Lensabl did an amazing job replacing the lenses of my Stoggles safety glasses with my prescription progressive, anti-fogging glasses. While I won't say that prices are dirt cheap, I absolutely believe that prices are reasonable for the quality and craftsmanship of their products. As a member of a surgical team, having eye protection that does not compromise visual acuity is a must, and with Lensabl, I got both!

The Bose sunglasses are great and the progressive lenses are high quality. The product itself would rate five stars. My only issue was that it took a month to get them, Lensabl doesn't keep their web site up to date. For a month the status on the page reported that the glasses would be shipped in six days. The customer sales rep was polite and gave me various reasons for the successive delays. However, I was never told of delays until I asked nor was I informed of status in any way without my sending an email. In the end, I had to threaten to cancel the order. I don't know if the string of delays was an exception, but don't expect the product to be delivered quickly.

After 2 weeks I was a little disappointed the glasses failed initial inspection, but now that I have them finally I'm glad I got them in this state and not in the state they were in the first inspection. They were quick to respond to my questions and again, the quality was much worth the time and money. Will definitely recommend and use again!

I am very dissatisfied with the quality of my lenses. The vision quality is very low compared to any lenses I purchased elsewhere in the past. The lenses get smudged EXTREMELY easily and I am constantly cleaning them every single day some days twice a day (even though I purchased the Anti-smudge coating). I have raised my concerns to customer service but never received a clear resolution as to how to solve my problem or get my money back. I am overall extremely unhappy and will not be a returning customer.
The work and the beauty of my lenses was incredible. However the error in receiving broken cracked lenses the first time, and then waiting almost 4 weeks for the REDO was a little disappointing. None the less I would use Lensble again.

I had prescription lenses put into my Bose sunglasses. They are great. I am very happy with them.
I had to update my address and they made that extremely easy aswell as updating my lenses to what was on the form.
Customer service is right there responding. The finished product is done very well. I had Silhouette rimless glasses that most online companies won't touch (expensive). Only issue is that it ended up taking over a month to get them back. 4-6 days was promised delivery.
I needed something fixed on the lenses I received from Lensabl. They bent over backwards to make sure things were right. They replied to my emails within an hour or 2 instead of days. They paid for the shipping both ways and used expedited delivery methods to get my glasses back to me quickly. I am completely happy with the new lenses they made for my frames. The product is top quality and you can't beat the price. I love the collapsible glasses case they sent with my glasses! It's so classy looking and very handy for carrying in your purse. I will use Lensabl again when I need new lenses. Thank you!
My vintage frames were 'destroyed in their machine' and it took almost a month of back and forth emails with customer service to tell me that. First, they just said they were broken and today they tell me they were destroyed. They were vintage and this entire experience has been horrifying. Why offer a service that you can not guarantee?
I sent a pair of frames to get prescription lens in them. They told me that it would be about 5 business days. After 10 business days I emailed. They said that the failed final inspection and should only take another 3 business days. Another 5 days went by, no progress. After the third week I emailed again. I was told the lab didn't receive my frames at all to begin with! I showed them proof of them telling me they had been worked on. At the end of the 4th we they "found them". Finally got my frames at the end of the fifth week. Seriously it was a horrible process. Won't use them again. The lens did turn out good though.
Sent my Stoggles in for prescription lenses and received them back in the predicted timeframe. Easy, straightforward process and I love my new lenses!
I received my lenses and they were incorrect. They did not include a bifocal, which I had included and was on my Rx from my eye doctor. When I explained this to lensabl they blamed me for this mistake and refused to fix the situation. We have gone back and forth and I feel I may have not recourse but to contact the BBB in their area about this to get a satisfactory resolution.
20/10 recommend. Had a fantastic experience with lensabl. I have found some online prescription companies to be hit or miss. This is not the case with lensabl. My prescription was perfect and the customer service was excellent. Shout out to Oliver for reaching out several times to clarify my order and graciously fixing my mistakes.
Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
