Lazada is always reliable thus I will give them 5 stars regardless which country. In Thailand companies are much more reliable. In The Philippines they try to scam you so watch out. Never do business with them outside Lazada
I usually buy my cat food, electronics, clothes and food stuff because they usually fulfilled their 48 hour delivery. However, my past orders are now at least 5 days overdue and when you track the order, they are sitting in their collection hub center and not moving at all. I called customer service but that was a very disappointing experience as they kept saying it would be out for delivery soon. I asked for a specific time frame but they could not offer any at all. This is Lazada's own logistic company and they can't fulfill their delivery at all. Truly disappointing to see this once great seller declining right before your eyes.

I've ordered so many times at Lazada, this was the first time na nangyari na lumagpas sa 1 linggo yung delivery ng item. I ordered 2 items and received the first item the other day, pero yung second item which I intended to give my son for Christmas only arrived today, when I opened the parcel, Hotwheels race track nga pero hindi yung order ko na turbo race track. I kept calling their hotline pero syempre they're receiving high volume of calls at this time of the year. Gusto ko lang sana maka kausap ng CSR para man lang may assurance ako na kung ire-return ko yun toy eh maibabalik sya sa akin before Christmas which falls on a Sunday. Baka na naman abutin ng 1 linggo ang delivery!

Nitong taon lang ako nagsimula bumili sa lazada. Apat na beses na ako nagshoshop dito and so far wala pa akong problema. Lahat smooth ang process, on time dumadating yung item. A lot of 1-star reviews here are just unfair. Lazada may have some downsides to people but this is a personal review, so i am not disappointed with lazada. Thank you lazada! You may not be perfect but here's a 5-star!

Bought shirts from bench in lazada ung large nila prang small napaka liit i asked for a return and refund the next day they picked it up pro ang tagal ng refund i sent a message in bench a million times pinasa ako sa lazada agent kinausap ko na ang 10 agents nila iisa ang sagot maghintay daw ako at may nag taray pa sa akin mag message dw ako sa bench in other words pinagpasa pasahan ako so i asked for help sa DTI mabilis pa sa alas kwatro lazada reached out to me ni refund ung binayad ko kailangan pang magsumbong bago gumawa ng action then ngayon biglang naglagay sila ng policy na no return no refund and hindi dw sila liable kung mali ang size. Napaka stupid nyo lazada! And also bench! Pano masusuot ng buyer ung item kung di kasya and hindi kami tumatae ng pera! This experience traumatized me. Dont patronize lazada and bench.

Ordered last December 12,2014 and now january 15,2015 wala pa din dumating. Pagnagfollow up nasa 2Go daw. Pag tatawag ka sa 2Go na binigay tracking number wala pa daw sa kanila. Aba... unsa na man nahitabo sa akong order worth 26k pa naman. I spend thousands of mobile load just to call their long waiting hotline tapos wala sila maayos na maisagot sau. Beware... guyz...

For Cancellation, 6 hours ang period for international... Kelangan mo bilisan pg magkakancel k ganun kabilis pagnagplace k ng order at kuhanan k ng pera... For Return Policy naman 7days... Ano ito working days or kahit none working days, pati nga holyweek holidays kasama sa counting. And another, if yung item nadeliver and wala yung nagorder, need nila ng letters or ID's para iwan yung product, eh kahit wala pla yung nagorder at walang authorization letter pwede iwanan basta may tao sa delivery address... Policy nyo irevise nyo, Problema pa tuloy ang pagorder sa inyo...

Thank you for your reply and the only reason that you have responded is because it is on a public forum, I have been promised by every customer care specialist that someone would get back to me with a legitimate answer why all my orders are getting cancelled at the courier and I'm still waiting for anyone to contact me and not just from this last 7 orders cancelled but as far back as March 2020. This is disgusting customer service and support and has to be stamped out. Things in our area are so bad we are forming an anti-Lazada group to post everything on social media until we get the same delivery services as metro Manila. We are all Owners, Managing Directors or Managers of resorts and businesses in and around Siargao and not one of us would have our customers in the same situation that Lazada and their delivery partners do to their customers and sellers. Give me your email address and I'll send you all the order numbers and information you need to get the real reasons why they were "ALL" cancelled.

Lazada what a joke, in the last week I have had 7 orders cancelled with lie excuse of "unexpected technical issue". How amazing that all orders have the same bull$#*! lying excuse. The truth is that if you order something heavy or large from Lazada you will not receive your order, even after countless conversations with thier customer service specialists assuring you that this order will not be cancelled and thier specialist team are investigating nothing ever happens and no one contacts you with any reasons why. It's very clear Lazada have a disease infesting thier delivery partners and haven't the guts to fix the problem.
