I cannot see up close with my glasses. It's like you used the same lens that were already in my frames. It is not my new prescription. I did send an email to customer service about this.
I've ordered several lens replacements with tinting from Lensabl (new lenses for same frames), and each time has been both good and bad. When I order grey-tint lenses, they arrive exactly as specified. When I order G15 lenses, though, they are *never* right the first time. It happened last year, and it has happened again. While Lensabl did agree to remake the lenses last year, shipping the glasses back and awaiting the correction means another ~2 weeks or do without my glasses. (I'm still waiting to see if they'll agree to redo this year's error.)
As you can see in the photos, G15 level 1 tint (as shown on Lensabl's website) is really just a hint of color. But my glasses (as shown) are nearly a level 3.
Compare that to the grey level 1; what's shown on the site is exactly what received.
I would hope that they would be upfront in admitting that they have quality-control issues with (at least) this particular tint type, but so far customers must simply wait and hope for the best.
I should add that these were both ordered at the same time and shipped together—but evidently no one ever looked at them side by side.

I purchased replacement lenses. The whole process took only two weeks and I'm super happy with my new glasses. The CS team was available for any questions and help me every step of the way. 5 starts!
For some reason my last review showed up five stars and that isn't the case. To start with it took them a week to even respond back via email as it's the only way to communicate with them and they only responded because I tweeted about it. They get two stars for getting me my frames back after three weeks and the prescription lenses. The missing three stars is for the fact they KEPT my case for my glasses which is 10x better quality then the one they send out. Additionally in my case was the charger for my Razer Anzu glasses so now I can even use my smart features on my glasses because they took my stuff…
I got sunglasses for my brother for his birthday, and they turned out great! The polished edges were definitely worth it, and he loves them:)

Received my new glasses 2 months after I mailed them to Lensabl. The very expensive wire frames broke with a loose screw and the lens fell out. This happened within 1 weeks of receive the lens.
The whole process was smooth and easy. Took a little longer than I thought and cost a bit more, but I am very happy with my prescription sunglasses from Lensabl. Quality is great. Would order again!
Ordered lenses on April 12th from Lensabl based on the partnership with Razer. I ordered Trivex Crizal lenses (about $235 with the 15% discount) as I wanted great optical clarity while working from home on a computer 10+ hours per day. I paid extra for for UPS next day shipping. The glasses arrived April 13th at the lab.
Sent the Razer Anzu frames in the original case I bought through Razer.com. The lenses did not pass quality inspection multiple times and I finally received them May 7th. The original Razer case is gone. Instead, they gave me one of the "lensabl" cases that doesn't fit the glasses correctly. Sent a customer service ticket immediately and haven't heard back about a day later.
It was ok. Communication & making contact was not as convenient as I expected. My glasses over all seem alright but after more than A couple of months, I am still having trouble adjusting to them.

I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
