Lazada is always reliable thus I will give them 5 stars regardless which country. In Thailand companies are much more reliable. In The Philippines they try to scam you so watch out. Never do business with them outside Lazada
I usually buy my cat food, electronics, clothes and food stuff because they usually fulfilled their 48 hour delivery. However, my past orders are now at least 5 days overdue and when you track the order, they are sitting in their collection hub center and not moving at all. I called customer service but that was a very disappointing experience as they kept saying it would be out for delivery soon. I asked for a specific time frame but they could not offer any at all. This is Lazada's own logistic company and they can't fulfill their delivery at all. Truly disappointing to see this once great seller declining right before your eyes.

So I order it to ABS-CBN publising and I buy it, so ang currier is The Lex PH ang saya saya! So the delivery period is from nov 15-21 at nag antay ako then nung nov. 17 dumating na yung delivery man ang saya saya ko pa pero when he gave it to me mali yung item book inorder ko pero parang box sya ng singsing so hindi ko tinanggap then naiinis talaga ako ng sobra. So i wait kung irere deliver pa pero walang dumating potang ina. Nakaka inis lazada naka ilang report na ko pero walang kumikilos. Hindi na ko mulinh oorder sa inyo pakyu!

I got scammed by a guy named Jake Cortez. He asked 50 percent of the payment through cebuana and i sent it to him. He sadi its an agreement with the merchant. The merchane is Fone Style

Nag order ako nung revolution sale, tpos na delay ng two weeks yung delivery, nang dumating maling item at hindi umaandar, so i returned it. Nung binalik na, sabi naman hindi na available yung item, pero kung titignan ko sa website available pa naman. Sabi nang CS bibigyan ako ang refund via voucher, until now wala pa run. Hassle talaga! I have ordered several products in Lazada. So far, lagi ko naman syang narereceive on time, minsan mas mabilis pa sa expected na date ng delivery. Maganda ang LEX service nila. Hindi ko pa nattry yung pag ibang courier, pero mukhang hindi maganda dahil sa dami ng reklamo ng ibang customers.

Ok naman ang mga items na nabibili ko, magaganda quality. Suki na ko ng lazada since 2013. Hindi ko na mabilang yung mga na COD ko rito. Na tropa ko na nga ang delivery boy ng LBC, pag napuntahan ako sa shop lagi ako sinasalubong ng ngiti at sasabihing "may lazada ka na naman!" I am aware that is an international order... if u are aware then you should have not given those dates expected delivery of the item. I made lots of orders from wish.com in china and they are even reliable and dependable with regards to items ordered online. If late they will give full. Refund. But this site simple status only you dont give updates... how come you are the only ones seeing the status of orders what about those who signed in... there is nothing and no updates. You didnt send emails what is the status where is the item... if i didnt call you or send you emails.

One month and one week na order ko sa lazada hanggang ngayon wala pa, nung november 8 pick up ng 2go for delivery door to door supposedly sa umorder, sobrang kupad serbisyo ng 2go, dapat tanggalin na yan ng lazada bilang ahente nila para d sila masira kasi sila sisisihin ng customer pag d nadeliver on time mga orders.(bigwas)

My ORDER # ******* is a case of a fake item, I returned last Feb. 14 thru LBC. Then after more than one week I never received any notification or notice from LAZADA about the returned item until I called them to make a follow up. I called 4 times in a month after the return and they just promised me that they are doing all the best they can to prioritize my concern (that's why it took more than a month of no progress!). Then finally after a month my case has been escalated and my returned item has been evaluated for the first time. Well after almost 6 weeks LAZADA has granted my refund, but instead of depositing my refund thru the bank I stated, they send it thru LBC money remittance than I don't have any idea at all because I was not informed at all. So now, I called again to make a follow, and I was told that I didn't gave any bank account details that's why they sent it thru LBC. What the hell, I think I called them 10 ten times to address them regarding my case and had given them all the details to resolve the problem. Today is April 12 and they said, I'll be receiving my refund within 3 to 5 days which makes is two months from the time I sent my returned item thru LBC. WOW, 2 MONTHS IS THE PROCESSING OF REFUND!

4 items delivered all sucks.
First is yung breakfast maker, sira yung pihitan.
Second, the remote control car nakailang battery na kami hindi padin sya umaandar.
3rd is the other remote control car. May defect ung remote control. Basag ung isang pindutan.
4th is yung tent na parang nabaha dahil sobrang baho nya pagopen ko nung plastic. At sobrang dumi ng bag tent. Sira pa yung zipper. Buti nalang ayos yung tent pero faded na ung color. Napaglumaan na kumbaga. :(

I was so disappointed because I ordered Colourpop "HIGHBALL" ultra matte liquid lipstick then LAZADA gave me Colourpop "MARS" ultra matte liquid lipstick. Another thing is that I was only able to use THAT Colourpop "MARS" ultra matte liquid lipstick (which costs 1,200) for 2 WEEKS ONLY. SMH -.-
