Lazada is always reliable thus I will give them 5 stars regardless which country. In Thailand companies are much more reliable. In The Philippines they try to scam you so watch out. Never do business with them outside Lazada
I usually buy my cat food, electronics, clothes and food stuff because they usually fulfilled their 48 hour delivery. However, my past orders are now at least 5 days overdue and when you track the order, they are sitting in their collection hub center and not moving at all. I called customer service but that was a very disappointing experience as they kept saying it would be out for delivery soon. I asked for a specific time frame but they could not offer any at all. This is Lazada's own logistic company and they can't fulfill their delivery at all. Truly disappointing to see this once great seller declining right before your eyes.
I bought a 4/6 man tent. I Clearly miss understood, perhaps it was a tent for a adult that is 4/6 of a whole adult. At best a 2 adult tent if you work at a chocolate factory. Lazarda do not police their sellers and do not care what is sold, or how the product is portrayed in the site or the various tactics used to get to buy something that is clearly useless, not as advertised, fake, counterfeit or of poor quality. Put this all together with a crack team of a tortoise delivery squad and you have a site, that with very little competition in the Philippines, behaves like a site with very little competition in the Philippines. I await the usual, lazy cut and paste response from Lazada here about reaching out etc. Nothing will change until Amazon turns up but that will not happen.

If I search for something I get thousands of hits and only a small percentage of them are correct. But I have to look through pages and pages to find nothing. They seem to think if they offer a million choices they increase their chances of making a sell. I have complained for years but they still have JUNK for their search engine.

Before I started ordering at Lazada. I checked for reviews from other people and OH MY GOSH ang daming negative feedback! I was nervous, but I went to order my contact lenses there. To my surprise, everything went great. Fast delivery, and my item was not damaged. My trust was gained and I ordered three more items. One of them came earlier than the other two, even before the date stated at the website! I was so happy that delivery was so fast. I should be expecting the other two items to arrive at May 17-20, but I will be receiving them right now!

I always did online shopping at Lazada and many of the orders I've placed since the past year arrived on time, never have I experienced that the expected delivery date was not met, well, until now. I ordered a Logitech M170 mouse which was on sale on November 20, along with other items, which arrived barely 2 days after I placed the order. The only thing left to do was to wait for the Logitech mouse to arrive, which was I think the first item I checked out in the order that was processed. Until now, I haven't got an email telling me that the item was gonna be delivered. So I'm stuck on waiting for the item to arrive.
When I came back to the My Orders page, I was about to click on the Logitech M170 product info, but was surprised to find out that the product information cannot be retrieved.
So what should I do? I can't just sit here and wait for an email to arrive. I want to get it cancelled so I can order another item.

I just received my Sony extra bass headset yesterday and when I used it the sound was so horrible and it was not balanced, the right side of the headset was louder and the left side was the opposite. I paid over 16,000 for a 65" Samsung Curve TV with "free sound bar". After receiving a message from Lazada customer service saying they won't accept COD and for us to send it via M'Muehler. We sent the money and the TV never got delivered and no money back! We have all the messages from Lazada and they refuse to reimburse us our money. I refuse to ever use them again.

I ordered an item from Lazada which they cancelled as the wrong price on the web site. As I had already paid for it even under Vietnamese law the ownership off the goods passes to me and the terms and conditions do not apply.
Sometime ago I put this in the hands of DIMAC Law firm. Who have written to Lazada and they have not replied. They have also tried to contact the CEO but yet again this is being ignored. Is there any explanation why before I instruct my Attorney to take this matter before the courts?

This site is awful, there authorizing thieves to order with stolen credit card.
I had this problem with them, they stole me 700 euros with 5 orders. When i sent them a message, they told me "we don't cancal the order". It means that when they know that an order is made with stolen credit card numbers on their site using non secured mastercard payment, they are not helping the people but are helping thieves...
