I sent my frames almost 2 months ago. They keep telling me 2-3 days. Then suddenly my lens "failed inspection" and the wait time grew to 5 days. I have been told since May 10th it will be 2-3 days but they still have done nothing. They have no phone number listed on their site so only one person Jayme will respond by email usually 48 -72 hours later. I have canceled my order 10 times but they will not send me my frames back or refund my money. I believe they broke my frames and are just hoping the can stall me long enough to make me give up. I'm not giving up. They are telling me the can't refund my money but they aren't sending me my lenses are my frames that I sent by overnight mail.

The service provided was good & lenses are pretty affordable, but the lenses took a while to do for my stoggles. Probably because I ordered anti fog which they stated could take up to 2 weeks. However, when I got my stoggle glasses with the lenses, i wasn't too happy with the lenses. It seemed too thick (my prescription is not even high) and weighed down the stoggles causing the glasses to slide off a lot and made my vision blurry.

I ordered two pair of glasses to have lens replacement. One frame was to be used for daily wear and the other for use as sunglasses. I realize my prescription is not an easy one but I wanted designer glasses like so many other people. Being fashionable shouldn't be determined by size or ability of or lack of vision. While I had to wait longer than I anticipated, Lensabl worked diligently to get my lenses to meet up with their quality standards. Therefore, they meet up with my standards. Thanks

I was hoping that a gold frame from possible 100 years ago could be restored. They were so beautiful, engraved and fit me. It took awhile, a few tweaks as these were partially rimless, lenses held in by one screw and they were slightly twisted as they had been stepped on, breaking the left lens. It was a gamble, but would become a family heirloom if restored. I have an unusual prescription so they emailed me with different choices as one was out of stock. Then the shipment was delayed because the first set wasn't up to their standards. Finally I received them back, I'm wearing them now and to me it's a miracle. If my prescription changes dramatically, I know I can send these same frames back for an update. Lensabl has proven that they are willing to work at it.

Overall my order was completed and correct, but the color of my transition lenses turned out more dark gray in the sun than the blue sapphire asI expected or described on the website order process. Disappointed that they were not more blue, otherwise I would have gotten another shade of transition lenses. But they quickly turn darker in the sun so it works. Shipping was quicker than expected. Ordered two sets of lens costing over $400 each, lens only. Once order is made, customer service experience is a nightmare. There is no option to speak with a rep, only an email correspondence system which is slow and inadequate. Through email you are threatened and when product arrives, over a month after quoted date, they are inferior. One set of $500 lens I have don't fit the glasses they were made specifically for. Now I'm waiting for email to fix it and being ignored.

I was weary of using Lensabl since I have never used an online service for prescription lenses. Firstly, the whole process is super easy. Secondly, the product came out perfectly! The slight annoyance was paying for shipping from Canada (a perpetual annoyance being Canadian). But the whole turn around process took about 7 business days. The clarity on the lenses is immaculate. 100% recommend (even despite the currency exchange)
