not provide them my delivery address.
I am still waiting for the 5th item order delivery.
Contacted Lazada Customer Service and basically they told me to contact their vendor. Now why would I do their job and why would I order from them if they cannot manage their suppliers?
Don't waste your effort on this Lazada, they cannot manage their Customer Service, let alone the sub-vendors.

I have a total of 6 items bought from Lazada a week and a half ago. 3 of them are out of stock but was told it will arrive next week. I bought 3 more items yesterday and was told ETA within a week. The courier is friendly and accommodating. I was not home during the first attempt to deliver my items. I asked the courier to come back on the same day after an hour and he did. So far I like Lazada.
I had multiple orders due to slow internet that i haven't noticed that it is already considered as purchased when i keep on refreshing my browser. I checked my bank account and it was deducted. I cancelled some (3 pcs) of it but i can't see the other (11 pcs left) orders on my account so i can cancel it. Please help.

Happy with their services and fast delivery. I only encountered 2 problems but they have rectified straight away. I have been buying from them for almost 2 years. Unlike other online sellers, they are the best. Wish they had more product list like ebay. I like that they deliver straight to your door. Not like other online sellers, have to go to the post office...

I ordered for two items as it was posted in their website that stocks are available. I paid via credit card, so charges were applied at once. In one of my follow-ups, I learned that only one item was available (item became out of stock a couple of days after I placed my order) and the one item has been delivered, supposedly. I canceled my order right there and then, but a few days later, their delivery man still came up to our office to deliver the one item (shows their lack of coordination). I refused to receive the delivery because I ordered for two (and these were actually intended as gifts) and insisted on my credit card reversal. I've been trying to reach their hotline 795-8900 to follow-up on the reversal but it says that the telephone number is not yet in service. DO NOT BUY FROM LAZADA! They do not realize the inconvenience they cause to customers! :((
DO NOT BUY FROM LAZADA unless you are absolutely sure about the shipping services offered. If they use a reliable shipping service then it will be fast but if they are sending the goods by LEX (Lazada express), do not buy! Their sorting process takes ages to go through and an order that is actually located 30 minutes away, in the end, takes 1 week to arrive. Their facebook also does not allow you to leave a review because many reviews are negative using their services. The customer service they provide is mediocre but call them instead of contact them on social media. Social media representatives completely ignore you and are unhelpful. My advice, only buy if there is a massive promotion or just buy from the sellers off the website.

I buy one phone present for my fiancee. When she received the box to her great surprise when she opened it she found a stone inside. I contacted LAZADA and they asked me why she did not get a video when she opened the box... how could she understand that there would be a stone inside to get a video? I try to communicate with them for a refund... I try to communicate with the shop and the Seller... NOTHING. Big resilience for an online company!

I'm disappointed with Lazada. I've ordered several items from them and was generally satisfied. That is, until this July 2017 when they promised me a refund for an item (They admitted it was their mistake). After following up several times for over a month, no refund has been made. My last follow up with them has gone unanswered. The amount involved is small (less than P300) but Lazada can't honor their warranties/returns on such a small amount, how can you trust them on bigger items/amounts?
Lazada seems to be ok when all your orders have no problems, but when you finally get a "bad order" and need to return the item or ask for a refund, you will be really really DISAPPPOINTED!
I'm staying away from Lazada from now on.

I won't be shopping in Lazada anymore. You can not trust them if you need to process a refund or a return. I need a dependable seller that will stand by their products and warranties.
I ordered a tent with free tablet yesterday and was quite surprised to receive it by today however when we open the box instead of seeing a tent we saw 3 huggies diapers bags. I placed an order last November 11,2018 using the Lazada Wallet as payment method.
I top up my Lazada Wallet with enough money to pay my order. However, my order is still on Pending Payment status. According to one of their Customer Service Representative it should have automatically been paid since I have enough balance in my Lazada Wallet. I called their Customer Service hotline many times and all they can say is that they have a system issue and it is under investigation. My order got cancelled by the system in the end because it reached the due date for payment. I am really disappointed. They always advertise convenience shopping yet they let their customers experience frustration.
They did nothing and just say sorry.

I had ordered a week ago. I've been using lbc track but someone had sent a request cancel on lbc tracking page and a next message comes in and it says that the item is ready to delivered. Lazada gave us a notification that 2 of our items have been refunded because there was a system issue. We also returned 2 items because we have the wrong size of shoes. We've contacted Hellopay through email but there is no response from them for a week now.
The price of our items to be refunded is about 2,000+ and up until now we didn't get any confirmation or email from Hellopay. Its getting really frustrated... ugh

I was asked to resubmit my review because I gave them one star due to nearly expired product. Bought on July 26 of 2018 and will expire in August 2018. The seller should have indicated the expiration on the description box. How would other know the state of the product if you are going to filter all bad reviews?
