Lazada is always reliable thus I will give them 5 stars regardless which country. In Thailand companies are much more reliable. In The Philippines they try to scam you so watch out. Never do business with them outside Lazada

“Used to be great but declining customer service”

I usually buy my cat food, electronics, clothes and food stuff because they usually fulfilled their 48 hour delivery. However, my past orders are now at least 5 days overdue and when you track the order, they are sitting in their collection hub center and not moving at all. I called customer service but that was a very disappointing experience as they kept saying it would be out for delivery soon. I asked for a specific time frame but they could not offer any at all. This is Lazada's own logistic company and they can't fulfill their delivery at all. Truly disappointing to see this once great seller declining right before your eyes.

NO Delivery attempt has been done at all; I was never contacted in my registered number. I did not receive any message or call.
I tried to get in touch with Ximex but all in vain. I have entrusted someone to receive the item on my behalf and I provided authorization letter and IDs. I wanted to provide this information to Ximex before they deliver but none of the contact numbers from their website are working / unreachable. Until I saw the delivery failed message.

Ximex do not deserve to get PHP 784.00 shipping fee.

The question now is where is the sofa bed that I paid for? Ira Home Furniture claims the item is still with the shipper. It could be in their warehouse somewhere - they did not return the item to the seller.

The item has been paid for using my credit card. I hate the thought that Ximex stole the item that I paid for. PHP 9,283.00 is a significant amount to be taken. Someone must be accountable for this. Lazada, please do your part. Track the item and update me please. I really need the item to be delivered to the address I provided.

I called Lazada on the customer service number last 13th January 2020 hoping to speak to a customer service agent BUT ALL IN VAIN I was on hold for more than 1 hour and that was an overseas call.

I made the purchase on Dec. 21,2019 it's been more than a month and this issue is still not resolved.

I urge Lazada to google "Ximex Delivery Express Inc." and please take the time to read the reviews.

Please listen to your customers, have the items delivered to us properly and do not deal with this courier service anymore. It reduces your credibility.

I purchased a starmobile play as a gift to one of our helpers.
I thought i was getting a great price for it. But when i receive the item, it was a wrong box. I received a huawei y5c, not only that the seal was broken. I thought i am getting a refurbished phone due to the price i paid for it.So i opened the package and try to turn the phone on. But its not working only half the screen is showing.
So i return it back to LAZADA.
They emailed me and told me that it that they will not replace the item or even refund me because I opened the box. And they will return the wrong and defective phone.
Now where is the justice in that? THEY CHEATED ME WITH MY MONEY. When they are at fault they blame me and get my money and send me a non working phone.
LAZADA is a BIG SCAM SITE.

I ordered a dual band router from their site and paid via my CC in 6mos. Installment. When I test and check the item, I realized that it is not the item that I ordered (it is not a dual band) and decided to return it the following day (that was 9/12/2013). They said that they will evaluate the issue in 5 business days. I tried to contact them via email and customer service hotline to get an update (bcoz its 9/24/2013 already) but their CS agent failed to give an update about it instead I keep on receiving a reply of "we will follow it up sir" every time I call. Their return processing sucks big time and if you don't want to feel the same stress I felt waiting for their update, you should AVOID THEM or else order in COD then check the item thoroughly and make sure don't pay yet to save you from any hassle if in case there's problem with the item and experience stressful return process.

I ordered two items last December 17. Both items were sold by the same seller. One of them was delivered by LEX after 2 days. The other one was shipped with LBC. When I received an email about shipping details and saw LBC in it, I was worried. I have no assurance that I will receive the item because LBC has failed to deliver one of my previous orders.

Lazada told me to expect my order today, Jan. 2. Nobody came. I was tracking it to see if it was out for delivery but it was not. But when I tracked it tonight, it says that it was out for delivery earlier. I received an email saying that my order was cancelled. Again, sudden cancellation. Many costumers complain about this. We, customers, need to be notified before canceling our orders. We need the exact reason on why it is being cancelled/ was cancelled or why the delivery fails/ failed.

I don't know why they failed to deliver it. LBC did not contact me. They did not come but I had a no payment status again. I waited for nothing again.

Lazada should focus on making LEX bigger and better than relying on their unreliable delivery partner. Lazada+LBC gave me the worst online shopping experience ever.

Bought a laptop charger and it wasnt even the right brand, doesn't charge my laptop and the drivers refused to take back the item. $#*! lazada, will never use them again.

I was disappointed with my order, I'm so excited to receive it, but you send me wrong item.

This is my order from LAZADA - Stylebox Electronix:

"4K-2.0LCD Camera BK 16MP 1080p Ultra HD Sports Action Camera".

See that it is a 16MP action cam, but i receive 12MP and a different item from the picture.
Poor Photo taking its like VGA but Video is fine except in low light. I tried if its good so that i will never return and replace it, but no. Its so unfair for its quality that cost P2,699.00 comes with a wrong item.

I want to return it and change to what in the advertise description.

I purchase a lot in your store and i have more pending item to delivered soon. So i hope you will help me about this issue.

I ordered Asus Laptop last june 2015 with order number *******. I noticed some malfunction when I used the item but I ignored it since I badly need the item. After few weeks of using it the item always autho shutdown. I called LAZADA and inform me to bring in Gigahertz service center but gigahertz refuse to accept since it is not their item. Parang gago lng yong CSR na nakausap ko. I called again, and they advice me to return the item last September. I regularly followed my item and until now February 2,2016, nothings happen. Ang sabi dadalhin pa sa service center.

I have been their customer for 3 years now. And all I can say is that they don't know how to value their loyal clients. I ordered a TV channel box from them. Upon checking my order the next day, I found out that my order has been doubled, meaning two same items with two different order number. In short I'v been charged twice on my credit card. I called them immediately upon finding out, to double check if my order has been really doubled and they said yes. So i requested them to cancel the other one as they haven't shipped it yet but to my surprise their response was that they can no longer cancel the other order as it's been processed already and the product is on its way to the courier. According to their cancellation policy, for as long as the item hasn't been shipped just yet, the client can easily cancel the order by calling their customer service. But they are of no help at all. The only way I can receive a reversal on my credit card is after 3 failed attempts of the courier to deliver the item and that it would take up to 15 banking days before a refund can be made. And that I need to follow it up with my bank every once in a while. So for the mean time I have to pay the amount with my credit and just wait for a reversal. Can you imagine the hassle it caused me considering that it wasn't my fault that there's a system error at your end when i purchased the above mentioned item. You lost my trust Lazada. This will be the last time I will order from your company. I will delete my Lazada account once everything's settled. Beware of this company!

Ordered Lenovo Laptop advertised on their site on Nov 10,2014. By Nov 13 they advised the item was not available despite still being advertised on their site. They informed me by Nov 17 that they had "processed by refund" and it would take 45 days to be received. I pay them immediately and they take 45 days to give my money back. After numerous followups still no refund 2 months later. They are now blaming it on the bank and saying that they never actually had my money. My account was debited the same day of the transaction back in Nov. This company are fraud artists and their behavior shows a premeditated and intentional effort to defraud. Advertising products that do not exist or that they know they cannot deliver, taking payment for said falsely advertised products, and stonewalling refunds. BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM LAZADA.COM.PH OR ANY OF THEIR OTHER LAZADA SITES.

Tip for consumers:
STAY AWAY. FRAUD ARTISTS.I have documentation to prove my claims.

I ordered a new pocket wifi from Lazada Philippines but when it was delivered it was incorrect product. I was forced to pay for it so i did. Then i have to wait for customer service to refund the money mite i add i still have not received. I then reordered the same item thinking how can they make a simple mistake twice. The item arrived and once again it was the incorrect pocket wifi that i ordered. So once again i paid for it and had to send back to customer server for a refund. Again i have still not received the refund. Then stupid me decided to try one more time as no company in this world could make this simple delivery incorrect three times. The delivery just arrived and once again a different pocket wifi was delivered. I can not believe that three times i order the same pocket wifi they send the incorrect item. I will never order another item form this company Lazada Philippines. I will let all my friends and family know not to waste their time with such an incompetent company that can not do a simple delivery.

I bought smartphone from Lazada. It's good enough, they have big discount. I just hate to them is when I ordered for the 2nd time and I have waited for so long then. They canceled it. Now, i'm thinking if I should buy in-store or still in lazada. I hate crowded place plus I can't find a better store. Like looking for really wat I need. Just like cloths. When I go to store. I really hate saleslady/boy following me plus there r some sizes that r not available -_- I hate that moment when I go In-store and didn't buy anything. I feel like a shoplifter -_- then thinking the manager/saleslady saying "nd man lng bumili or magnanakaw kaya un?"

My item is defective. I wanted to review the item I bought from "Lucky HR" store and give it 1 star rating but Lazada seems like they reject poor reviews. Isn't that unfair? And to that store named "Lucky HR", please be professional! Improve your costumer service. You told me to chat you on Facebook but you didn't reply. You just read it. Is it because I was saying that the item is defective? MARK MY WORD, I WILL NEVER SHOP ON LAZADA ANYMORE, ESPECIALLY TO YOU, LUCKY HR"! I PROMISE IT TO MYSELF. So we bought TYR Nest Pro goggles at Lazada.

The quality of the goggles is really poor. The silicon has very rough edges. The design too was also roughly cut.
