I'm not pleased with this service. It took over a month to get my order. The customer service was sporty at first. I started receiving responses to my concerns late in the process. I will not be using this service again. Too pricey for the inconvenience. I have several exchanges with Ann and each time I was told that my order would take a few more days. This happened at least 3 times. They were nice enough to upgrade my shipping to overnight. But never again.
Unfortunately this has not been a good experience. Even though their website says " no expected delays due to Covid19", the process of replacing the lenses on my own Face A Face frames has been very slow and plagued by poor quality work. Placed an order on April 7,2021. I got back my frames on April 26. The lenses did not fit into the frame! There was a gap where the screw holding the frame together was visible and the edges of the lenses were distorted from being squeezed into a too tight opening. I sent the frames back so they could be re-made and I am still waiting. On the positive side, the progressive part of the lenses were well made and customer service agents are polite, answering via email within 24 hours. Still, for a company that advertises speedy work as a "lens replacement" specialist, the speed and quality of this work has not been very good. I tried them as an alternative to using a local optometrist and unfortunately Lensabl did not pass the test.
I sent my glasses April 5th. I got them May 7th. I was told I got overnight shipping but when it showed up it was 2-Day Shipping.
This is my 3rd awful experience with y'all and I will no longer recommend it anymore to my fan base.

My glasses turned out wonderful. The process for sending in the prescription, pupillary distance, etc., was very easy and well-explained on the website. Prescription is perfect, the lenses are clean and clear, and the packaging they came back in was lovely. I had almost forgotten what it was like to see through non-scratched lenses! My only criticism is that they took a little longer than anticipated because the first lenses they made, "did not pass their quality assurance standards", per my order details. I'd rather have a little extra wait time for a great result, though.
You have an amazing service. Incredible customer support. Easy to use website that deals with complex issues, making it convenient for even novices to use and navigate. Great prices! Great set of options and flexibility in the product. THE ONLY PROBLEM IS: I've had two different sets of glasses made, one after the other, the second to correct problems with my first, and I CAN'T SEE PROPERLY WITH EITHER OF THEM. So the problem could be ME. The problem could be my EYE DOCTOR. Or the problem could be the technology you are using to make glasses. I've wasted now hundreds of dollars for glasses THAT I CAN'T USE! I wont be doing business with you any longer. I will be changing eye doctors too. You absolutely need to have a guarantee that your customer can see with their new glasses or they should be able to return them at no charge! Not only do I not have glasses for added weeks of time, but I am out a lot of money. And I have no where and no one to turn to for help.
I had a pair of old Persol glasses I loved but with a no longer valid prescription. My vision changed and I was not needing prescription lenses. I saw an advertising from Lensabl and I decided to give it a try and I chose tinted non prescription lenses to replace the old ones. I shipped the spectacles, and in about 3 weeks turnaround I received them back with the new lenses and a handsome case and cleaning solution. It only costed me $100, the work was beautifully done and I am super happy with my new old glasses.
I had purchased my frames of an outside company and sent them into get my prescription in them. I felt well informed in the process and was notified when they were being shipped back to me. Unfortunately, when I received them both lenses had matching circular scratches on the top corners of the lenses. And since they were matching, clearly it is something to do with how they handle the lenses and not just by accident. I expected better handling of something like that.
Glasses came in the wrong size... I ordered S/M and that size was confirmed via email, but yet I received M/L. Not happy.
I'm not sure, you told me my glasses were delivered, and said I received them although I did not and after I made contact with my pay or you then said my glasses are on their way. So after a 3 to 4 weeks you said they were going to be late as they were going through inspection mysteriously they final showed up with my original lens. So how'd did you do, well you tell me.

I placed my order for three sets of glasses on 3/15 and didn't receive my order until 5/9. I contacted customer support several times during this period and was told on multiple occasions the glasses would be shipping in a few days while the wait kept stretching on.
When they finally did arrive the sunglass lenses o requested were put in the wrong frames. I had a good experience with lensabl the first time I ordered with them, but this was such a poor experience all around I don't think there will be a third time.
I sent in my Razer Anzus to get lenses made. The sign up and ordering process was very simple. The box arrived very quick and from there it took about 2 weeks total to ship and receive back.
Final result is perfect. The lenses look and function great. Excellent final product. They even included a custom case for my Glasses.
I would definitely recommend and use them again.

Lenses for Bose Glasses: Overly large for Bose Glasses. Slow customer service. After returning first set of lenses because of improper operation along with a prescription, new lenses were made and they still do not work and are unusable. We request a full refund and will return the lenses. We take this matter up with Amazon or Bose if Lensable refuses. Order number paid through amazon is P01-**************. If I do not receive a response within 3 business days, I will turn the matter over to Bose, Amazon and Visa. I bought these as a gift and am very disappointed. Wife Catherine Stryker has been dealing on this issue. The case number is *******. I paid for them by Visa through Amazon Wife's email address is *******@gmail.com. Phone number is *******959. I cannot emphasize enough the slow responses. Can never reach a live person and have to keep calling to get a return call. When a refund was originally requested, we were refused as "we don't give refunds and will remake your lenses." What kind of logic is this? Make another bad set of lenses and cost yourself more money? Lenses are created individually, not an off the shelf item. We are thoroughly disgusted. Thank you for your attention for this matter.
Plusses: process to include photographs and scan of Rx is pretty clear. Selection of new frames manageable - not too many but not too few. Once lenses are made the 2-day priority mail works well.
Minuses: tool a while to get box for my frames. No customer service phone number to contact with questions. Had two pairs of glasses made and cannot see out of either. Have yet to hear back on emails. Will not recommend.

I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
